Sungmin started walking to school all over again but, with a big smile on his face. “I can’t believe it!” he squealed to himself. He walked with his hands on his cute puffy cheeks that were pink of embarrassment. Kyuhyun kicked a can at the side of the curb listening to music on his green big headphones. He saw Sungmin run in before the gates closed on him. “,” Kyuhyun said to himself as the guards shut down the gate. He quickly headed to the side of the school’s brick walls and climbed up the walls and jumped down from a nearby tree to the inside of the school property. He looked around to check if nobody was looking and quickly headed in for class.

Sungmin looked behind him to see that Kyuhyun wasn’t there yet. “Well, he is late at times.” He told himself to keep from worrying. He looked at the clock to see that there is only one minute left before the bell rings. Kyuhyun entered the classroom at the same time the school bell rang. The teacher just looked at him nodding her head from side to side. “Take a seat Mr. Cho,” he bowed and quickly made his way to his usual seat in the back near the window. The teacher began talking about Geology while Sungmin decided to take a peek at Kyuhyun. He noticed Kyuhyun looking at him too and quickly turned back to the lesson pretending to pay attention. Kyuhyun smirked, “Ok, now when and where to ask him out?” he asked himself looking outside for an idea. He couldn’t find any way on how to ask Sungmin out. “Maybe, I should try asking him when he gets to his locker?” he asked himself. He nodded to himself in agreement as he put on the earphones to listen to his music. Sungmin saw him nod at himself before hearing music. ‘Is he planning to ask me…something?’ he asked himself feeling his heart flutter a little making him smile throughout the whole class time.

The School bell rang for lunch and Sungmin headed out to his locker inserting his combination. “Sungmin,” he heard Kyuhyun’s voice. He turned to see him in a crowd of people smiling at him. Sungmin’s heart started to get all jumpy with that smile Kyuhyun gave him. “Hey Kyuhyun,” Sungmin greeted Kyuhyun. “Hey, do you want to go get lunch together?” asked Kyu. Sungmin was shocked, ‘is this a date?’ he asked himself getting nervous. Kyuhyun saw Sungmin’s nervous face and smiled knowing what he was thinking. “So, is it a date?” asked Kyu. ‘Oh my god, it’s a date? He is asking me on a date!’ he thought excitedly in his mind. Sungmin gave him a cute smile and nodded in agreement. “It’s a date then. Wait for me outside.” Kyuhyun said with a smile making Sungmin swoon internally.  Sungmin shut his locker taking his checkered backpack with him to the school elevators. Kyuhyun quickly went the opposite direction and turned the corner. He turned to see Shindong and Heechul there. “What are you guys doing?” Kyu asked annoyed at his friends seeing him in action. “Eavesdropping,” they both answered as Kyuhyun rolled his eyes. “We have a new let’s just say…add on,” Heechul began. “We want you to sleep with him.” Shindong said simply while Kyuhyun and Heechul looked at him with big eyes. “What?” Kyu asked shocked. “What the hell Shindong I was getting to that point!” Heechul scolded hitting Shindong hard in the arm. “Wait, what?” Kyu stood there still stunned. Shindong and Heechul nodded to him that they weren’t joking. “We’ll pay you extra if you do it.” Heechul said. “How much more are we talking about?” Kyuhyun asked with curiosity. “$100 more,” Shindong said. Heechul just smacked him in the face. “You idiot, I don’t have a lot!” Heechul crossed his arms. “Well, it’s not my fault your poor.” Shindong said rubbing the back of his neck looking away from Heechul’s deadly glare. “Ok, I’ll do it.” Kyuhyun smiled while the other two were stunned. “You’ll take it?” the both said bewildered in unison. Kyuhyun nodded, “It just means more money for me.”

Sungmin waited outside in the courtyard for Kyuhyun looking at his watch. “Where is he?” he looked around for Kyu. “Looking for me?” asked a voice behind him. Sungmin quickly turned around, “Kyu!” he said a little too excited. Sungmin quickly looked down knowing his cheeks were pink again. Kyuhyun smiled and grabbed Sungmin’s hand. Sungmin looked up to see a warm smile on Kyu’s face, “Let’s go,” he started walking with Sungmin’s hand intertwined with his. He headed in a little coffee shop with Sungmin. Sungmin began to sit on the opposite booth facing Kyuhyun. Kyuhyun quickly got up and sat in the same booth as Sungmin was in surprising him making him blush. “Have you ever been here before?” Kyu asked. “I think…once.” Sungmin answered looking at a little menu on the table. “Sungmin,” Kyu began. Sungmin quickly turned to him hitting his head with Kyu’s not knowing that Kyuhyun was that close to him. “Ah,” Kyu quickly rubbed his head and saw Sungmin do the same. “Oh, I’m sorry are you ok?” he asked Sungmin rubbing Sungmin’s own head with his hand. A few girls in the café at the back saw him rubbing Sungmin’s head for him. They giggled, “So cute.” Kyu noticed and quickly stopped. “Thanks, I’m fine.” Sungmin gave him a little smile making Kyu nervous. “Uh Sungmin,” he began again. “Yeah,” Sungmin looked at him with his big sparkly eyes. Kyu suddenly noticed that Sungmin had Femine features. ‘Now that I look at it…Sungmin could pass for a girl.’ He thought in his head. Sungmin saw him just staring and began to get pink cheeks again. “Yes Kyuhyun?” he asked making Kyu come out of his trance. “Wha…Oh yeah, would you like to try this umm…” Kyuhyun went through his menu to find what he was talking about. ‘Damn it! Where is it?’ he started to feel his cheeks grow hot since Sungmin was looking at him turning pages. “Oh, here.” He showed the image of a fancy chocolate milkshake with two cherries on top forming a heart with their stems. Sungmin nodded with a big smile and blushing pink more than ever. “Great,” Kyu said with relief. The waitress came to take their order, “What would you handsome gentlemen like to order?” she asked with a smile. “Uhh…yes we would like two coffee cakes and the Lovers… Special Chocolate…Milkshake. Uhh, please.” Kyu said blushing more than ever on how embarrassed he was to say this. The woman smiled, “Alright, your order won’t take long.” She left with the order. The girls in the back booth couldn’t stop giggling and talking on how cute they both were. Kyu started getting annoyed with the girls in the back and quickly showed them a stare making them stop talking. As soon as he looked away they whispered even quieter on how cute they were. ‘God, this is harder than I thought it would be.’ He told himself. “So, did you like the gift I gave you the other day?” asked Sungmin looking at Kyuhyun. “What gift?” he quickly slapped himself in the face mentally for saying that. Sungmin eyes saddened a bit. “Oh, I’m sorry Sungmin. I am just stupid right now of course I remember.” Sungmin gave him a little smile still feeling bad. ‘Kyuhyun you moron,’ Kyu mentally scolded. “Thank you Sungmin, it was a wonderful gift.” He gave Sungmin his warmest smile. The girls giggled in the back, “Aww…” they all hugged each other looking at both of them. Kyuhyun could hear them clearly. ‘Seriously,’ Kyuhyun felt himself get annoyed by those girls. ‘We should have taken another booth away from these…things.’ He thought in disgust at them wishing they could just get lost. “Ok, here you go.” The waitress put the coffee cake plates in front of them with a spoon and then put the milkshake in between both of them. Sungmin began to dig in to his coffee cake. “Enjoy,” the woman glanced at Sungmin and then winked at Kyuhyun with a smile. ‘I am not going to take Sungmin here anymore.’ Kyuhyun began to dig in to his own coffee cake. Sungmin and Kyuhyun didn’t notice that they grabbed the milkshake at the same time about to take a sip. “Oh, you can go first.” Sungmin blushed. They both then noticed that it had two straws. “Unless,” Kyu cleared his throat. “You want to…to drink at the same time as me.” Kyu couldn’t take Sungmin staring at him with his shiny eyes and quickly began to drink from the milkshake on his straw. Sungmin smiled and began to take a drink in his own straw. Having Sungmin this close made Kyu uncomfortable. He glanced around seeing the girls staring and adoring the two ‘lovers’ Kyuhyun suddenly saw Shindong and Heechul wave at him from a faraway booth. Kyuhyun coughed on his straw suddenly getting a cough attack while Sungmin lightly patted his back. “Are you ok sweetheart?” asked Sungmin while Kyuhyun was stunned by Sungmin’s words. ‘Sweetheart?!’ Kyu thought with bewilderment. ‘Oh god, why did I say ‘sweetheart’ he’s now going to think I am taking it to fast but, I said it on accident! What is he going to think of me now?’ Sungmin asked himself inside feeling his cheeks grow hot with embarrassment. “The cute one said ‘sweetheart’ how adorable!” the girls in the back booth squealed. “I’m fine it’s ok…” Kyuhyun couldn’t help but answer this way. “Honey.” Sungmin’s eyes got bigger by what Kyuhyun said. ‘He called me…honey!’ Sungmin jumped excitedly in his thoughts. He turned to Kyu giving him a sweet smile with pink cheeks. All the girls around began to giggle and whisper in delight. Shindong and Heechul were in the faraway booth trying not to laugh about this. Kyuhyun got angry at them and gave them a face to tell them to shut up. ‘Are these idiots here to see how this is going? Those bastards are just here to make fun of me on a date with this loser!’ Kyuhyun thought angrily but, feeling a bit bad that he called Sungmin a loser. Sungmin quietly took his cheery from the top and dipped it in a bit of cream on the milkshake and took a small bite off of it having a bit of cream on his upper lip. A few girls quickly and secretly took out their phones to take a quick picture of his cute face. Kyuhyun turned to Sungmin and saw the cream on his upper lip. Sungmin noticed him staring and gave him a warm smile with pink blushing cheeks. ‘Well, here goes my chance.’ Kyuhyun touched Sungmin’s little cheek with his hand and took the cream off his upper lip slowly and delicately. Sungmin blushing turned to hot pink now. Kyuhyun his finger with the cream. “It taste really good.” He smiled beginning to take a drink of the chilled milkshake. Sungmin began to drink from it also. A bunch of girls began to take secret pictures of them drinking from the milkshake. After a while Kyuhyun noticed Heechul and Shindong weren’t there anymore. ‘Where the hell did those morons run off to? Oh, crap lunch period must already be over. !’ he cursed in his head beginning to search his wallet for money to pay the bill. The waitress came to the table. “No need kid, for you two it’s on the house.” She gave Kyuhyun a wink taking the dishes away. Sungmin just looked at Kyuhyun. ‘Oh no, he probably thinks I have something with her.’ Kyuhyun mentally thought with frustration. “She is just like that because she knows…we are dating.” Sungmin smiled and nodded. “I forgot this was just lunch period I am sorry I lost track of time.” Kyuhyun explained. “It’s ok,” Sungmin began. “I know that after lunch you pretty much don’t appear for the whole rest of the day.” Sungmin smiled at Kyu. “Want to continue the rest of the date?” asked Kyu. Sungmin smiled and nodded with agreement holding onto Kyu’s hand as they walk out of the cafe walking around the street market continuing the date.
