[Author’s POV]

“MOM!!!!!” Yoona shouted as loud as she could as she entered the house & jumped around

“What honey? That was fast. You got attacked by a fan or something?” the latter’s mom sarcasted

“NO!” Yoona replied loudly

“GEEZ STOP YELLING INSIDE THE HOUSE DEER!! She’ll never grow up” another voice of a girl yelled from upstairs, secretly mumbling

“SORRY EONNI!” Yoona replied to her older sister, still yelling. You know, about the week off & all that.. She’s happy, oh so very happy & once she’s extremely happy, she just can’t hold it in

Yoona took a deep breath & exhaled, she cleared & start speaking

“Sooman-appa gave me a week off mom, a week off from everything” Yoona can’t stop grinning, biting on her lips, with her hands covering , cutely.

“What would’ve happened if you didn’t hear me this morning hm?” the latter’s mom teased. A family of pranksters indeed..

“Okay, okay I admit. Thanks mom! I love you the most!” the deer hugged her mom tightly

“Hate you more deer” and all of a sudden, her eonni joined in the hug (teleport power)

“…What the..” the youngest daughter pulled off from the hug

“So, I guess we’re going on a family vacation for a week then? When will we depart?” Yoona’s sister bombed her with questions, their mom only observed her two pretty daughters

“Oh.. Err, actually….” Yoona remembered that the CEO said that it’s only a single ticket, Yoona only

“Sooman-appa only gave me a single ticket, it’s only for me” Yoona’s looked down at the floors

“Aww, it’s okay. Even though you annoy me, I’m gonna miss a week without you in the house. You deserved it baby, I hate you!” Yoona’s ever-sarcastic eonni cheerfully hugs the younger one

“Oh how it hurts eonni!” Yoona exaggerated & dramatized

“I know right!” Yoona’s eonni bluntly answered, not knowing that Yoona is only dramatizing

Both their mother & Yoona stared at the oldest daughter blankly

“..What?”

That night, Yoona’s packing her stuffs for tomorrow’s departure, helped by her mom

“Mom, I’ll miss you..” Yoona pouted & stopped packing

“Dear it’s only for a week” the latter’s mom approached her youngest daughter

“Well, you know I’ve never been like.. staying in another country for a week, completely by myself” Yoona gave a thought about it & now she seems pretty nervous

“Oh my God when will you ever grow up, deer?” again, her eonni appeared (BEWARE! : This fic does not contain any magical, psychic, & supernatural powers<-pls ignore)

“Since when did you love sneaking in, eonni?” Yoona sighed

“Don’t waste it, it’s a rare chance for artists to get holidays you know” Yoona’s eonni said & their mom agreed

“Be a stand-alone girl” Yoona’s eonni patted her younger sister’s head

“OKAY!” Yoona instantly jumped & got her energy back (a girl like her is easy to encourage I guess..)

-THE NEXT MORNING-

“I’ll miss you all. I’ll call as soon as I arrived in the mystery destination” Yoona stood in the house gate with her mom & her eonni, kissing them both on the cheeks (Yoona never had the thought to open the envelope & see the ticket inside because she fell asleep early last night)

The staffs Sooman promised to pick Yoona, carried Yoona’s luggages into the car & drove off as soon as Yoona entered the car.

Wow, Japan! Sooman-appa does understand me, I love Japan! Everything is so lively in this country, & the streets will be full of colorful neon lights at night. It’s really beautiful~

However, this is my second time in Japan. The last time was when me & my family had a vacation & somehow, got lost. And don’t ask me, I’m not good at directions, & I’m just a stranger here, probably. I heard Japanese men has a deep crush on me, which why I’m dressed like a normal, casual girl, won’t exaggerate no more..

Now let’s see… Where should I go first? This is a lot of luggages to carry, I need to find the nearest restaurant or something.

Ah it’s a pub! I’ll just relax here for a while, I think I’m having some jetlag. Talking about pubs, it reminds me of saloons, like those in cowboy movies. You enter & everyone inside are glaring at you, arr! Lol I’m joking. I hope….

I carried my luggage trolley inside the quite-large pub & deflect all of the deadly glares, with my black sunglasses. I sat on an empty tall stool before the counter so I don’t need to be glared by em. I left my trolley beside my stool & tried to sit on the tall stool (the usual one you see in bars) but because I wore the wrong thing today (high heels), it’s kinda hard to climb on this stool.

“Ah—!“

“Sheesh, that’s close”

I slowly opened my eyes, I was going to slip, but someone grabbed both of my hands tightly

“Not used to tall stools miss?” what I saw is a tall girl with straight, long brunette hair, chubby cheeks, & casual dress. She helped me sit properly in the stool & she sat in the stool next to me

“Th-thank you..” I said, without looking at her. Of course I can’t, I’m ashamed..

“No prob. New to Japan?” she asked, observing me

“Y-yeah.. This is my second time here” I forced a smile

“You’re all by yourself?” she bombed questions

“Yeah” I replied shortly

“Then, I’m Choi Sooyoung. And you, beautiful stranger?”
