Into the Stardom

[Author’s POV]

The next day, Sooyoung woke Sulli up in the morning & drove Sulli to the school. This time, Sooyoung is determined to pick Sulli up on time.

Back home, she saw Yoona still sleeping so she decided to cook something for the latter in case she gets hungry when she wakes up.

Upstairs, the sleeping goddess’ eyes are starting to open up. She looked around sleepily & wondered where she is..

She’s still too tired to remember a thing, so she decided to walk out of the room & go downstairs in where she remembered as.. Sooyoung’s house.

Her professional shikshin sense smelled a delicious scent of food coming from the kitchen. She quickly ran towards the kitchen to hunt her food down. (hungry deer)

What she saw in the kitchen is a figure of a tall brunette, facing her back

“Hmmmm…” Yoona mumbled, approaching the girl, following the scent of the food

“Is that you Sooyoung? Or is that Sulli? This is Sooyoung’s house right? Is this Japan?” Yoona bombed questions at the cooking girl, still half conscious

“Yeah I’m Sooyoung & this is Sulli’s house. Sulli’s in school, & this is Seoul” Sooyoung didn’t even turn her back on Yoona as she’s busy cooking for her loved one

“Huh? Sooyoung is in Seoul?” Yoona’s eyes widened, this time trying to remember things

“I wonder what did Sulli do to you last night that you’re having an amnesia..” Sooyoung joked, finishing her cooking

“Oh right. I remember now.. Sorry baby, I was half conscious” Yoona approached her tall girl & backhugged her

“The deer’s hungry right? Here, I made you foods” Sooyoung prepared the foods on the plate & placed it on the dining table

“Where are yours, Sooyoungie?” Yoona enthusiastically sat down the chair ready to taste Sooyoung’s food & devour em all

“Sulli made me this morning” Sooyoung untied the apron & sat before Yoona

“It hurts that she didn’t cook for me..” the doe-eyed girl pouts

“She was going to but she thought the food will no longer be delicious if it gets cold when you wake up. See? Our daughter is thinking of you too. Last night she also said that you’re really helpful & motherly she wants us to never break up, sweetheart” Sooyoung pecked Yoona’s lips

“Fweally..? Fwon’t fworry.. *swallow* when will I ever break up with you” Yoona smiled pleasantly at her girlfriend & kissed her cheek. Washing the plate on the sink

“Wait.. you finished the foods already?....”

A few moments later, Yoona asked Sooyoung to drive her back home. To Sooyoung’s surprise, Yoona asked her family if she could move out to live with Sooyoung & Sulli, both eomma & eonni allowed Yoona to live with Sooyoung & Sulli. After all, they want Yoona to be a standalone woman & learn to live without her family

Sooyoung was about to warn Yoona’s decision on leaving her family to stay with her new family, but Yoona asked Sooyoung to get used to her who can be selfish at times. Sooyoung can’t do anything & complied. Furthermore, even though Sooyoung doesn’t like the fact that Yoona left her family only to live with her & babying Sulli, Sooyoung actually wanted it.

“Before going back home, can you drive me to SM office building, Youngie? I haven’t forgot about recommending you to the CEO, he might be interested on taking you in the agency” Yoona reminded Sooyoung about the recommendation thing yesterday

“Oh yeah, I almost forgot about that. But, are you sure I can make it as an.. actress?” Sooyoung has never really thought of being an actress & going into stardom world before. Well, chances often came beyond our expectation.

“Don’t worry, you’ll get used to stardom, Youngie. You got the looks too anyway, I bet you’ll have fanboys & fangirls drooling over you soon” Yoona told Sooyoung’s chances, feeling a bit disappointed inside if Sooyoung will one day get too busy & forgetting Yoona, or Sooyoung could date a fan

“Hm.. You know, maybe you shouldn’t..” Yoona pouts

“What was that.. First you really want me to try & now you’re telling me I shouldn’t”

“I’m just afraid that you’ll get too busy & forgetting me & Sulli” Yoona whined

“Listen, if the agency somehow accept me, & give me jobs, our family will always be my first priority okay? You’re the one who suggested it at first anyways, you can’t take back what you’ve said baby” Sooyoung warned

“Gee you’re one smart talker huh? Fine, keep that promise Youngie”

[Sooyoung’s POV]

-SM Office Building-

The staffs greeted Yoona as we walked past all of them. Wow, she really is one well-respected woman huh? Looks like I’m dating a queen that rules over everyone around her, it’s like everyone is bowing whenever Yoona walked past them

“Wait here” Yoona asked me to wait outside a room that got ‘CEO’ written on the door

Before Yoona could enter, a blonde-haired girl walked out of the door & smiled at Yoona

“Oh, hi Sica! I was about to go in” Yoona greeted the cold-looking girl cheerfully

“Hi there Yoona, CEO-appa is inside” the ‘Sica’ girl greeted back & Yoona entered the room. I stood still outside, not looking at the blonde girl

“Hello, are you Yoona’s sister?” the blonde-haired girl approached me, seems like I got her attention

“Uh, no. I’m Yoona’s—“

“Oh wait, are you her girlfriend? Because you two doesn’t look alike” the girl interrupted with a weird smirk

“Um.. If you can keep it a secret” I scratched my hair nervously

“Don’t worry, I won’t spill. By the way, Jung Soo Yeon, Jessica Jung. Just Jessica please. I’ll appear as a cameo in Yoona’s upcoming drama, she’s very professional” Jessica stretched her hand in a friendly way & we shook hands

“Choi Sooyoung” I looked straight into her face now, not to mention she look pretty

“Are you an American born?” I prolonged the meeting, better than standing here doing nothing

“Yes I am, but also Korean. Nice to meet you, Sooyoung. I hope we can get along” okay, we can. It’s easy for me to get along with peoples I barely know

“Yah eonni, what takes you so—“

A voice of a girl caught our attention. Wait, isn’t she—

“I’m sorry Krystal, I just passed by this girl & introduced myself. Sooyoung, meet my younger sister, her name is Jung Soo Jung a.k.a Krystal Jung” Jessica brought Krystal to me. Krystal shot a cold glare at me

“Nice to meet you, Krystal. My name is Choi Sooyoung” I said with a sarcastic tone, ignoring her glare

“Dongsaengi, where are your manners? Introduce yourself” Jessica shrugged Krystal

“Can we just go eonni? I’m kinda tired of waiting..” Krystal turned her back on me

“Fine. Sooyoung, I’m really sorry for her weird behavior, she’s an awkward girl. Have a nice day!” Jessica waved at me & left with her sister

“Why does it seems like everything’s gonna be related to each other….” I scratched my head thinking of everyone that I know here is related to each other

“Sooyoungie!” Yoona popped out of the office’s door

“Come in!”

“S-seriously ahjussi!?”

“Yes, yes. I believe at Yoona’s sense, she’s a professional one & she got eyes on you. Then you’re not just anyone. Maybe you can prove your worth as a newcomer by being a cameo in Yoona’s upcoming drama. You came at a fortunate time, the producer just told me that they need another cameo” the CEO, Sooman explained

“Oh million thank you ahjussi!” I stood up & bowed repeatedly at him

Yoona giggled at my action

“Welcome to the stardom, Sooyoungie”
