HyeRim and I sit in a corner, watching them. I have so many thoughts…

HyeRim said that the boss texted her: after she finishes this task, one more mission and she can leave. “Seems like everyone will go away. I’ll be alone” I think. And thinking about the boss, I can’t avoid remembering what he has just told me on the phone. He wants us to go back because, since the stalker isn’t showing up, he thought we caught him. I managed to explain him that we didn’t know who he could be, but he answered that, if in two weeks he doesn’t show up, our task will end. “Why does he need us so badly?” I really don’t know. I look at HyeRim, she’s lost in her thoughts, but they seem unhappy ones. So I whisper to her: « Where are you going to live your new life? »

She looks at me and smiles: « I don’t know yet. I was thinking about the States, or Russia… but now I’m considering Korea too »

« Ah, then stay in Russia. So that I can see you more often! » I try to laugh

« You’re right… but you won’t be there often because of missions »

« That’s true… » I admits. And the topic ends like this, I can’t pretend to be happy anymore. But like this, I’m suddenly alone with my thoughts. I look at Ren: my heart starts to beat faster “He is so gorgeous!” I think “I really wish he can hug me and comfort me right now!”

But now I can’t erase from my mind the vow I made when I was 10, the day before my first mission: “Rule n.2 : ‘My blood must be cold as ice, I will show no emotions’ “

And I walk out. I can’t do everything else: it’s not like I really want to, but at least if I’m focused on the mission I don’t think about anything else. I look in every single room of the building, and then also outside, pretending to take a stroll. It takes more than I thought because as I end my second round I see the guys coming out.

« Already finished? » I ask smiling

It’s been three days, but the stalker hadn’t showed up. I feel quite uneasy, and I can tell that HyeRim isn’t happy either. It’s my turn to guard the building, again. But I’m not pissed off: like this I don’t see Ren, and it’s easier fro me not to think about him. He is probably happy too, because since that day he’s acting cold toward me. I’m lost in my thought when I hear a lot of noise: “they’ve finished” I smile to myself. A few second after, I see the guys coming out laughing and joking

« Coordi Lee wants us to go to the main building » HyeRim tells everyone

« Ok let’s go » I answer

As we arrive, coordi Lee is waiting for us in the hall: « Hi everyone »
