Sunggyu's POV:

The sound of a crash startled me awake. I immediately got out of bed running to the source of the sound. Then there he was: that little rascal. Hyunsung was standing on a little stool reaching for the plates in the cabinet. Luckily it was only a few plates and that they didn't shatter either. 

"Hyunsung-ah, what are you doing? Get down please." 

I lifted him off the stool and placed him on the floor. Then I got on my knees my face leveled with his. From what I could see there weren't any scratches on him which means he didn't get hurt. It's a good thing that he didn't go through the drawers that contained the forks and knives. 

When I stared straight into Hyunsung's eyes, I saw that he was getting teary eyed. I couldn't take the sight of him crying so I brushed them away and picked him up. I walked to the bathroom and set him on the counter. Then I grabbed both of our toothbrushes, handing his toothbrush to him. While we were brushing our teeth, Hyunsung got off the counter. He grabbed onto the end of my shirt while brushing his teeth with the other. I can tell he was trying to apologize for earlier. 

Once we were done brusing our teeth, I went to his room to go change in clothes for daycare. Hyunsung changed into a baby blue polo shirt, beige pants, and his favorite sneakers. Then it was time to change and I let Hyunsung pick out my tie which was the color white. 

"Good choice. White is your favorite color isn't it?" 

"Yep! It's also mommy's favorite color too!" I pat him on the head with a smile. 

"It is my favorite color." 

I put on a black button up shirt, black pants and shoes, and the white tie Hyunsung picked out for me. After that we headed to the kitchen and I prepared bread with nutella on it for him. Then I had a piece of toast with coffee. I got a glass of milk for him too so that way he can grow big and strong like the superheroes on tv. 

"Mommy, I can't wait to go play with Sooyeol!"

"I bet you are. Do you like him Hyunsung-ah?"

"I really, really, really like him! I like him this much." 

He made this wide arch thing with his arms showing how much he likes his friend. I couldn't help but laugh at his cuteness. Then I saw him blushing a bit so I pinched his cheeks teasing him a bit more. Hyunsung puffed out his cheeks which only made him cuter. 

"Mommy your cheeks are fluffy like mine too!" 

Hyunsung reached over and pinched my cheeks too. We started to have a cheek battle between the both of us. Then I noticed how much time we had left so I quickly got our things making sure we have everything we need. I grabbed the car keys, phone, and wallet for me. I thought I had everything until Hyunsung came up running to me with my necklace. 

"You can't forget this! Grandma will be very sad if you did." I gently took it and put it on. I gave Hyunsung a kiss. 

"Thank you Hyunsung-ah. Now how about we go before both of us are late." 

"Okay!" 

We ran out of our apartment and down to the car. I put him in his booster seat, went to the driver spot, and drove to the daycare. Hyunsung was singing the Pororo's theme song really loudly. From the rearview mirror I could see him playing with his stuff toy. As we were getting closer to the daycare, he suddenly shouted from his seat. 

"What's wrong Hyunsung?!"

"Mommy, I spot Soo walking in with his mommy! We have to hurry!"

"Alright alright! Hold your horses child!" 

I parked the car, got out, and then got him out. He got out of the car in a flash and ran towards Sooyeol. I shook my head to see that he left his backpack along with his stuff Pororo. Making sure he didn't leave anything else behind, I grabbed his things went to him. He was already jumping around his friend who was laughing at him too. 

"Soo! Guess what!"

"Hm?" 

"I like you a lot!" 

Hyunsung practically jumped onto Sooyeol. They fell to the ground and I quickly ran over to see if either of them were hurt. I quickly pulled Hyunsung off and looked at him straight in the eyes. 

"Hyunsung, what did I say about doing things like this? You are going to hurt yourself and others!" 

"I-I'm sorry." 

"Now, go apologize to S-"

"It's okay Sungie. I'm fine." 

I turned my head to see Sooyeol holding onto Hyunsung's hand. I smiled at the sight and stood up. Then I bowed to Sooyeol's mom apologizing for earlier. She just shook it off saying that kids will be kids and that the two of them look cute together. I agreed with her. They do look cute together. 

After a couple minutes, I realized I was going to be late so I pecked Hyunsung on the cheek and ran to my car. I quickly started it and drove to my new workplace as fast as possible. Luck was on my side today as all the lights were green. The moment I parked my car, I ran inside the building and checked in. I took a few deep breathes, in and out, and went to the elevator.

While I was waiting for the elevator, I felt my phone vibrate. I took it out of my pocket to see a photo sent from Sungyeol. In the photo was Hyunsung and Sooyeol. They were both holding hands and making v signs with their fingers. The sight of them made me smile and my day got a bit brighter.

"Are those your children?"

I almost dropped my phone when a voice came out of nowhere. Beside me, over looking my shoulder, was Nam Woohyun. My boss and I really didn't like him that much. Even though we barely got to know each other, just something about him gets on my nerves.

In order to ease the tension- more like mine - I coughed and shook my head. I showed the picture to Woohyun-sshi pointing to Hyunsung.

"That is my son. The one standing next to him is his friend." I smile once more at the picture before it got ripped off by him.

"Oh... He is much more handsome unlike you."

A ding went off signaling the elevator had come, but I didn't really hear it since I was just insulted by my boss. I blinked a few times before I registered that he had already entered the elevator and he left along with it. Now, I felt like my day has gone downhill because of him. I pinched the bridge of my nose and let out a sigh.

Great. I don't know how I'm going to deal with him. His attitude is really like a teenager or more like a child. Hyunsung even behaves better than him!

I kicked at the wall and groaned out in pain as I clutched at my foot. Then I realized where I was so I quickly looked around to see nobody around. Lucky for me... nope... nevermind. There was Hoya-sshi staring right at me. Snicker as well.

"Well, it seems like you and the wall have some problems." I glare at him and roll my eyes.

"I have problems with someone else. Not some inanimate wall."

I pressed the button once again, tapping my feet not patient at all. Then I looked at my phone to see that I was five minutes into my second day at my new job, and I wasn't even working at my desk yet! Which I have to consider that it's in his office too!

"Problems with Woohyun-hyung?" I nod my head.

"Yes. I showed him a picture of my son and that boss of yours said my son was more handsome than me! My son is handsome and adorable! He totally forgot to add in the adorable part."

"Ahh... I see. I don't get what the problem is. So you are mad that he said you aren't handsome or that he didn't say your son is adorable too. Also don't forget he is your boss too."

Ugh! Now I'm confused what I'm angry about! Dang you! And yes I know he is my boss too, though, I don't wish to acknowledge it.

The elevator opened and we both stepped inside. I pressed the button to our floor silence filling inside. I twisted my neck a bit to get the cranks out and inhale and exhaled. I did that until we reached our floor and proceeded out.

Hoya-sshi went to his desk as I went to mine...which was in Woohyun-sshi's office. I wish I could get my own office even if it is small, but I guess not. I will just deal with this and maybe in the future I could ask him for my own office. I mean I'm pretty sure he wouldn't mind. He would want privacy to himself at times, right?... Right!

"What are you doing?"

The glass doors were open, which I didn't realize at all, and my fist was in the air. I was doing a fighting motion, but I only embarrassed myself in front of him once again! I slowly pulled my hand back and smiled at him.

"Haha...ha...ha... I was just giving myself energy for the day! Don't want myself to be passing out during the middle of work!"

Woohyun-sshi was staring at me hard, and I really mean hard. It was like he was staring in my soul yet I feel like I was staring in his too. His deep, chocolate brown eyes were pulling me in until I felt something soft brush the side of my lips. My eyes widened and I backed away.

"W-What were you doing?" He kept staring at me and then he rolled his eyes at me.

"What was I doing? It wasn't like I was you. I was brushing off the crumbs. You're a messy eater too, aren't you? At least make yourself presentable."

Then just like that he walked away from me. I stood there with my mouth wide open still wondering what the heck just happened. I wiped the other side as well to make sure I didn't have crumbs there too. I turned my head to see the secretary staring straight at me. She turned away but I caught her flushed cheeks.

Of course. She probably was amused as to what just happened right now. For some reason, I feel like I'm in some kind of drama. 

Since there wasn't anything else to do out here, I entered the office, and went to sit at my seat. I place my bag on the ground and took out my phone. There weren't any messages from Sungyeol which meant Hyunsung was fine at daycare. I placed my phone on the side to see a stack of papers. They were mostly profiles of all the idols in the company. Then I saw a sticky note on top.

"Put all of these files into a flashdrive for me."

I crumpled the note into a bal and threw it onto the floor. I let out a huff and started the files. The flashdrive was already on my desk so I inserted it into the computer and began. There were even trainee profiles too. I wasn't expecting so many idols in this company. I guess I should really keep up with the entertainment business. I'm pretty sure Woohyun-sshi would be telling me to keep updates on it.

I was only on the tenth one and I was already tired out.

Four hours later...

I slammed my face onto my desk relieved that I finally finished. Four stinking hours. I swear I haven't done something like this for like...ever. The amount of paperwork, I didn't think it would be this much. But I got this job so I have to work hard at it.

It wasn't until another thirty minutes until my lunch break, so I decided to look around. Before that, I placed the flashdrive on his desk. Woohyun-sshi hasn't come back since he left and after...that brushing off crumbs incident. Like I would believe that. He probably wanted to make fun of me or something.

Hmm. I wonder what is around here.

There wasn't anybody around and it seems like the secretary had already left for her lunchbreak. I saw a hallway that lead to somewhere I hadn't seen before. It seemed like an adventure, kind of like the ones Hyunsung would make me play with him. I turned around the corner and I came across a room. The lights were out and from the window, I could see an outline of something.

I slowly opened the door, and turned the lights on. I had closed my eyes a bit afraid to see what it was. When I opened them, I let out a sigh of relief to only see a person sleeping on the couch. The person didn't make any sudden noise or moved. He must be a pretty deep sleeper.

Making sure I didn't make any noise as I walked closer to him, I walked on my tipy toes. Then I crouched forward to get a better look at him. He seemed familiar.

Oh yeah! He is the one from the daycare! The one who I saw when I was in my car! Hmm. I wonder who he is and what he is doing here.

"Yah! Kim Myungsoo! Get over here before I fire that sorry little of yours!"

I turn on my heels to hear an angry Woohyun-sshi. Then I turn back around to meet with the gaze of the mysterious person who I just found out whose name is Myungsoo. I turn around once again and really did meet with an angry Woohyun-sshi. His arms were on his hips and he looked really...what is the word? Oh right! He looked really pissed off.

"Why aren't you at the photoshoot? I have to pay them to shoot your photos! And every single minute you waste sleeping here, the money disappears! Now get over there before I pull you out myself."

"Aish! Just leave me alone hyung!"

The guy was making his eyes like go wide. Kind of like a kicked pupppy.

"Go do the photoshoot and I will leave you alone for a day! Now go L!" 

My eyes widen to see Myungsoo, no L, get up and leave the premises. Then he turned his head and stuck out his tongue at Woohyun-sshi. I couldn't help but chuckle at the guy's child like character as he ran out of the room.

"I seriously don't know what to do with him. I really need to- What are you doing here?" He stared at me and I stared back.

I was here the whole time idiot! You blind or something?!

"Oh, um, I was finished with the files so I decided to walk around to stretch a bit. Sitting in a chair for four hours really makes your body stiff. Haha!" I stretched out my arms motioning at what I really wasn't doing but whatever.

"Okay... If you say so. Well, I'm going to go back, you coming along?"

He had already left before I could answer him. I simply followed him without replying back. When we got to the office, there was someone sitting on his chair. His hair was like an ash blonde and he kind of look like an animal. Well, more like prehistoric.

"Woohyun-ah! I missed you so much!"

The guy came running at him but Woohyun-sshi had put his hand out making the other guy's face collide with his hand. I inwardly groaned when that happened but was laughing at bit since it was pretty hilarious. Woohyun-sshi had seen me as he had turned his head around. Instead he had gestured me to follow him along with the other guy.

"Come on you two. We are going out to eat. My treat as well."

After lunch, I had found out the guy's name was Jang Dongwoo. Oh yeah, he was a dinosaur. That is what he looked like. Also I learned that Dongwoo-sshi and Woohyun-sshi are best friends since they were in diapers. Well, Dongwoo-sshi said in diapers and Woohyun-sshi just ignored him.

Once we got back, Dongwoo-sshi had to leave for an appointment for an apartment he was renting. Apparently, Woohyun-sshi had hired Dongwoo-sshi to be the new choreographer/dance teacher for the company. The other person had to take personal leave because his wife got pregnant. Don't know who that is, but Dongwoo-sshi seems like an okay person. He made me laugh today at least.

"Sunggyu-sshi, I need you to these papers as well."

I took the papers.

"Sunggyu-sshi, I need you to get me more pens from the closet over there.

I got the pens for him.

"Sunggyu-sshi, I need you to tell the secretary to call Hoya over here. And then you need to tell him he has to meet me in the conference room."

I turned my head and glared at him for only a second! Just for a second! And he caught me.

"Sunggyu-sshi, if you don't like your job here then you can quit as you please."

"Oh, no, Mr. Nam! I love my job! I wouldn't dare take any other job than this!"

He looked at me, and this time it felt different. It was like I was a piece of art and he was observing me. Yep. Not weird at all. I quickly head out of the room and to the secretary. I told her to call up for Hoya-sshi and she did. Then I waited there for a few minutes for him to come.

"Oh, Sunggyu-sshi, what are you doing out here?" I facepalmed myself.

"It's nothing. I just had to tell you Mr. Nam would like to meet you in the conference room."

"Okay. I will go ahead then. Thanks for telling me, and thanks for putting up with Woohyun-hyung's ."

He smiled at me and I smiled back. Then I went back inside the office and saw Woohyun-sshi staring outside. The sun was getting lower yet it hit him perfectly. I would be lying if I said he didn't look handsome right now. I guess some are born naturally handsome.

"Sunggyu-sshi, did you tell him?" I snapped out of my thoughts.

"H-Huh? Oh, yes, I told him. He is already on his way there."

He passed right by me, but my eyes widened as I heard him say to words to me before he left. I covered my ear a bit astounded. I stood there like some sort of fool so I kicked the wall. Luckily it didn't leave any marks or dents.

After work, I decided to pick up Chinese take out for dinner. I got Hyunsung's favorite: sweet and sour chicken. He always says that his stomach is happy when he eats it. Then I went to pick up Hyunsung from daycare.

"Hyunsung-ah, were you a good boy today?"

"Of course mommy! I played all day with Sooyeol! Guess what mommy!" I looked at the rear view mirror to see his cheeks a bit...pink?

"What?"

"Soo and I held hands as we took our naps. Then when I woke up, he was still sleeping, so I woke him up with a kiss. Just like the prince does to his princess."

We arrived home and Hyunsung helped me carry the take out. He said that he was my little helper. Cute as usual. I placed the food on the counter and got plates out for us. I got a glass of wine for me and a cup of orange juice for Hyunsung.

"So, does that mean you are Sooyeol-ah's prince?" He stuffed a piece of sweet and sour chicken into his mouth before he answered.

"Mmhm! Soo is my princess and I'm his prince!" I patted his head as I took a sip of my wine. I smiled at how cute he was being. It was like he already has a girlfriend...or boyfriend. Doesn't matter to me. I'm just glad he is making good friends.

"Well, make sure nobod steals your princess, alright?"

"I will make sure!" Then he turned to me with some sauch on the side of his lips. Which reminded me of Woohyun-sshi. I grabbed a napkin and wiped of the sauce.

"Mommy, I have a question." 

"Hm?" I placed the napkin on the table.

"When will you find your prince?"

I looked down at him and smiled. Though I know it wasn't geunine. I ruffled his hair and leaned forward to kiss his forehead. I remember Hyunsung asked me this question once, and I will answer him with the same answer.

"Hyunsung-ah, remember you are my prince. But I guess you aren't anymore since you are Sooyeol's prince." He frowned and I couldn't help but chuckle.

"Then I will be your knight in shining armor. I will help find you your prince, mommy! Because a princess can't be without her prince. She would be sad. Aren't you sad?"

I shake my head. I pull him into a hug and pat his back. "I'm fine with what I have now." I feel him shake his head against my chest.

"No! I will make sure mommy gets her prince! I pinky promise."

Hyunsung held out his pinky so what the heck. I pinky promised him and smiled.

"Pinky promise."
