"You just have to wait and besides, it's a surprise!" He replied

You followed what he instructed. Right infront of you was as small Pomeranian puppy. Instead of jumping for joy as your boyfriend expected, you squealed and quickly hid behind him.

"Why? What's the matter? Don't you like him?"
 

"Did I ever mention, I'm afraid of dogs?!" The puppy barked, making you cower behind your boyfriend even more.
 

"But he's so cute" he complimented as he picked up the puppy and cradle it in his arms
 

"Well, he is but.. he is still a dog"
 

"Jagi, he is so small. He can't even hurt a fly" he cooed as he plays with the puppy
 

"What exactly your intention when you bought him?"
 

"He's from the shelter. I've always wanted a dog and never got a chance to get one. Besides, he can accompany you whenever I'm gone"
 

"You said it. You want it,  you take care of it!"
 

"As much as I want to, I can't. I travel a lot and I can't bring him"
