While on their way back to the office, Myungsoo notices Minyoung who was looking rather serious but at the same time depressed.

“Yah, are alright?”

“Ne…”

“Are you sure that you’ll do those photos with them?”

“Ne…”

“Aigoo, I thought you don’t want to go back there anymore.”

“Ne, I don’t but, as proof that I’m true to my words, I’ll do it…”

“Or is it because you owe him?”

“Actually, that as well… You know me very well.”

“Araseo… would you like me to come with you?”

“… Ne…  I would like that very much.”

“Araseo...”

Gikwang called Doojoon to pick him up.

“SHE AGREED?! OMO! DAEBAK!”

The two presidents eventually managed to get back to their office.

“Ms. Minyoung and Sir. Myungso, welcome back! If it’s okay with you, can we show you the preparations that have been made for tonight’s company dinner?” asks Ms. Lee.

“Araseo! Let’s go!”

The company’s headquarters is connected to one of their hotels. They go to the enormous function room which has been beautifully decorated. There were tables and chairs everywhere. The food was now being prepared. Carpets were laid across the room.

“This is just beautiful!” says Minyoung.

“We like it very much!” says Myungsoo.

“Everyone in the company is invited right?” asks Minyoung.

“Ne.”

“Great! Then, I’d like to make an announcement to everyone.”

“Eh, Minyoung-ah, what is it?” she whispers it to him.

“Jwigoda! (You’re the best) Let’s go do it!”

“Ms. Lee and Mr. Baek, please gather all the department heads into the conference room.” says Minyoung. The two secretaries obey and heads off to each department while the two presidents head to the conference room.

“Myungsoo-ah, let’s go to samchon after the company dinner.”

“I was actually thinking about the same thing. Oh, should we invite Sunggyu?”

“Actually, I was thinking of inviting the whole of Infinite. You guys could give us a performance!

“Jin ja?! Hahaha! Araseo! But, who’ll stay with samchon?”

“Hmm, call Ms. Park. Tell her to go to the hospital and take over for Sunggyu.” Ms. Park is the head of their house helpers.

“Ne!” Myungsoo quickly calls Sunggyu. Sunggyu agrees to go home first and change. Then, Myjngsoo calls the rest of Infinite. They quickly get ready to change.

“Sunggyu’s going home right now. He’ll tell Ms. Park to get to the hospital quickly. He’s leaving a nurse inside samchon’s room.” A few minutes later, the heads of each department finally arrives at the conference room.

“Everyone, listen up! Since it’s already 1:30PM, you can all go home now!” says Minyoung.

“Tell everyone in your departments to get ready for the company dinner tonight!” says Myungsoo.

The heads were all happy to hear this! They all left the room as quickly as they could to announce the good news. Minyoung and Myungsoo also tell their secretaries to do the same. Half an hour later, they were on their way back home.

“Minyoung-ah! The schedule!”

“Don’t worry! I already got it from Ms. Lee before we left!”

“I thought you forgot! So, when are we free?”

“Wednesday! We’re actually having a half-day on that day!”

“Daebak! Oh! Better call Sunggyu and ask he’s at home already.”

“Araseo… Yeoboseyo? Oppa? Are at home already?”

“Ne! Ms. Park’s on her way already to the hospital and the rest of Infinite are getting ready. They’re asking what time they should arrive there.”

“Before 6PM will do.”

“Araseo, I’ll go text them. The clothes that you’ll be wearing for tonight are already in your room.”

“Ne! Gomawo oppa!”

Back at cube, BEAST has just received word that they would be accompanying their CEO to the KHRC’s company dinner tonight and that they would also be giving a performance there. Mr. Hong’s secretary quickly informs Ms. Lee about this so she calls Minyoung.

“EH?!”

“Yah, what is it?! What’s wrong?!”

“…Araseo… I’ll call you later…”

“YAH!”

“BEAST will also be performing later!”

“Mwo?! How the heck did that happen?!”

“Mr. Hong’s bringing them with him at the dinner tonight! I guess it’s because he knows I’m or, I was a B2UTY! Aigoo…”

“Well, will you cancel it?”

“… Aniyo… I have no choice… If I cancel it, I’ll be in an awkward position. Let’s just break the news to Sunggyu oppa calmly.”

“OPPA! PLEASE! DON’T MAKE A SCENE TONIGHT!”

“But, how can I not…”

“YAH! PROMISE ME!”

“… Aish! Araseo! Yaksokk!”

“Good! Now I’m going to take a nap first! I’m so sleepy! Myungsoo-ah, I’ll call you when I’m done changing.”

“Ne!” Minyoung goes up to their room to change while the two boys were left at the living room.

“Are the others excited?” asks Myungsoo.

“Ne. Sungjong said he’s going to wear his weird hat again… Aigoo…”

“Hahaha! Jinjayo? Hahaha! Oh, please don’t make a scene tonight, araseo?”

“Ne!”

BEAST was also back at their dorm. Their manager brought some fresh clothes for them to wear at the dinner tonight.

“Do you think she’ll like it if she sees us performing?” asks Yoseob.

“Well, we don’t know…” says Hyunseung.

“Let’s just get our hopes up.” says Junhyung.

“And hope for the best.” says Doojoon.

“That’s right because you four should do that!” says Dongwoon.”

“I wonder what Minyoung would look like tonight…” says Gikwang as he looks somewhere…

“Aigoo…yah! You really do like her don’t you?” says Yoseob.

“I guess o because, I haven’t felt this way since, you know…”

“Don’t give up then! We’re all here for you!” says Doojoon.

“And that’s what I’m worried about…”

The hours passed and it was now 5PM.

Minyoung, Myungsoo and Sunggyu were now on their way to the company dinner. Suggyu’s just been informed that the rest of Infinite has already arrived there. Minyoung secretly texts Ms. Lee to check if BEAST has arrived already; Ms. Lee texts that they haven’t arrived yet. They arrived there at around 5:45PM. As they stepped on the red carpet, they were greeted by the media who were flashing their cameras and videos. Some asked them for some short interviews which they agreed to. Both Sunggyu and Myungsoo were wearing a black tuxedo with a black tie. Minyoung was wearing a white gown and she looked so beautiful that all the men were looking at her. When they entered the function room, they were all greeted by everyone inside. They eventually caught up with the rest of Infinite.

“Aigoo, Minyoung-ssi, yeppeuda!” says Dongwoo.

“Gomawoyo oppa.”

“Yah! Hands off my sister! Got it?” says Sunggyu.

“Ne!”

“Sunggyu oppa, I told you not to make a scene right?”

“I’m not making a scene! Just being a good brother!”

“Yeah right!”

They all laughed after this. The two presidents walked around and welcomed their guests. Ms. Lee catches up with them.

“Ms. Minyoung, Sir. Myungsoo, the CEO of Cube and the six members of BEAST has arrived.”

“Oh, ne, gomawo Ms. Lee. Myungsoo-ah, let’s go. Sunggyu oppa, stay here.”

“Ne, araseo.”

Ms. Lee leads the way and they finally meet up with Mr. Hong and BEAST.

“Mr. Hong, we’re very glad that you came!” says Myungsoo.

“Why of course! Your company is our biggest shareholder! I wouldn’t miss this for the world! Hahaha! And oh! I’m sure your secretaries have informed you about BEAST performing for us all later? I brought them along because, you know you’re a B2UTY yourself Ms. Minyoung!”

“Ah… ne! Gomawo! Oppas, thanks for coming! Jeongmal gamsahaeyo!”

“NE!” Gikwang couldn’t help but look at Minyoung’s stunning beauty.

“Oh please! Have a seat now. The dinner will be starting any minute! Mr. Baek, please lead MR. Hong and BEAST to their table.” says Myungsoo who spots Mr. Baek near them.

“Ne Sir. Myungsoo. Sirs, this way please.”

Ms. Lee whispers to Minyoung: “Yah, he was staring at you!” She whispers back: “I know!... Aigoo… what the heck… I think I’ll have to talk to him after this!”

“Ms. Lee, where’s our table?” asks Myungsoo.

“Ms. Lee leads them to their table which was in the center front. Finally, the dinner began. Sunggyu went towards Myungsoo.

“Yah, it’s time for our performance!”

“Ah! I almost forgot! Minyoung-ah, I’ll be back!”

“Ne! Have fun onstage!”

Myungsoo ran with Sunggyu towards the backstage. The MC finally starts the dinner.

“To start off, we will be graced by a performance of K-Pop idol group Infinite in which one of our new presidents, Sir. Kim Myungsoo is a member of and Kim Sunggyu, Ms. Kim Minyoung’s brother is the leader! Everybody, give it up for Infinite!”

“Man In Love” starts to play and out comes Infinite from the backstage. They dance very lively and happily for the audience which was cheering them on! After that, some speeches were made by the different shareholders and guests until it was finally time for Minyoung and Myungsoo’s apeech. First, they thanked everyone who cooperated and worked with their uncle, second, they declare their goals for the company as presidents, third, they thanked their uncle for making the company very strong and lastly, they asked for everyone’s prayers, support, love and care as they start heading the company into the future. The two presidents were given a standing ovation and a he round of applause!

Before leaving the stage, Ms. Lee whispered something to Minyoung.

“Ah yes! Before we all eat, let us all watch my favorite idol group, BEAST as they perform for us! “The second she left the stage, she looked at the backstage where BEAST was and Gikwang was looking at her.

Finally, BEAST’s performance started and they sang and danced Beautiful Night. As with Infinite, everyone was also cheering for them. Gikwang couldn’t help but look directly at Minyoung who tried to look away at all costs. After their performance, it was time for everyone to eat and socialize.

After eating, Minyoung excused herself and went to the comfort room. Gikwang excused himself as well since he wants to catch some fresh air. After being in the comfort room for a few minutes, she got out and was about to head back to the function room when she saw the hotel’s beautiful garden. She decided to go there for a while. As she got out into the open air, she looked above her and saw that the stars were already out.

“Eomma, Appa, I hope you two are always looking out for me, Sunggyu oppa and Myungsoo as well as samchon. Please, I hope he wakes up soon…” Although it was spring already, she couldn’t help but feel cold.

“Aigoo! It’s freezing! Brr!!!...” Someone lends her a coat and thought it was Myungsoo.

“Oh! Myungsoo-ah! Gomawo!...” Her smile fades away when she sees Gikwang behind her.

“Oppa… what are you doing here?”

“I was out for some fresh air and I saw you came here so…”

“So you followed me?”

“Please, I insist you put that on first to warm you up.”

“Oh um, the guys are happy that you agreed for the picture taking…”

“I know that you don’t want to listen to us but, I’d really like to take this opportunity to apologize on behalf of BEAST. Doojoon, Yoseob, Hyunseung and Junhyung are really feeling bad for what they did. They want to make that up for you during the photo shoot… Oh right! When are you free?”

“Ah! Wednesday…”

“Araseo…” Gikwang and Minyoung felt very much awkward with each other but, they began to steal glances from one another.

“Minyoung-ah… I…”

“And what do you think are you doing, Gikwang hyung?”

“Myungsoo-ah!”

Myungsoo was standing behind Gikwang (a few steps away) but Minyoung didn’t notice him. Myungsoo went towards Minyoung, and took Gikwang’s coat away and gave it back to him.

“Here… Minyoung-ah, let’s go back inside and Gikwang hyung, don’t you dare go near my girl again!”

“Your… girl?!”

“Myungsoo-ah!…”
