Chapter 24

Last day of vacation and everyone was getting worried of Jenny ..

Jenny: guys I’m fine no need to worry .. I already accept the fact that she’s dead but I did saw her … and I admit maybe i’m just imagining things ..

Fretzie: sorry Jenny ..

Jenny: I’m fine : )

Ivan: so .. guys see you tomorrow?

Bret: yeah! New school year .. I’m excited ..

James: I feel something’s gonna happen ..

Then they all went home ..

The next day everyone went to their own class .. while Ann was on the office ..

Mr. Rod: Ann Li you’ll go with me and Mrs. Rea before you went to your class .. we’ll explain everything to them first ..

Ann: I understand! : )

Everyone was so busy chatting and telling the stories of their vacation when Mr. Rod enter the room..

Jenny: wait is Mr. Rod our teacher again?

Mr. Rod: why Ms. Kim any objection about that?

Jenny: nothing sir ..

Mr. Rod: to clear things I’m not your teacher and I would like to introduce  all of you to your new teacher Mrs. Rea ..

Then the students greeted her ..

Mr. Rod: maybe you’re all confious why would I have to introduce her to you when she can introduce herself alone ..

The students started murmuring ..

Mr. Rod: class listen! 

Then everyone keep quiet ..

Mr. Rod: I’m here to explain to you something .. and since I’m your teacher last year I’m the one in charge to explain to you this matter ..

Tricia whisper at Fretzie..

Tricia: what was it?

Fretzie:  I don’t know also..

Mr. Rod: remember your classmate, friend or even  sister some of you treat her like their own sister ..

Devon: wait who’s that?

James: just keep quiet ..

Mr. Rod: were all sad about her death ..

Then everyone’s face turn into sad one ..

Ivan: guys its all about Ann Li ..

Jenny: yeah ..

Mr. Rod: but we never knew the real story ..

Everyone got confious..

Mr. Rod: she’s alive .. : )

Jenny, Fretzie , Tricia and Devon: what?!

Mr. Rod: okay Mrs. Rea please assists her ..

Then  everyone look at the door… there was a girl looks like Ann Li who enters the door..

Devon: this is not funny!

Mr. Rod: Ms. Seron quiet ..

James: Ann.. (whisper)

Ann: hi everyone! : )

Jenny: Ann! ( she froze even Fretzie and Tricia)

Ann immediately went to Jenny to hug her but Jenny stopped her ..

Jenny: no this is just a dream ..

Fretzie: your alive .. I think Jenny we Had the same dream ..

Tricia: as well as I ..

Ann:  guys I’m alive and this is true .. don’t you want me alive? (with sadness in her tone)

But still they didn’t hug her..

Ryan went to Ann ..

Ryan: Ann ..

Bret: Ann we miss you ..

They hug Ann even Ivan hugged Ann ..

Mr. Rod: Ms. Li mind to tell them the story ..

Ann told them the whole story about pretending she’s dead ..

Jenny: I can’t still believe it ..

Ann went to a seat far from her friends they can’t still accept her .. she knew that it was her fault .. if she didn’t lie to them then this is not happening now ..

Mr. Rod left and Mrs. Rea started the lesson .. Devon was smiling evilly ..

Devon: *haha they’re mad at you .. and I’m they’re bestfriend now you can’t steal them away from me .. haha*

Break time and everybody went to the cafeteria .. Ann was left in the room .. they didn’t even invite her .. the boys invited her but she insisted because she thought maybe the girls will be annoyed if she join them and she’s so sad ..

Ann: *a tear fell on her face*

Someone give her a scarf .. she look at that person and she saw James ..

Ann: James! : )

James left after giving the scarf ..

Ann: *at least he’s not that mad on me*

While James ..

James: *you’re really alive* : )

James sat on the chair along with his friends ..

Devon: where did you go James?

James: washroom ..

Bret: hey girls why don’t you hang out with Ann .. don’t you miss her?

Jenny: I still can’t believe she lied to us .. all this time .. she made us stupid ..

Fretzie: Jenny’s right .. I can’t face Ann now ..

Tricia just sighed ..

Devon: *haha they’re really mad at Ann ..*

Ivan: but still she’s our friend .. don’t you realize she’s hurt like us ..

Ryan: Ivan’s right girls ..

Everyone just sigh ..

When they enter the room there’s no students because there were still 30 minutes after break time .. Ann was sleeping on her chair .. alone ..

Fretzie: I miss her ..

Jenny: me too ..

Bret: you should approach her ..

Jenny: but we hurt her earlier .. she cried because of us ..

Devon: I can’t still believe she lied .. *making the topic about Ann’s lie*

Tricia: maybe some other time .. we can talk to her ..
