After everything that has happened, Hyukjae and Donghae were now in the backseat of a car going back to base camp to get Donghae's wound treated. And Hyukjae's dad was the one driving them.

Hyukjae was helping Donghae put pressure on his gun wound when he noticed that his dad kept looking at the rear view mirror observing them, more specifically Donghae. 

"Yah! APPA!"

"What?"

"Why do you keep looking at Donghae??"

"I just wanted to make sure that he was still bleeding" he replied looking at Donghae.

"APPA~!" Hyukjae whined.

And with that, the father and son kept bickering with one another.

Donghae only smile at the scene and didnt mind that Hyukjae's dad wanted him to keep on bleeding.

~Donghae P.O.V~

I missed seeing them bicker like this. But what makes me really happy is that my jewel never let go of my hand since we went into the car up until now. To tell the truth I actually feel happy that I'm bleeding.

Its not like it feels good or that I like the pain Im feeling.

its just that, it makes me see the reality that I am fully human again.

And to that I am very greatful.

Our ride didnt take long at all. And once we got off the car, Hyukjae took me to the paramedics to get me treated.
