Meeting the real Suzy

Suzy POV

            Today, was a rollercoaster ride, I was saved Dongwoon and now he says we are friends. Ay, I don’t know maybe tomorrow he will forget. I must not be late for my work; the manager said that I will have a new partner since my last partner left the job already. I can’t wait to meet him; the manager said he’s a great singer.

            I already reached my work; by the way, I work at a bar called The Glitz. I am a singer there since I needed a job I used my ability to sing for a living and to each for my expenses. When I entered I saw the manager, he said that the new singer must be on his way. I rushed to the workers locker room to fix myself.             I heard noises opening the door, I heard the manager talking to someone. Then the manager called me. I went to him, I saw him beside with a charming guy, he has small but cute eyes and he smiled.

Manager: ah, Suzy, this Sunggyu, your new partner.

Sunggyu: Nice to meet you, Suzy

Suzy: Nice to meet you to, hope we could get along with each other

Manager: Get ready in 20 minutes and you’ll be singing in 20 minutes.

Suzy & Sunggyu: Yes sir

            The manager went out of the room.

Sunggyu: So, how old are you?

Suzy: 17 why?

Sunggyu:  then you must call me oppa cause I’m 21 years old

Suzy: no, I don’t like

Sunggyu: why? Are you awkward with me?

Suzy: no, more like comfortable with you

Sunggyu: then why can’t you call me oppa

Suzy: because it will put me in an awkward situation

Suzy: because I’m not used to it. I was born in the States and I just recently came to Korea. In the States whether someone is older than you we call them just by their first name.

After 20 mins.

Host: Let’s us welcome our singers for tonight Sunggyu and Suzy

Suzy: Let’s go

Sunggyu: what? I’m nervous..

Suzy: Don’t worry, Sunggie. You’ll do great. I can sense you’re a great singer

Sunngyu: Thank you, Suzy

Suzy: Don’t worry; if you faint I’m right by your side. Kekeke

Sunggyu: hey, don’t joke like that

Suzy: ha, sorry sorry, but seriously I’m just by your side.

Sunggyu: thank you

Suzy: Let’s go, we’re making them wait too much

            Standing on this stage makes me feel myself again. I saw Sunggyu shaking, I held his hands and said

Suzy: Don’t be nervous, just sing comfortably

            Then we sang Lucky by Bruno Mars, Wouldn’t change a thing by Demi & Joe, when you look me in the eye by Vanessa & Jonas Brothers and many more

            Sunggyu release his nervousness and sang with all his heart. Wow, his voice was really powerful he’s really amazing. He said that he wants me to me his friends.

Myungsoo POV

            When we entered the bar the manager approaches us and took Sunggyu hyung with him. He said that the bar is almost open so we could just wait until the bar open. We chose to sit at the back so Sunggyu hyung wouldn’t be nervous seeing us. We waited 20 minutes and the bar is full of costumers. I thought that this bar must be famous. Then a host walked towards the stage and said

Host: Let’s us welcome our singers for tonight Sunggyu and Suzy

After 2 mins

Wonho: Sunggyu hyung seems nervous

Jonghun: yeah, it’s been 2 mins since the host announce them

Myungsoo: yah, by the way did you hear the name of the girl singer

L.joe: I heard he said Suzy

Daehyun: yah, are you thinking she is the Suzy in our school. Does she seems she’d work at a place like this.

Myungsoo: nah, it’s just like we gonna meet 2 Suzys today

All except Myungsoo: mmm…

Myungsoo: what? I’m just curious

All except Myungsoo : ok

            Then at last Sunggyu huyng and that Suzy was out. To my surprise she looks like Suzy from our school but without those glasses and nerdy looks. It must be coincidence. But she spoke and I was certain she was Suzy from our school. I look at the boys and their expression was the same as mine. I asked them

Myungsoo: Jonghun hyung, is she….

Jonghun: Maybe… I think so. She’ really beautiful

Wonho: yah, she must be really Suzy but she’s very different

Dongwoon: maybeeeeeee…..

Daehyun: maybe what?

Dongwoon: but why would she dress and look like a nerd, when she this beautiful.

L.joe: aish, let’s just asked her later huh? Let’s watch I can’t hear with all of you squealing like a girl.

Kai: yeah, we won’t get any answers if you just keep on squealing there…

All: call

            We stop talking and watch. When they started, I cannot believe that it was the Suzy that we just met earlier. This Suzy’s really pretty and has a great voice and most of all has confidence. All of us were jaw dropped because of the powerful performance. The more I look at Suzy, she kept stealing my heart and mind. Now, maybe I fell for her? Maybe she was too focus on our performance she didn’t even looked at us even Sunggyu didn’t even took a glance at us. The performance was over, they sang numerous songs. The crowd went wild after their performance. It was amazing, I had to admit their voices fit each other they seem to know each other for a long time. After that thought I felt a little bit jealous but I knew I had no right to be jealous.

            Sunggyu hyung dragged Suzy and coming towards us. It seems he will introduce her to us. To confirm my suspicion I must look at her reaction when Sunggyu hyung introduce us to her.

Suzy POV

            Sunggie drag me to meet his friends. As we got nearer, I saw familiar faces my face was O___O at that time. To my surprise, I saw the 7 boys I met this morning. I can’t escape now the fact that Sunggyu was holding my hand to tightly, the boys already saw. I just wished that didn’t recognize me.

Sunggyu: Hi guys, this is…

All boys: Suzy

Sunggyu: huh, How did you, ah the host introduced her earlier

Dongwoon: no hyung, we meet her earlier at school

            So they recognize me….

Sunggyu: How?

Wonho: She’s our schoolmate

            I went to the locker room and got my things and clear my thoughts. I walk with them, they kept staring at me like a dog who wants to be fed. I cleared my throat

Suzy: I purposely disguise myself as a nerd to hide from someone

Suzy: we’re almost at my house could we continue this at my house

All boys: ok
