Day 4, Confessed? Somewhat.. XD
A week with your Future Wife
~Key's POV~
"Gaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh... I'm so bored.... I don't want to stay at home all day, Kibum-ah.. Do you have any scheds for the rest of the day?" The forever complaining Jenby asked me through the phone.. It was only 8 am in the morning and she's already bombarding my cellphone with millions of texts and miss calls..Thankfully, we were not as busy as we're supposed to be. Our manager was kind enough to lighten up our scheds, so I'm here, listening to Jenby complain and whine..
"Jenby-ah.. There's a lot of things for you to do.. Why don't you try writing an update for your fanfics?? The girls are obviously waiting for you to update.." I smiled a little when I heard her groan and continue her whining..
"Ehhhhh.. It's too hard to concentrate and write a good plot or a good update when my friends' biases are just a phone call away.. It makes me hope that maybe I'll meet my own Prince Charming someday.. And hopefully, he'll fall in love with me just like how Taemin fell for Cherry.. The mere thought of meeting my own bias is giving my head a temporary blackout.. I can't think straight with all the spazzing.. Sorry.." I couldn't supress a smile as Jenby had talked once again about meeting her bias. Changmin Hyung. She had forced out every possible information she could get from me and everyone else in SHINee.. Even Manager hyung got squeezed for some tinsy bitsy information about Hyung.. Talk about obsessive. For the past few days, I've realized how much the girls wanted to meet their biases.. Jamie and Jaejoong hyung.. Esmie and Hyunjoong hyung.. Risa wanted to meet Sungmin hyung too but she's pretty too occupied with her own boyfriend right now named Teddy.. Izza too with her Genesis.. And of course, Jenby and Changmin hyung.. I know how much they wanted to see their biases but I don't think they're ready to meet them.. Especially Jenby.. I can already imagine how she'll stop talking and ask the ground to swallow her the moment Changmin hyung tries to talk to her.
Jamie and Esmie might be able to handle Jaejoong hyung's and Hyunjoong hyung' presence but I don't think Jenby could. The worse that could happen is she'll probably faint on Changmin hyung. Heaving a sigh, I stopped her ranting on the phone with a preposition I know she would definitely accept..
"Wanna go to the mall today?? My treat.." I waited for a second before I laughed at the sudden silence from the other line. Obviously shocked at my question.
"W-w-w-w-what??? R-really?? Yah! Kim Kibum! You've got to be kidding me.. Are you really asking me to go to the mall with you and you'll pay for everything??!! Do you know how unthrifty I am???!!" Jenby asked again..
"You don't want to?" I asked her, knowing already what was the answer.
"I WANT TO!! Of course, I'd LOVE to~!! What time are we gonna meet up?! Right now???!!" I could pratically hear her excitement through the phone and I couldn't help but smile..
"Give me time to take a shower and get some disguise.. We'll meet up at Cherry's.."
~Cherry's POV~
"Chelli~!! Ketchup, please~!!"
My ears perked up as I heard the only boy that makes my life beautiful say my name.. I looked up with a smile and handed him the ketchup..
"Komawo~.." I heard him say before I looked down and continued eating breakfast with a faint blush on my face..
"May kinikilig na naman dito.. Ang aga aga.. Hays.." Joy commented, shaking her head as she continued to eat..
I saw how taemin looked up at Joy and then at everyone (who was all smiling) confusingly for translation but was answered only by knowing smiles.. I tried not to get affected by Joy's statement and continued eating..
"Kunwari pa yung isa diyan.. Hindi nya daw alam kung sino ung kinikilig.." Ate Addy suddenly said and I almost choked because of it..
"Ate naman ehh.." I whined, knowing that everyone is practically having fun teasing me with my crush beside me.. I was saved by the bell when we heard someone knocking on the gate..
"Hyung~!" Taemin stood up immediately when he saw who was our early visitor..
"Good Morning~!" I was surprised to hear another familiar almost-annoying and always-hyper voice coming from behind Key..
"Oy~!! Babo Unnie~!! Bat ka andito?" I asked as Taemin came back to finish his breakfast and the visitors stood near the dining table.. Key Oppa laughed a bit at the endearment used while Jenby pouted..
"Your Babo Unnie here asked me if you can come with us to the mall.. The others are meeting up here." Key Oppa answered messing with Jenby's hair..
When the others came, all the SHINee members were already there as well.. We headed to the mall with the manager's rented van. It was just perfect for everyone. Minho and Jenby were bickering again but a single sentence from Minho silenced Jenby..
"I'm going to tell Changmin hyung about you.."
~Taemin's POV~
It was fun how Minho found out that teasing Jenby about Changmin hyung would get her on her knees and begging Minho not to tell even a single word about her..
"Why wouldn't you want me to tell anything about you to Changmin hyung?? Don't you want to meet hyung??" Minho asked, scandalized with Jenby's reluctance of letting Changmin hyung know about her existence..
"WHO SAID I DON'T WANT TO MEET HIM?? Of course, I want to meet him~!! But if you tell him everything about me, he'll just think that I'm one of his crazy fangirls~!! I don't want that to happen~!" Jenby said, if she wasn't that close to crying it was easy to laugh at the whole situation..
"Well............... Aren't you??" Minho hyung asked teasingly and Jenby let out a whine of frustration and slumped on her seat. When I thought she was ready to shut up, she continued begging again..
"Minhoooooo.. Please.. Just please... I'm begging you.. I'll do anything you'll ask me to do just don't tell Changmin about how much of a crazy Fangirl I am... TT_TT " Jenby begged..
"Anything???"
"Anything~!! As long as I can do it! And it's physically or financially possible for me! JUST Please~!! Promise me you won't say a word to Changmin about me!!" A slight ray of hope shone from Jenby while Minho hyung kinda give off a mischievious aura..
"Okay.." Minho hyung suddenly said and Jenby's shocked face was really something to laugh at.
"Okay?? Promise?? Promise??" Jenby continued to assure..
"Okay.. But, I can't promise you that Changmin hyung doesn't hear anything about you.. I've already talked to Changmin hyung about you girls and the hyungs are all dying to meet the girls from what I've told them.. (Jenby: I'm DEAD.) But..(Jenby: Wait.) I haven't told anyone about who are your biases.." Minho hyung finished his talk and got a bone-crushing hug from Jenby.
"I LOVE YOU NA, MINHO~!! Huwag mong sabihin kay Changmin ahh?? Huwag mong sabihin sa kanya kung gaano ko sya kamahal.. XD" Obviously, we didn't understand anything from what she said aside from the 'I Love you'. Oblivious at how cheesy it sounded for those who understood.
"Exactly.. You're gonna love me.. I'm going to tell them how crazy you are for me.. Especially to Changmin hyung.." After Minho finished talking, Jenby just couldn't get any paler..
~Cherry's POV~
The ride to the mall after Minho and Jenby's fight was pretty much boring.. Jenby stopped talking and all.. It seems that she's pissed at Minho for proposing his idea.
"I can't accept that~!! It's not like I'll get to meet him someday! I'd have to graduate from hell first before I'll be able to go to Japan or Korea and meet Changmin! I'm such an idiot.. TT_TT" I heard my Babo Unnie mumble and frown at the van's window. Actually, thinking about Minho's preposition, it wasn't really that bad.. My Babo Unnie just has to act like she's totally In love with Minho and Minho will talk super nicely about her to Changmin. Then Changmin will get curious at who Jenby is. Which earned Minho a punch from Jenby.
"Who told you that you have to wait that long to meet my hyungs?? Apparently, They're going to attend our concert here in Manila and manager hyung is thinking about letting you girls be with them before, during and after the concert." Minho hyung suddenly said. Earning another bunch of 'WHAT??' from all of the girls inside the van..
"Oh my golly, I'm gonna die.. Changmin's gonna be disappointed.... I'm gonna die.. huhuhuuu..." Jenby Unnie continued to mop..
"Jenby, Okay lang yan.. Ayaw mo nun, makikilala mo na sa personal si Changmin.." I tried consoling her.. She looked at me with a raised eyebrow before talking..
"Ikaw.... Di Porket, Inlababo sayo si pinakamamahal mong 'Swimmer' (replay)... It doesn't mean that the same thing will happen on me.. Cute ka, Cherry.. Mabait.. Hindi ka mahirap mahalin. At sa tingin mo ba kung galing kay Minho(looks at Minho) ang lahat ng impormasyon ni Changmin sakin, magugustuhan niya ko??? Wala akong tiwala diyan noh!! I'd rather die.." Jenby said and sat down properly, not without rolling her eyes at Minho..
"Sobra ka naman.. Hindi naman sure na may gusto nga sakin si ano.." I said, feeling a blush coming up on my cheeks..
"Eh deh, Huwag kang pumunta sa concert ng SHINee.. Wala namang pumipilit sayo eh.." Jamie suddenly said..
"Oo nga.. Huwag kang pumunta.. Bahala ka... Pag sa akin nagkagusto si Changmin, bahala ka.." Risa teased too which earned a scrutinizing gaze from her boyfriend.
"Peace! ^.^V Joke lang.."
"Oo nga naman, Jenby.. Papalampasin mo ba ang opportunity na makilala si Changmin sa personal??" I asked her, she was in deep thoughts until she said..
"Gusto ko talga makita si Changmin sa personal... TT_TT Bahala na nga si batman~!!!" Jenby Unnie said with a pout..
"It'll be okay, Jenby-ah.. I'm sure Changmin hyung will like you.." Taemin consoled her too and I couldn't help but smile at him..
"Like me?? Magmala anghel ka sana Taemin-ahhhh~!!"
~Taemin's POV~
"You kids, go ahead.. I'll just find somewhere nice to stay.. I'm pretty sure I won't be able to keep up with all of you.. Go ahead and have fun! Call me when you're all done playing okay?" With that, Manager hyung who happened to be our driver too left the group infront of the mall's entrance..
"Ne~!! Kamsahamnida!"
Since all of us, SHINee members are in disguise. No one can pretty much recognize us.. With Key hyung and Jenby leading the group, we headed to the arcade center. Minho hyung being the gentleman of some sort, walked behind everyone and made sure that no one will get away from the group. Onew hyung and Jonghyun hyung were pretty much having fun chatting and learning more from talking to the girls in english.. The girls always laughed whenever the hyungs says something wrong.. I stood beside Cherry and watched her laugh.. I fought the urge to pinch her cheeks whenever she laughed with her friends.. The urge to wrap my arms around her and keep it that way..
"Hoy!! Bilisan niyong maglakad!! AMBAGAL AMP~!!" My thoughts were halted when I heard Jenby shout. Gesturing us to come to them, Key hyung and Jenby were a few meters away from us, apparently in front of the entrance of the arcade already..
"We're coming!!" I shouted too and grabbed Cherry's hand then ran to them, the others behind me ran too..
~Key's POV~
I couldn't help but smile after hearing Jenby's preposition of stalking on CheMin couple inside the arcade pretty much after we dispersed everyone.. Jamie, Anna, Risa w/ Teddy, Imee, Esmie and Izza w/ Genesis ran around the whole arcade station with Onew, Jonghyun and Minho.. Jenby pretty much convinced everyone to leave CheMin alone.
"Kibum-ah! Let's play some basketball!!!" Jenby suddenly pulled me towards some rings..
"Do you know how to play basketball?" I asked her after putting coin in..
"Nope! But it's fun!" She said and started playing..
'I'm pretty sure, Changmin hyung would love to hang out with you..'
My eyes caught something interesting while Jenby continued to shoot some balls. CheMin were on the corner, playing air hockey.. I saw the scores and Cherry was losing.. Taemin was laughing and it was obvious that he was having fun.. Cherry, even though pouting a bit because of the scores, was also laughing.
"Awee.. I didn't get enough shoots to play another game.. *pout" Jenby complained again, hitting on the machine with her foot..
"Hey, Don't kick the poor machine okay? It's not its fault that you can't play ball.." I which she answered with some tagalog words I simply can't understand..
~Cherry's POV~
After playing alone for awhile, I received a text from Key Oppa and Jenby Unnie to regather and eat lunch then go to the cinema and watch something interesting..
"The hyungs are planning on watching a horror movie.. Are you okay with that?" Taemin whispered as he stood beside me.
"It's fine with me but a horror movie?? Did Jenby agree to this?" I asked him, not missing his mischievious but cute smile..
"Jenby doesn't know.. Key hyung's planning on telling her when we're all inside already so she can't say 'no'." Taemin told me, his eyes crinkling with playfulness..
"Do you wanna go deaf???" I asked him as he pulled me inside 'Tokyo Tokyo'. All the girls were already sitting on one huge and combined tables while the boys went to order..
"No.. I'm planning on not sitting beside Jenby anyway.. I'm planning on sitting with you.. If.. If that's okay with you.." He asked me.. He looked away a bit as though to hide his blushing cheeks..
~Jenby's POV~
If I had a freakin' video recorder, I would have had recorded everything that's happening to CheMin, edit it, make a movie, produce it under somebody else's name and get some much needed money.. I'm pretty sure that everybody would love this couple.. Everything their doing is almost like some cheesy romantic movie.
Trying to be a bit subtle in staring at the couple, I grabbed something to hide my face and continued to observe. Cherry was sitting on one of the chairs a little bit away and across from me while Taemin was just standing beside her.. They seem pretty pre-occuppied with their own chat that I almost felt bad at Onew after being ignored by Taemin who was still busy laughing with Cherry..
"What are you looking at?" I yelped silently when I heard someone beside me talk. But frowned all too quickly when I realized that it was Minho..
"None of your business, keroro.." I frowned at him and slidded away from him and closer to Jamie.. I ignored the annoying tall guy with huge eyes beside me and continued to stare at CheMin..
"You know, the guys are planning on watching a horror movie after lunch.." I felt blood leave my face as I deciphered what kind of words the alien beside me was using.. He somewhat laughed at my state and left while shaking his head.
~Minho's POV~
So everyone's agreed to watch a horror movie, even the girls.. Jenby tried not to talk about it. Tried not to look as though she wasn't really scared but the way she trembled and screamed with the slightest unplanned/unsensed touch or grab gave her away. Even the girls were touching her suddenly on purpose just to hear her scream and yelp. And the best part was..
the movie hasn't even started YET..
Jamie told me that once upon a time, Jenby wasn't like this.. That she wasn't really scared at things like this before.. Risa told me that She just got traumatized after watching this one horror movie then she stopped watching all horror movies ever since then.
And I just felt like wanting to sit beside her during the whole movie.. I tapped Jamie's shoulder and asked if we could exchange seats on which she gladly agreed. I received an amused and playful nod from Key hyung who sat beside Jenby on the opposite side while the girl of our attention tried to focus on the popcorn on her hands..
"Are you scared?" I asked her but suddenly all the lights were out and the movie was about to start. I chuckled albeitly after hearing a slight whimper from the girl beside me.. I heard Key Hyung snicker as well as Jonghyun hyung and Jamie. Key hyung was having as much fun as I am with the scared girl between us. I looked a little bit farther and noticed that Cherry and Taemin were sitting on the farthest corner of the row. Risa sat beside Cherry, followed by Teddy, Onew Hyung, Anna, Imee, Genesis, Izza, Esmie, Jonghyun, Jamie, Key Hyung and Jenby respectively.
I noticed that Taemin was just as nervous as Cherry while watching the said movie. The girls didn't want to watch something gore and disgusting since it was decided that we just finished lunch and we don't want what ever we ate coming back to our mouths and into the open. So we settled on the movie, Puppet Silence.
It was fun to watch everybody yelp and scream in sync.
~Taemin's POV~
The popcorn proved to be more of a burden and a mess than that of a food every time Cherry and Risa would scream at the same time and the popcorns would fly everywhere.. It amazed me and somehow I envied it too.. Knowing that Risa is a bit closer to Cherry and had been with Cherry for I don't know how long but enough for them both to consider that they're somewhat like soulmates they insisted instead of what I offered to be Twins. I just felt like the term 'Soulmates' was abit more passionate, more Intimate and complex than I wanted it to be. My whole system didn't want to approve of it.
I sighed and grumbled about how it should be 'Twins' and not 'Soulmates' while reaching out to get some popcorns and munch it. It's not that the movie wasn't scary, I'm just not in the mood to focus on it since I can barely understand what the characters are saying and I'm too focused on the girl beside me who was too engrossed with the movie shown on the wide screen.
"Taemin-ahh.." I was a bit surprised when Cherry suddenly turned to me, poking my arm..
"Hmm?" I hummed and waited for her to talk..
"C.R. Please?? Accompany me please?" Cherry asked me, her cute scared expression easing all the grumbling I've had earlier. I just nodded and while Cherry stood up, I saw Risa and Teddy gesture a thumbs up on me. I guess I could let the 'soulmate' thingy go for now..
I'm a bit surprised when nobody agreed to come with Cherry when she asked, Minho hyung and Key hyung even Jamie held Jenby to her seat to avoid her from standing up since we all know that when she's near the door out, she won't come back inside. So even Cherry didn't want Jenby to go with her to the restroom so I was the only one to accompany her..
"Are you going too??" Cherry asked me, a faint blush on her cheeks as we stood in front of the door of the females restroom.
"Nope.. I'll just wait for you here.. Don't worry.." I squeezed her hand one last time before letting it go so she can do her business inside the restroom.
I could hear the screaming from the inside and couldn't help but smile. And wonder what was happening inside..
"You must be happy now, right boy??"
"H-huh??" I frowned a little, hearing a familiar voice from a dark spot of the cinema..
"You should confess soon.. Enjoy every minute of it before it all goes away.." The old man told me as he took a step closer. I wasn't afraid. I've known to myself that somehow I knew this old man. I just couldn't remember..
"Everything will end soon, boy.. I hope you've had your fun.. You'll meet your future wife again after 7 years again.. I hope you'll make it a pleasing memory for her.."
"Taemin?? Taemin-ah??" I blinked again and again until I could focus on the little girl beside me tugging on my shirt.
"Are you okay??" My heart swelled with warmth, love and adoration once again as Cherry looked up to me genuinely worried. I held her hand and placed them on my cheeks. Feeling their heat on my skin as I shut my eyes closed for a second to calm my hammering heart.
"Saranghae.." I murmured low on my breath.. It was almost the most natural thing to say with the situation but as she tilted her head to the side in confusion, I figured she wasn't able to catch what I said with all the screaming happening inside the cinema.
She looked so cute at the moment and I couldn't help but lean and place a chaste kiss on her left cheek. I heared her gasp a little and swore that if the cinema wasn't totally dim at the moment, she's not the only one who'll look like a blushing tomato.
I shook my head and intertwined our hands together once again as I dragged us back to our seats.
~Cherry's POV~
The movie ended pretty quick after my little restroom break. Well.. Actually, I wasn't able to focus or even watch the movie after what happened. My thoughts were a bit disorganized and were all running back to the same boy.. The boy who was absent-mindedly munching on the left-overs of what happened to be a popcorn shower from Risa.
The look from the girls told me that I am bound to tell them what happened with their piercing gazes that pretty much started also after our little restroom break.
It was barely afternoon. I looked at my watch. It's quarter to five. Key Oppa called Manager Ahjusshi so that everyone can have dinner early and everyone can rest since the members have schedule for tomorrow. Thankfully, Key Oppa with the help of Jamie found a secluded restaurant the didn't have that much customers that time so the Oppas can ease out of their disguises.
"AHh~!! Hot!" Onew grunted while taking off the navy blue scarf around his neck..
I helped Taemin get his jacket off, Key hyung was helped by Jamie, Minho continued to bug Jenby who stopped moving the moment we came in the restaurant with her head plastered on the table, Jonghyun was helped by Imee, Anna helped Onew with the fanning and the two official love birds chatted on their own while we all waited for Manager Ahjusshi to arrive.
"I'm hungryyy~! How long will it take to Manager hyung to arriveeee???!!" Onew Oppa whined abruptly and I smiled as Annalyn just can't seem to hold the cuteness, the dorkyness and the good-lookingness? of the guy beside her. She was on constant smiles and laughs and giggles.. Just like me with Taemin though the blushing is a bit more shown in my part.
When Manager Hyung arrived, I almost laughed at how Onew and Taemin looked. They were like cute puppies waiting for their masters to arrive with their food, add up the wiggling tails. It was simply adorable..
Manager Ahjushhi called for the waitress and ordered first.. The others ordered soon but since we're eating almost the same thing, it was easy for the waitress. Chickens for the Oppas especially Onew and Taemin. Fish fillet was what we girls agreed.
"AHh~!! This is soo gooodd!!! Chicken-ah.. I love you~!" Onew hyung exclaimed and we all laughed..
"Aray ko naman.. Buti pa ang manok sinasabihan ng 'Mahal Kita'.. Tsk. tsk.. tsk.. Noh, Annalyn?" Jenby utterly said aloud, apparently back after her break of silence.. Guess she really can't keep the pretense of being quiet that long.. Everyone who understood snickered while those who didn't just looked up confused..
"Eh.. Okay na un. Di ba, Annalyn?? At least tayo, kasama natin ung mga taong 'MAHAL' naten.. Eh ung isa dyan.. Wala ng pag-asa ni makilala sa personal ang bias niya.." Risa back..
"Oii.. Pano ako? Di ko kasama si Jaejoong ngayon!" Jamie suddenly reacted..
"Syempre hindi ikaw yun Jamie pot.. Kasi ikaw, mataas ang pag asa mong makilala at magustuhan ni Jaejoong.. Yung isa diyan.. Yung ang lakas tumili kanina.. Yung.. Ano nga bang pangalan nun? Jenbert ba? Jenbert?" Risa continued teasing her while Teddy laughed silently beside her. Much to everyone's enjoyment(who can understand) Jenby bowed down to her food and continued eating. Determined on not saying a thing that would revert the teasing back to her..
~Taemin's POV~
The way back to house was pretty quiet. The girls seemed exhausted as everyone found shoulders to lean on and sleep.. Risa & Izza dozed off while Teddy and Genesis held their girlfriend's hands. Imee and Esmie were a bit busy with Minho hyung and Key hyung's cellphone and its games that obviously bewildered the two. I caught Onew hyung staring at Annalyn while the girl was starting to doze off. His smile gave off the same feeling every time I looked at Cherry..
Speaking of Cherry, I soothed her hand into mine careful not to wake her up.. She's pretty much careful not to hold my hand.. At first it bothered me but when I asked Jenby and Jamie they both said the same thing.. It was because Cherry's hands are sometimes cold and sweaty.. I understand that Cherry's a bit embarrassed to me about it but to me, I don't really mind.. Her hand is like the softest hand I've ever touched.. It's almost as if I'm holding a satin or silk pillow filled with cotton.
"Chelli-ah.. Saranghae.." Those words slipped through my lips like lyrics of our most practiced songs. I felt more than relieved that I had it out of my chest.. The encounter with the old man didn't make it any better.. I felt like my time was running out.. And it scared me.. It stirred pain and confusion in my heart.. I don't want to go.. I don't want to leave.. I don't want to..

A/N: NO.. You can't kill me now.. Not yet.. Please don't.. I know that this chapter's a bit.. well... out of place.. I told you i felt like writing the WHOLE CHAPTER ALL OVER AGAIN.. It just doesn't have the right amount of CHEESYNESS and FLUFFINESS I wanted for this fic.. POUT. FROWN. EYEBROWS HIGH AND LINKED.
But since I've posted it already, I can't do anything anymore.. Let's just hope that the next chapter will be better, arrassseo??? LOVE YOU ALL!
