Love can come to an end right? [SEQUEL TO LOVE LASTS FOREVER]
I was surprised to see DaeHyun in front of me. I couldn't move or say anything. He kept staring at me, I started to have teary eyes. When MyungHee shouted again:
"Appa !"She ran to him and hugged him. DaeHyun looked down and carried MyungHee:
"Ouaaaw...My baby has grown up. You became a beautiful girl." He kissed her cheeks.
She giggled and said softly:
"Appa, please, don't leave us ever again!" He chuckled and answered:
"Don't worry, I'll stay forever by your side from now on, my princess."
When EunMi, was tugging at DaeHyun's shirt:
"Ajjushi, why is Unni calling you Appa?"
He bent down to her level and said:
"EunMi...It must be weird for you but...I'm your Appa."
I looked at EunMi, she didn't say anything for about 5 minutes. DaeHyun said awkwardly:
"It's okay if you don't want me as-"
When, EunMi shouted:
"Yeah!!! I have an Appa!" she hugged him, I kept staring at the floor when EunMi held my hand ans asked:
"Umma, are you alight? That's great right!? After all the stories you told me, my wish finally came true!" I looked at her and weakly smiled. Only JaeSeok didn't go to DaeHyun, MyungHee shouted:
"JaeSeok, Aren't you happy to meet Appa again?"
He shook his head and answered:
"I don't care, Noona.." JaeSeok then, held my right hand.
I finally, came back to reality, and turned around. I hesitantly:
"Come on, girls, we are going back home." I managed to walk properly even if I felt that I was about to fall soon. Suddenly I heard DaeHyun said:
"HyeMi, don't be stubborn. We have to sign something."
"I-It's ok. I'll find somewhere else to open the shop."
He sighed and said:
"HyeMi...please, don't let me be a burden for you and for your career, stay here." I slowly turned around and faced him. He was carriying EunMi.
When I was about to answer, the door opened, the person who entered pushed me with her shoulder, I looked at the person and it was MinAh. Seriously, I've got something wrong in my heart: How could I think that DaeHyun and I could be together again?
"Oppa!"
DaeHyun was certainly annoyed:
"What do you want?" She smirked at me and started to cling at DaeHyun's arm.
"I see that everyone is here... and the littly baby who was in HyeMi's tummy, it's her right?" She pointed at EunMi, DaeHyun grabbed her hand and said harshly:
"If you continue, I'll fire you. Now get out."
She scoffed and said to EunMi:
"You're not that nice little girl."
DaeHyun was about to shout:
"GET-!" When EunMi's voice answered:
"Ajjuhma, you're not pretty as well. You're ugly. Fortunataly, my mum is prettier than you, she is the best mum of the world. You're jealous."
I was surprised that the innocent EunMi said that:
"Jung EunMi!"
"Mum, you told not to lie. JaeSeok taught me how to face mean people like this Ajjuhma."
«Jung JaeSeok!» I looked at him, he blinked his eyes innocently.
MyungHee said:
"Mum she's right."
"Jung MyungHee!"
DaeHyun kept on smiling like a fool while, MinAh stormed outside of the room. I missed his smile, his laugh.
He saw that I was staring at him, I quickly avoided his eyes. I held JaeSeok's hand and said:
«Now, we have to go.»
When the kids were in front of me. DaeHyun held my arm and whispered with pleading eyes:
"We need to talk. I have to explain something to you."
I released his grip off of my arm and said:
"I-I'm busy right now."I, then walked away and left him dumbfounded.
Many days have passed, and I couldn't think properly. That night, there were YuKwon, KangJun, HyunA, WooHyun, and also IlHoon who came to my house to eat... I was eating, well playing with my food when the doorbell rang, I opened the door and someone unexpected appeared in font of me: DaeHyun with a huge suitcase. I was confused:
"What...Are you doing?"
"Can't you see? I'm obviously going to live here."
I sighed and said coldly:
"DaeHyun, stop your jokes." I closed coldly the door, when I was in the living room, I heard someone entering the house. I closed my eyes annoyingly. YuKwon asked me:
"Who is it?"
"Nobody.."
DaeHyun came in the living room with his suitcase and everyone was shocked to see him here, after all this time.
All the men in the living room stood up, WooHyun asked coldly:
"What do you want?"
DaeHyun didn't answer. KangJun said:
"Hey, calm down everyone, you don't want the kids see you angry and fighting right?."
After everyone calmed down, we continued to eat. The kids were playing in their bedrooms. When IlHoon held something in front of my mouth, he started to feed me, it was meat:
"Here, eat. You didn't eat at all before. I'm worried."
I accepted and whispered:
"Thanks."
I felt someone who was glaring at me so I looked up and saw DaeHyun glaring at us. He smirked, rolled his eyes and looked away. He mumbled:
"That jerk."
When I was about to take another piece of meat, DaeHyun chose the same piece as mine. He looked at me and said:
"Move, this piece is mine." I sighed, I was annoyed because he was acting like a child. I was about to take another piece of meat, when he repeated:
"It's also mine."
Here, I couldn't hold my anger anymore:
"Yah! Jung DaeHyun what are you doing here?! Why are you acting like a child?! You're even worst than EunMi!"
He glared at IlHoon and said without looking at me:
"I'm just saying what's mine and what's not mine... for example..HyeMi...You,are mine right?" My eyes widened:
"YAH!-"
"Calm down..." IlHoon said while putting a hand on my right hand. I softened. DaeHyun looked at us when suddenly, he stood up harshly:
«You know what? I've had enough. Thanks for the meal.» He walked away. I didn't know why but I felt wrong at this moment.
It was the night and I was alone with DaeHyun and the kids because everyone left including IlHoon because he had schedule.
I was in the kitchen, I was in the kitchen, with a glass of water in my hands when a voice startled me:
"What's your relationship with IlHoon? Your boyfriend?" I looked behind me and it was DaeHyun.
"Stop that...I'm not in the mood to talk about that, And it's none of your business."
He said coldly:
"I didn't think you'll move on that easily."
"After what you did, leaving me behind you, leaving the kids behind you, cheating on me with MinAh, you seriously tought that I'll wait for you."
Here, he started to explode of anger, he grabbed my arm harshly and the glass of water fell on the floor and broke. He, then pinned me against the wall and trapped me with his two arms next to my head. He whispered:
"It's not the case, I have to explain myself." I looked at his eyes:
"Right, that's not the case. But always remember that you can take my money, ruin my career ! BUT , my love for you won't come back ! It faded away ! That's right, three years ago, I was hurt, but now I don't care !!"
He, then slammed his feast on the wall, he said coldly:
"So..I'm nothing for you now? That's crazy. Please, don't be selfish! You have to care about the kids' feelings, you think that I'm nothing for them? ! Why are you feeling so depressed right now?! Do you think you're the only one who is hurt in this story?! If you don't care, why did you keep your wedding ring on your finger then?"
My eyes widened, I started to have tears who fell down from my cheeks. I didn't answer and asked :
"Then, why did you keep your wedding ring on your finger ?"
He looked at me with sorrow eyes:
"It's because...I STILL LOVE YOU! Now do you want to listen to my explanation ?! NOW ANSWER! WHY DID YOU KEEP THIS RING IF YOU DON'T CARE?!"
I gulped and was shocked by his sudden confession; he shouted again:
"ANSWER ME, JUNG HYEMI!"
