- Chapter 11- 

Change of Mind 

 It’s been eight days since Kris came back from Canada to Korea, which also accounts to the same number of days he had been doing the very same routine every day; only that there wasn’t anything exciting that has happened till then for he had only been lurking around Seoul with no plans or whatsoever. Originally, he had planned to visit his friends one by one just after his arrival from Vancouver but the five of them somewhat made it easier for him when they held a welcoming party at Octagon Club a few dates back so he need not to worry about that any longer. What bothered him the most though, was the very same happenings of that same night when he happened to encounter the “mystery girl” that was accountable for holding a piece of his mind. Day and night.

It utterly surprised him at how vivid his image of her still lingers around his head and how her scent still intoxicated him until now. Her long, blonde, glowing hair and the hoarse tone of her voice brought shivers down to his spine while her smile, despite of it coming out of nowhere brought warmth to his cold heart.

For the past few days, he has been trying to shake the thoughts of her away, but they only came back to bring emotional effects much to his dismay. He can't even imagine how and why the hell he even bothered finding out a bit of information about her back in the club when he only found her ‘pretty’ and ‘charming’ just like any other girls he had seen and met before.

“Miss, are you okay?” he asked, as he grabbed onto her shoulders to hold her for support.

"Woah there Miss, are you okay?" Hyoyeon heard as Yunho's voice rang into her ear, making her smile. It was the same exact sentence he had told her when they first met. 

"Yunho," she mumbled, hitting his chest lightly. "You pabo" 

"Miss?" Kris spoke again, furrowing his brow in confusion. 

"It's Hyoyeon-ah!" she buried her face on his chest. "Don't you remember me?" 

"Yo-" he tried to open his mouth only to run out of words to say. 

She looked up again as her eyes turned into crescents, meeting the man's glare. "I miss you." 

And just then, she pulled him into a kiss... before draining his shirt with her surge. 

Kris has, had been to and experienced many intimate one night stands and hook-ups before and he had been rational enough not to declare any romantic ties with any other girl other than his first. ‘Keeping it simple’ has always been his motto for he hated any kind of ‘complications’. He had learned that the hard way. Nevertheless, no matter how many times he tried putting a label as to what he is exactly feeling at the moment, he could not come up with a proper word of mouth to it. 

Something about her just reeled him in. Something about her just captivates his whole being and he's willing to go further to find out just what it is. 

He was still in deep thoughts when suddenly, his phone rang indicating a call and upon seeing that the caller was from an unsaved number, he couldn't help but pull of a smirk.
