JiYong is in his office, it’s been a couple of weeks since SooYeon was gone, it was his fault anyway, he is the one who needs to be blame, YuRi, Yoona and especially YoungBae was totally mad him, he too was mad at himself, he was so stupid to treat her like that, knowing that SooYeon was very dedicated to him as his employee, so true people has their own limits, and SooYeon got there

He is so stupid to admit that he misses her a lot, he miss angelic and contagious laugh every lunch break at the cafeteria, her geeky eyeglasses that she wore once in a while whenever she had eyebags because of lack of enough sleep, her cute yawn whenever she is tired already having an overtime and of course her sweet smile that always shines his gloomy days

He is maybe used to his everyday life that he has her with his side

More than that… Is that the only reason? What about what he feels when he saw her with him, a twinge of pain in his left chest occur seeing them like a cute couple having their honeymoon in a beautiful island

He looked at his phone and went to his contacts, he slide the thru his contacts and landed on a certain name, he used to call whenever he needs something, he is thinking whether to call her or not, but what if he dialed, what will he going to say, Hello? How’s life being unemployed? Or he will just drop the call down when he heard her sweet voice

 

Oh no, he is not a jerk but a total lovesick

 

As he realized he doesn’t have the guts to call her for now, okay? Just for now, he is a total chicken, (bbokk…bbokk…bbokk…. ) Deal with it. All he can do now is to look at her pictures he secretly caught when they stroll in the villa and before the biggest mistake of his life happened

 

 

“PD-nim…” she called while they are walking side by side in the shore

“Just call me JiYong, we ‘rent in the office…” he said casually

“Ani, I can’t, it is not right…” she said in a way that she will commit a mortal sin in using banmal to her boss

JiYong chuckled on her reaction, over reacting much, or she is just this innocent and pure, SooYeon tilted her head, as she scratch her head, thinking what’s funny?

“Crazy… crazy grumpy PD-nim…” she teases him

“BWO? CRAZY? GRUMPY? YAH!!! JUNG SOOYEON!!!” he said as he tried to analyze if she was serious or making fun of him

“Nothing…” she finishes as she walk pass from him, leaving him bewildered

JiYong stay in his place, watching SooYeon play and got back to her real mental age of five, he secretly snapped photos of her, seeing her enjoying the short vacation gives a giddy feeling to him, it is fresh to see SooYeon being care free

“Are you taking photos of me?” she timidly ask

“Neh, just for some practice and sample candid shots…” he denied

“Ah, for the office, then you must say it to me earlier so I can pose for you…” she said with a proud voice

“How gullible?” JiYong muttered to himself 

After their impromptu photoshoot, a silly idea came up with SooYeon

“It’s my turn… just one shot, PD-nim…” she pleaded with a combo of her cute pout and puppy eyes

“Araso…Araso… just this time” he said as he finally gives in

“As I count of 3, Hana…Tul…Set…. CLICK!!!” SooYeon counted while JiYong made a jump shot

When they both look at what SooYeon got

“YAH!!! PD-nim, too far, it didn’t caught your face….” She whined in frustration

JiYong laughed hysterically as SooYeon just give him death glares “Sorry, but that shot is one time big time, no second chances….hahahaha”

He said before he left the disappointed SooYeon

Later that afternoon, Yoona and SooYeon was at the shore sitting in the warm sand while watching the breathe-taking sunset in front of them until Yoona tried to opened up

“SooYeon?” she called her attention

“Neh?” she answered immediately to her

“Do you want to walk around as I tell you how JiYong and I got separated?” Yoona said as she stood up and dusted off the and in her shorts

“Jinja?” she asked in disbelief and excitement

“Neh.” Yoona said as she started to walk, SooYeon followed her from behind until she caught her and they walk again side by side

Deep inside SooYeon is confused why all of a sudden; she wants to share their love story to her but still she was glad because she believes and trusts her

“So I will just tell you why we broke up…” she started as they walk in the forest going to Cheonjeyeon Falls

SooYeon just stay silent and listen to her attentively as they continue to walk

“We are a happy couple, we been together since we are in senior high, since we both love each other so much we decided to go to same university, he takes major in directing while I took major in acting, I cannot ask for more, I love university life because I have him by my side and I doing great in my course, we are the perfect “IT couple”, His love to me never go old, it never lessen, how lucky I am right?” she said to SooYeon as they arrived at the said fall

The rasping water from the fall was heard, it was soothing in the ears, SooYeon assisted Yoona as they both sat on a rock facing the fall

“But it was different to me, I love him but that’s the only I can offer, until the day came that our relationship won’t work anymore, there is no third part involve, it was me to be blame, the problem is me…” she continue eyes still focus on the falls

“JiYong loves too much, to the point that I don’t know if I can return that love to him… until…. I fall out of love… and broke up with him…” she finishes as tears started to slide in her cheeks

SooYeon went closer and gave him a light tap on her back “I’m sure he won’t blame you for that, sometimes we just can’t give what other people expect us to give…”

Yoona looked at SooYeon and smiled upon hearing her words

“Now, I know JiYong is in good hands…” Yoona said before she hugged her

“Wae? What do you mean?” SooYeon was confused

“Nothing, I’m glad I’ve met you…” Yoona said before she broke the hug

They stay silent for a while before they decided to go back; for sure the others are looking for them

SooYeon assisted Yoona while standing up and asked her “Now you met again, are you going to reconcile?” it just slipped in her lips

Yoona looked at her and smiled “No, he moved on, he just don’t realize it for now…”

But Yoona accidentally slip in the rock, she lost her balance and about to get fall in the water, she immediately grabbed SooYeon’s arm but she lost her balance too, they both fell to the water

Good thing, they both know how to swim, they are floating in the water facing each other before burst of laughter roar the forest

“OMO! That’s was nerve wracking…” Yoona exclaimed in excitement

“Yeah, I almost got a mini heart attack, good thing we both know how to swim…” SooYeon said before they both decided to swam back

As they went back to the villa, with wet clothes in the middle of the night, everyone felt relieve that they were okay, JiYong stood up from his seat with a towel in his hand and walked towards to them with an unpleasant expression, he wrapped it to Yoona. While YoungBae, who was very worried to SooYeon went to her too and give her towel

“I’m glad you are okay… “ YoungBae said before he gave her a warm hug

SooYeon was dumbstruck; she was caught off guard with the sudden skinship

As JiYong turned his gazed to SooYeon, sudden anger rose up to him seeing his best friend and SooYeon hug that lead him to do such unexpected thing

“YAH!!! What do you think you are doing?” he shouted as he made his way closer to SooYeon as she grabbed her away from YoungBae

“What? It was an accident…” she tried to explain

“Accident? What would you do if something bad happened to Yoona, GOD!!! If I know you will just bring trouble in this vacation, then I wouldn’t bring you at all. “He shouted to her causing everyone felt in silent

YoungBae couldn’t take what JiYong is doing to SooYeon, he grabbed him and they went into a fist fight, everyone was shocked with the sudden commotion, the others tried to stop the two until they heard SooYeon yelled to them

“Mianhe… then if you wish me to go, I’ll go…” she said before she run back into the hotel with tears in her eyes, leaving everyone in surprise

“Dude, thank you for hurting the girl I like…” YoungBae shouted to JiYong before following SooYeon

“Oppa, she didn’t anything, I’m the one who invited her to stroll with me and we are wet because we fall in the water but it was a total accident. I know you are worried, but do you think it’s to cliché being worried in your ex than the person you possibly like now but denying it in yourself, come on Oppa, we both know; we both know when you are in love…” Yoona said before leaving the stupid JiYong as everyone follows leaving him too

The next thing they know after that horrible night, SooYeon check out of the hotel early in the morning, while everyone is still in slumber, she went back to Seoul early in the morning, making the team sad and gloomy thru-out the day until they went back too in the afternoon

 But there’s more to be shock about, Papa YG called JiYong’s team in the conference room everyone gathered in the round table facing Papa YG, everyone grasped on what they hear

“JUNG SOOYEON RESIGNED!!! EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT HAPPENED IN JEJU!!!” he shouted causing everyone to flinched in their places except JiYong who is still trying to absorb the shocking news

JIyong stood up and explain what he did to make her resign and Papa YG was very disappointed to him

“if you are really sorry, make her comeback here, I love her like a daughter to me, as everyone does here in my company, every employee is like my child, so please if you are the one who sent her away, I know you are the one who can get her back too.” He said before he dismissed

JiYong tried to called her back it was out of coverage, he went to her apartment everyday but no one dares to open, she is really avoiding them, Jiyong asked YoungBae if he know her whereabouts but he too didn’t know and he was surprised yet happy what YoungBae said to him

“She likes you, so we just stay as friends and I know some how you like her too…” he said before they make brotherly hug for reconciliation

Weeks pass still no progress in contacting her

Yuri is at her brother’s office, she saw how drastic her brother was in finding her, JiYong asked her about SooYeon but her lips are always sealed, seeing him out too much effort in finding her made her tell the truth

“Oppa…” she called as she sat at the chair opposite to him

“Wae?” he asked as he massages his temple

“I know where SooYeon is heading to. “ Yuri said while her head down

“Really? Where? Tell me?” JiYong said as he rose in his seat

“She is going to a Job interview in SM Agency later at 9:00am… so you better get there to stop her…” Yuri encourage him

“Neh. Thank you… “He said as he wrapped her in his arms

“And oppa, follow your heart, As SooYeon always says…” she reminded him before he went to his car

JiYong parked his car in front of the SM Agency, he waited as a taxi stop and the beautiful maiden went out, he hurriedly went down too, he run to her and held his arm firmly

SooYeon was shocked and when she looks who was it “PD-nim?”

“Yes, your one and only PD-nim…” he said before he swiftly pulled SooYeon and kissed her passionately

As they both let go for air

“I’m sorry to treating you bad…” he said as he held her hand

“It’s okay, it is better late than never right?” she said as she holds his hand tightly

“Let’s go we still have a date…” he said as he leads the way back to his car

Ready to show the world that how lucky JiYong is to have SooYeon all this time
