Two weeks later

The days passed by quickly but it was a long time for Jaejoong. Jaejoong would always try to call Yunho. There would be times that Yunho would answer and times that he wouldn’t. If Yunho would answer, their conversations wouldn’t even last a minute. Jaejoong started to feel lonely staying at home all day. Yunho in the other hand was so stressed at work. There were new projects to accomplish, meetings with other companies, handling of stocks, and a lot more. He was the heir of the Jung Company so he had the responsibility to handle these things along with Changmin.

Jaejoong’s POV

“Jaejoongie, you can’t just pout all day and wait for Yunho.” Omma said as she came near me

“I’m bored and useless.” I said as I hugged my stuff toy on my bed

“No you aren’t. Would you like to help out your cousin Ryeowook in our family patisserie?”

“Ne Omma. I remember Wookie.” I said as my eyes lit up. I really loved cooking and baking.

“You can visit him and help out there while you still have your cast on. You should do easier jobs than being busy in the office with your Appa.” Omma said as she fixed my bangs

“I miss working with Appa.” I said as I pouted

“Appa said you can only go back to the company when your cast goes off.”

“I can work in the patisserie in the meantime right Omma?”

“Ne, you can Joongie baby. I’m sure Wookie misses you.”

Someone suddenly knocked on my door.

“Excuse me Madam Hye Kyo and Young Master Jaejoong, a guest has arrived at the gate. He says he is a friend of Young Master.” Our head maid said as she bowed her head

“Did he state his name?” I asked

“Yes Young Master. He is Kim Hyunjoong-shii.”

“Bring him to the living room. I’ll be meeting him in a while.” I said as I smiled

“Yes Young Master.” Our head maid then left the room

“Omma, I didn’t know Hyunjoong would come.”

“Maybe he came to cheer you up. Dress up and put your make up on.” Omma said as she stood up and kissed my forehead

“We’ll wait for you downstairs baby.” Omma said as she left my room

I immediately went to my closet to pick out an outfit. I chose a simple pink shirt that was loose and flowing at the ends. I partnered it with a pair of black skinny jeans. I combed my hair in front of the mirror as I balanced myself with one of my crutches. I then put a little lip gloss since my lips were dry. I headed out of my room when I was ready. I heard chattering and a little laughter from downstairs. I slowly got down the stairs with my crutches. I got used to this but I’ll have to bear with it a bit longer before my cast gets removed.

“Oh there you are Jae baby!” Omma said as she smiled at me

I approached them and settled myself sitting next to Omma on the couch facing the other couch where Hyunjoong was seated smiling at me.

“It’s great to see that you are doing well Jaejoong-ah.” Hyunjoong said as he smiled at me
