“Goddamit dad!  Why do you have to be like this?!”

“Ti-Ti..Pany? How’s daddy’s li..ttle gurl!

I just had to come home by the same time my father did. And, not a surprise, hammered as always.

I was back from the library where I was studying with Khun (And where he and Soo had that heated moment). I was walking to the entrance of the house, and my father was just lying on the front steps, with an empty bottle on right hand.

“What are ya staring at? Am I supposed to dance or something?”

And then and there, he clumsily stood up and did the most awful dance on Earth. But he tripped on his feet, and fell flat on his .

In any other situation, I would’ve laughed my off at something like this. But instead, I held back my tears and kept silent.

“Now, be a good girl and get daddy a drink.”

Then, he tried to hand me his bottle and looked at me in anticipation.

But I didn’t move, I couldn’t. It’s been many times that I’ve seen him like this, but it hurts just like the first.

I seriously cannot remember a time where he’s not drunk, or depressed.  He’s always so full of work and bills, always out working and getting ty pays. The only way he can ease his pain is by drinking, and in some odd way, I understand it.

Don’t get me wrong, a vice is a vice, and it’s never good to drown your sorrows with one. But the fact that he busts his off trying to maintain a family, and that nobody gives a about it, that I understand.

Not that I go out and work, but that nobody sees your effort, that everybody thinks your made of stone and you cannot cry and have feelings.

I guess that’s one thing we have in common, dad.

“Hey, I said to bring me a ing beer!”

“No wonder I drink with a family like this..” He said, wearing a sorrowful face.

All I could do was give him a hurtful look, leaving him be.

I walked to the front door and tried to open it as quiet as possible, really trying not to make my mother aware that I was here.

But to my intense relief, she was soundly asleep in the cave of her room.

I couldn’t help but sigh as I walked to my room.

A really short update, but hey, it's still an update!

I just finished the game 'Silent Hill: Shattered Memories' and well, this chapter is based on that. :P

Who misses Taeyeon? I know I do! Maybe next chapter there's going to be a special Taeny moment. ;)
