She walked through the wooden oak double door

Clad in a short white-pearl strapless ruffle dress

The front was showing off her long perfect legs

While the back was a long train, in laces and beadings

Half of her face was covered by a small round veil

And it was clipped to her right side of hair

With her long brunette was tied low in a loose bun

Chicly elegance, and she was simply gorgeous there

Together with a smile she flashed to everyone inside

Beaming proudly and gracefully to be witnessed on

She was happy, she was gleaming, and she was content

But above all she was envied, by those seated in silence

Soon her father appeared beside, offering a hand

She gladly accepted and held dearly for the last time

She snuggled closer and mouthed sincerely to him

"Thank you, I love you", together with a light squeeze

Her father then led her slowly through the long aisle

Marching straight to the man standing in the end

The piano was playing and the birds were chirping

With every step, with every breath, beautifully bliss

Nearing him, her man was fidgeting, nervous was engulfing

But, the glint in his shy, little smile couldn't be missed, never

From him to everyone within the small chapel, private event

From him to the goddess whom now was already beside him
