CH24: How We Met #2 (HyoSica)

“Okay Sicachu, we’re ready to listen!” Youngie sat beside her partner quietly afterwards as Taetae was busy rubbing Hyo’s ear that she had just yelled at. Sica patted Youngie’s shoulder while she looked over to Taetae. “Our story might hurt a little to both of you.” The two friends sharply shifted their attentions to the ice princess.

“Why so?” Taetae asked with a curious tone. Sica pulled Hyo away from the dork and let her sat next to the clueless Miyoung. “Yah! I want my Hyohyo!” Taetae whined when she saw Hyo was clinging to Miyoung. “Sica yah! I want my Hyohyo! Hyohyo! Hyohyo!”

“You might go crazy and hit Hyo instead of me later on if I let you be with Hyo!” Sica answered and pushed the dork to sit next to Yul whose busy putting on her shoes back on. “So you should sit with Yul instead.”

Yul looked at Sica in disbelief. “AND you let me be the victim?!?!” Sica nodded innocently. “You can use your shoes’ wrath to defeat Taetae, otay? Now!” Sica switched her attention to her friends. “Let’s get this story started!”

“Flashback time!” Sunbun said excitedly as they all playfully looked up.

“Honey, don’t go anywhere but the playground okay? Have fun!” Mrs. Jung put down her daughter and went to sit at a nearby bench. Sica looked around the place and found a stick. She brought the stick with her as she ran around the park, chasing butterflies. “HUAHUA!”

Minutes later, she was out of breath. The girl collapsed on the ground as she tried to catch her breath. “Oh, this is tiring....”

“....What next?” Sunbun asked after noticing the sudden silent atmosphere between all of them. Even Hyo was clueless at the story.

Sica rolled her eyes as she let out a huff. “I breathe and I breathe and breathe again and–”

“You kept on breathing ok Taetae gets it! NOW tell us how you met my Hyohyo!!” Taetae interrupted and knew that wasn’t a good idea. She froze when she met the deadly glare of Jung Sooyeon. She received a knock on the head too. “Ok....Taetae will be patient.”

“Move along!”

“HUAHUA!” Sica was back on her feet and started to chase the butterflies again. She ran and ran and–

“OH C’MON!!! I WANT MY HYOHYO ALREADY!” Taetae violently shook Sica while whining over and over again. Hyo managed to stop Sica from wanting to punch her partner and pulled the dork to sit next to her.

“Ok! Hyo will tell the story then.” Hyo volunteered as the others nodded in agreement. “Before that!!” Once again Taetae was dragged away from Hyo and was seated between Yul and Miyoung.

Sica smiled sweetly to her friend and gave a thumb up.

“Ok.....”

Hyo arrived at the park with her mother. The girl was advised to not leave the playground without her mother’s permission. “Otay, umma.” Hyo gave a kiss on her mother’s cheek and walked to the playground, hugging a tiger cub stuff toy with her.

“Hm...” Hyo spotted an empty swing seat under the tree and slowly made her way to it. As she was heading there, she heard a person was yelling happily non-stop and it was getting closer. “Huh?” She turned around and was surprised at the girl that was running towards her. The next thing she knew was her bottom landed on the ground and her stuff toy was no longer in her embrace.

“SICA YAH! ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL MY LOOOOVE?!” Taetae yelled in disbelief while she jumped up and down angrily.

Hyo smiled at her. “Taetae yah~ we bumped on each other. That’s all.”

“BUT SHE TRIED TO KI–”

“You pathetic dork! Sica’s hobby is far from murdering! It’s sleeping and loving Youngie!” Sica threw a tiny rock to Taetae and asked Miyoung to comfort her. Youngie grinned and gave a kiss to her princess. “Aw I lob chu.” Sica exhaled sharply before she leaned on Youngie’s embrace. “I love you more, me Youngie chu.”

“Continue, Hyobaby!” Sunbun said and was punched on the arm afterwards. “OWWW! YAH!” and of course you can guess who it is.

“Oww!” Sica rubbed her forehead, trying to reduce the pain. “So ouchie....Ouch oww ouch....” She said and suddenly heard someone crying. She looked at the girl in front of her and panicked when she saw her crying.

“Uwaaaah!” Hyo cried louder when Sica looked at her with a cold expression. The girl didn’t mean to show such an expression though. Sica picked up the stuff toy and gave it back to the crying girl.

“Please, pwetty please please, don’t cry~ Uljima~” Sica pleaded and sat down on the ground. The girl wasn’t buying her aegyo. She tried to think of something and finally got a solution after awhile. Sica started to show some cute expressions to Hyo who suddenly became silent when she noticed it.
