CH13: Counter Strike

“Yoong!” Yul called out for the younger girl’s name but the latter didn’t hear her. She came closer to her and noticed that Yoong was doing something. “Baby?” Yoong was startled. She turned around and smiled at the older one. “Unnie!” “What are you doing, Yoong ah~?” Yul asked as she settled down in front of her dongsaeng. When Yoong has finished whatever she was doing, she leaned against her unnie’s flat until Yul’s back was napping against the ground. “Y–Yoong?”

“Unnie~” Yoong called with a mix of aegyo and soothing tone. “Y–Yes?” Yul gulped and felt that her face was getting red. Yoong grinned and bit her unnie’s earlobe before getting off from her. “Did Yoong melted unnie?” Yoong smirked as Yul was still as red as a tomato. “W–Wae you d-d–do tha–at?” The surprised Yul asked unconfidently. “Yoong wanted to see if unnie will melt!” Yoong explained as she entwined her fingers with her unnie. “Unnie did melt...” Yul shyly admitted as she gave Yoong a slow peck on the cheek.

“Yoong glad that unnie melted!” Yoong giggled which made her unnie smiled. “What were you doing earlier, Yoong?” Yul asked. “Oh! Yoong made a slingshot!” Yoong showed her handmade weapon. “Uwah! How did Yoong made that?” Yul asked, feeling amazed at her dongsaeng’s ability. Yoong smiled for a moment before grabbing a thick stick. “Let Yoong teach unnie how to do it. “Oh my Gaaaah!” Yul chirped happily as she hugged her handmade slingshot. Yoong only giggled at her unnie and saw her other friends were running towards them. “Oh oh! Hi everyone!” Yoong greeted as Yul was still jumping around at the background. “What are you two doing?” Sica asked. “Unnies, look! I made a slingshot! Yul unnie made one too!” Yoong said as she gave her Sunbun unnie to look at it. “Uwah! How did Yoong made this? Sunbun wants one too!” “Miyoung wants one too!”

“Taetae wants one too!” Taetae chirped happily as she tighten the bear hug which made Hyo choked a little. “B–Ba–a–b-byyy!” Hyo hit Taetae’s hands and Sica immediately kicked Taetae which made the two couple parted. “HYO! ARE YOU OTAY?” Sica asked as she lightly patted her friend’s back. Hyo only coughed in respond and Sica turned to Taetae, giving her the iciest glare that she ever gave to anyone. “Taetae.....”

“IT’S THE ‘YOU DIEEE’ GLARE!” Yoong and Yul screamed. Both of them immediately hid themselves behind Youngie and Hyunnie. “WAAAH! TAETAE DIDN’T MEAN TO! MIANHAE MY LOOOOVE! SICA SSI, JEONGMAL MIANHAE!” Taetae panicked as she noticed the glare. Before Sica could pounce on the dork, Hyo immediately held her wrist and smiled. “Hyoraengi gwenchana, Sica yah.” Hyo said as Sica let out a sigh of relief. “Okay!” Sica turned back into a happy princess and hugged the speechless Youngie.

“As for you, stop crying! Hyo is okay and Sica was just panicking.” Hyo chuckled as she hugged her partner. “The glare is creepy, my love...” Taetae sobbed as Hyo laughed some more. “C’mon, let’s make slingshot now!” Miyoung tried to reduce the awkward atmosphere after a few minutes later. The others agreed and Yoong teaches her unnies to make slingshots. She was having trouble teaching her Sica unnie though. “U–Unnie...” Yoong poked on Sica’s hand.

“What?” Sica accidentally shot a glare to the frighten choding. Yoong’s began to teary as she tried to help her unnie. “Aish, Sica yah. Yoong is only trying to help you.” Hyo explained as Sica transformed back into her soft side. “Uhm, otay Yoong can help Sica.” Sica said as Yoong nodded her head. “Yooooong!” Youngie called out her friend. “Wae?” Yoong replied as she was still helping the focused Sica. “Youngie is stuck.” Youngie pouted. “Ask Yul unnie for help.” Yoong replied back. Youngie took a good look at the busy rolling on the ground Yul before whining again. “But she’s so weird!!” Yoong sighed as Sica giggled at her Youngie’s behaviour. “Yoong will help you in a bit, my prince.”

“All done!” Hyunnie said and all of the girls cheered for themselves. “Now....” Yoong broke the cheering and bluntly looked at her slingshot. “What should we do with it?” Everyone went silent. Sica and Hyo looked at together. They smiled and stepped in front of their friends. “Guys! We can play Counter Strike with these slingshots!” Hyo said. The girls nodded in agreement and soon became clueless again. “How to play it?” Yoong asked.

“Hmm....” Sica hummed for awhile and looked at her friend. “Hyo, you explain to them!” Hyo smiled at her whining friend. “Okay. It is just the same game as slipper strike.” Hyo said as Miyoung’s face brightens up. “Slipper strike?” Sica only looked at Miyoung with a sulking expression. Hyo nodded. “But it will be a bit different!” Youngie scratches her head. “What is slipper strike?” All of them look at her. “Joohyun doesn’t know slipper strike too...” Hyunnie pouted.

“That’s because Hyunnie was absent when Miyoung and Sica were having a slipper strike fight!” Taetae explained and looked at her shikshin friend. “And as for you, Taetae remembers that Youngie was busy chasing Yoong’s umma just for a burger!” “But Yoong got it before you did anyway.” Yoong grinned as all of them broke into laughter. “Oh, that time!” Youngie said and joined the laugh. “Remember when Youngie was barking like a dog when Yoong’s umma was on top of that tree over there?” Sunbun said as all of them nodded while still laughing. “And the kishy kish CPR Sica gave to Youngie!”
