"So..." I started. "Where do I sleep?"

This simple little question just started a whole set of new problems.

Hongki and I stared at his bed. It was fairly large, but I imagined that it would be somewhat awkward for the two of them. Not to mention, it's his house. I can't impose anything that he's not comfortable with. I was only out on the streets for a good five hours. A whole night, I don't think I could handle...

"Um." Hongki sighed as he scratched his head. "I can sleep on the couch--"

"Hongki-ah, it's your house." I reasoned. "I shouldn't."

"But you're my guest," he laughed. "It'd be rude if I didn't give you the more comfortable spot."

"I can take the couch, I guess..." I thought.

"We could..." Hongki sounded questionable. "Share my bed."

My eyes grew large. Remember? Awkward?

"W-well, I-I..." I stuttered. "W-We could, I guess."

"It'd be awkward, but it's not like we'd do anything." Hongki said. "We're only friends, and... it is only sleeping, right?"

Taeyeon had this sentence running laps in her mind as Hongki laid down beside her.

"I'm beat." Hongki stretched. "Are you tired, Taeyeon-ah?"

"Neh," she answered, facing the wall. She wasn't sure if Hongki was done changing, and based on her reaction to seeing him shirtless this morning, she wasn't sure of how she'd react about seeing that.

"Are you comfortable that way?" Hongki chuckled.

"Um," Taeyeon rolled over. "Kind of?"

Hongki chuckled, "You don't have to squish yourself next to the wall. I won't hurt you." He softened his voice.

"I know." She whispered.
