"Why do you even care. You don't even know her. If your throwing a jealous fit because of Minho it's definitely not the right time"
"No what the hell" Taemin said as his chubby cheeks turned slightly pink
"Then this explanation can definetly wait Tae.. Now lets go I have to go talk to auntie before she recieves the call and all hell breaks lose." Kai said as he half dragged Taemin out of the airport into his car
***Minho's House***
"Come on Stace tell me what happened" Minho said as he sat Stacey on the couch
"We..ell Iii wass"
"Okay I think a good nap would do you good. Come on, you can rest in my room. Then after a good nap you can tell me what happened and I can take you to the station to do your declaration.. I should probably call Lawyer Park" Minho said as he guided her towards his room
"No you don't have to do that Minho"
"I'm not letting this go this easily not again." Minho said as he sat down at his desk
"Minho I'll be fine swear"
"You won't. How long has he been harassing you for its been years now"
"Why cant you understand I can't be ungrateful!" Stacey yelled as she dropped to her knees sobbing "I can't do that. Not to his family...Even though they don't accept me I can't be ungrateful"
"You can't keep living like this. If you won't put a stop to this then I will. I don't think your dad will be to happy if he where to find out what happens everytime he sends you to Korea"
"Don't call that man my father! I refuse to be associated to that Man"
"Stace I know you don't like calling him dad but you have to forgive him at some point"
"No the only father I had was him. That's why I came to visit and I won't let that man stop me"
"Minho I'm home!!"
"Ah Umma I'll be down in a bit" Minho screamed as he got up to leave. "I'll be back try to rest I'll let mom know your here"
"Alright" Stacey said as she laid on the bed and saw Minho leave the room
"Same old Minho always trying to protect people. Sigh.. I'm sorry Minho but I can't always let you fight my battles"
***Downstairs***
"Umma guess who flew in today?"
"Stacey"
"Yahh! how did you know?"
"Hahaha Minho did you forget I always talk to her? seems like your always the only one who forgets"
"Yahh that's not fair" Minho said as he pouted and sat at the table
"Haha Minho you know she has to come every now and then to do regular check ups in her dad's business. Plus if im not mistaken she came for a different reason"
"Right as always. Something happened"
"She ran into that man again?'
"You say that as if you where there"
"Minho Dear you haven't forgotten that I'm her lawyer right?" His mom said as she poured herself some tea
"Sheesh I;m totally out of it." Minho sheepishly said as he rubbed his neck
"Anyways I already know and already talked to the police officer seems like there was enough people who witnessed what happened so all they need is for her to go down and do her delaration

"Yeah is she up in your room"
"Yeah"
"I'll go see how she's doing stay here okay"
"Why does it seem like your hiding something from me?"
"I'm not honey." She said as she walked up the stairs

"Stacey Dear how are you feeling" She asked as she opened the door
"Hmm oh Hello" Stacey said as she turned around "I'm sorry to have just"
"It's alright stacey you dont need to worry I wanted to see how you were doing" She said as she walked towards an old desk with chair
"I'm okay just shaken up"
"Hmm it is to be expected"
"No this was not how it was suppose to happen. I trained and took classes why does he still have so much effect on me"
"Stacey you can't expect to feel safe after what he tried"
"He almosted me I know that, you know that, everyone knows that. If he finds out that I let it happen again he will be dissapointed he won't look at me and he'll just" Stacey said as she fell to her knees and rocked back
"Stacey I thought you said your dad had stopped"
"Noo..not you too. dont call that man my father."
"Stacey"
"NO! I refuse to accept it. If he can deny me as his daughter after what happened I can as well. He doesn't even know I'm here. I asked for a month's vacation with the human resource department."
"Stace you know he is going to find out and when he does,"
"He can't say anything because I work for him just as any other employee"
Sigh "Okay. Well whenever your ready I'm here for you okay honey. Don't forget that before anything I'm your family before your lawyer"
"Thank you! Can you find out what time he's service will be at?"
"Are you sure you want to be there? After what happened today in the morning I don't think it would be a good idea"

**Back at the Beach House**
"When I get my hands on him I swear Im going to kill him"
"Calm down Jong I'm sure he'll be back soon enough or at least call us" Kimbum said as he tried to cox his boyfriend

***Back at Minho's house***
"Oh s**t I forgot I took Jonghyungs car" Minho said to himself as he searched for his room
"Wait for me in the living room honey. I'll bring you some tea and then we can leave" Minho's mom said as she entered the kitchen
"You still in here Minho?" His mom looked at him questioningly
"Uh yeah"
"Minho what are you doing?"
"Deciding on whether to call Jonghyun or not?"
"And why is that?"
"I took his car without asking him forgetting the fact that we weren't at his house but of a friend's friend's house"
"Ah I see. Well let's do this, I have to make a few calls so you go ahead and take Stace to the Police Department so that she can declare her statement and I'll Jonghyun and ask if he needs someone to pick him up and if he does I'll send a taxi to where they are."
"Really. Thanks mom your a life saver" Minho said as he hugged his mom
"I'll go get stace then"

"Mom!" Minho screamed

"I mean she left. She left a note saying she had to take care of this herself and to call her when you know what time the serving is at"
"That girl really needs to rely on people more. This all Franks fault. if only he would tell her the truth and stopped lying to her"

"Okay Miss Bergstrom. Are you by chance related to Frank Bergstrom of Bergstrom Interprise?"
"Yes I am. I am Stacey Bergstrom."

"Can we please not speak of that. I would like to keep this under wraps. No one can find out about this"
"We understand. Okay can you please tell us in your own words what occered on Saturday Frebruary 15, 2014 at 8:00 A.M?"
"Yes well I was just landing from my trip I am here on personal business"
"Can you elaborate more"
"Well my Nanny, Lee Joon, he recently died. He was the man who took care of me as if I was his own child and had accepted me as his daughter even though his family was against it. There was one person who didn't like the idea."
"And who is that?"
"He's name is Lee Jiwoo. He is Lee Joon's brother. I have visited before when Joon was still alive."
"You both lived together Mr. Lee Joon and you?"
"Ah well yes because Frank Bergstrom was a busy man was unable to raise me he hired a nanny to take care of me. Lee Joon is my father in a sense. He raised me as his daughter and well whenever he would have to visit his family he would bring me along"
"You call Lee Joon your father but was he not receiving money to take care of you?"
"Ah well you see he accepted the money when he was hired but after that he quit and told Frank that he would raise me as his own without him being paid."
"And your Father Mr. Bergstrom did not mind"
"Well you see at the time there was noone who could take care of me and he was not going to take me into his office so he ultimately agreed. Afterword Joon bought a house and well I moved in with him"
"How old where you"
"I was five. He told me that my dad Frnk loved me a lot but because of work he would not be able to raise me. And that Ihad nothing to worry about because he would love me and take care of me"
"SO then Mr. Lee Joon raised you?"
"Yes"
"Did you migrate to his home country?"
"No, we resided in California"
"How was Joon able to raise you?"
"Well, from what he told me he was not working because he was in need of money rather because he had too much time on his hands. He told me that his father had left him with some money when he passed away. The money he had received he put it all into stocks and managed a small store here in Seoul"
"Okay. So now tell us how Mr. Jiwoo comes into the story"
"Well a few years back, his family went to visit him in the states. I was around the age of 12 and I was coming from school. I didn't know we had company so I just did what I normally did when coming back from school and hugged my dad Joon. That was when I realized that there was more people in the house. He introduced me as his daughter the little girl who he had grew fond of. Jiwoo was there with his wife. While I left them catch up with themselves I went to the kitchen to start dinner but before that I went to my room to change....I..."

"I was in the middle of changing, just in my under garments when he walked in on me"
"He had said he was sorry and that he was looking for the restroom. He looked at me with a weird stare so I covered myself and told him where it was. After that I remember dad mentioning that they would be staying the night. In the middle of the night he had come into my room and covered my mouth so I wouldn't make a sound he told me 'though your young you have a nice body I bet Joon gets a piece of you when no one is here' I spit out what he had placed in my mouth and told him he was wrong that Joon would never do that because he was my dad. But he insisted that it didn't matter because he would taste me to"
"Did you call for help?"
"Yes, I screamed when he tried going any further and that was when Joon came in and saw what was happening and threw him off of me. He covered me and said he was sorry and asked if I was okay"
"I told him I was just shaken up."
"After that I just remember a lot of shouting and Jiwoo's wife coming and saying that I was 'a little ' that I had provoked him. Joon had told him that he was not going to let this pass so he told him they had to leave."
"Was this incident reported to the authorities?"
"Yes. But because it was it was something small according to the authorities nothing was done"
"Was that the last time before today when he attempted anything?"
"No. when we came to visit a close relative to him he tried again except that in that occasion he nearly me. If it wasn't because of Kai, the son of the relative he would have done the deed"
"Was that incident reported?"
"Yes. There was never enough proof to actually put him away after that"
"So then even though you knew he could have attempted to attack you again you still risked"
"No one was going to stop me from saying my good bye to my father I owe him everything. He unfortunately died in a traffic accident. I was not going to stay home and not come."
"Okay Our deepest consoles. It looks like everything checks out okay so we have enough evidence to put him away."
"We'll he be able to get out under bail?"
"I doubt it. Do not worry about it"

"I just finished with declaring my statement"
"Okay. Will talk about it later. The ceremony is at 6. It's in a few hours I've send Minho over there"
"Thank you! I'll be ther I just have to change my outfit"

**Kai's Home**
"Mom I'm telling you we should tell auntie after the ceremony"
"Kai. I know you mean well but Stacey is not part of this family"
"Uncle Joon thought she was, I love her as I would love any of my cousins"
"I know Kai but. Okay we won't tell your auntie until afterwards. Do you know if she'll attend the ceremony"
"It's the only reason why she came"
That was her. She finally came back. WHy does Minho know her and why did he take her with him. What is there connection. The million dollar question here is what happened with Kai's uncle?
