The city seems to be more quiet now as she sat all alone by herself at the rooftop; her favourite place when she’s having a problem. She seems to be calmer now despite all the bad news that she had been receiving endlessly lately.

First she got a news saying that her father is now jobless and doing fine a bit when he’s moving to the village and doing some farmer’s job. And then her patience is challenge when her sister is diagnosed with leukemia. It just wouldn’t stop there. Now her scholarship seems to be having a problem since the company that give her the sponsorship is having a financial problem. She sighs.

I must get a job to stay alive here. I should also help my family back in the village. Now that father is jobless and Eun Ye is sick; her medical expenses would’ve been so expensive. At least I should get a job to pay for my life expenses.

She sighs again.

She breathes in the cold night breeze.

“Are you here because of some problem again? Did the night fix it for you?”

She turns around. It’s Sungmin. She smiles at him. He sits next to her.

“Life is hard lately?”

She nods.

He let go of a sighs and nod his head a little.

“Anything that I can help?”

She shakes her head.

“Come on…tell me…anything that I can do to help you?”

“You are full of trouble yourself so how can you help me?”

“Who says I’m full of trouble?”

“Then why did you come up here?”

Sungmin smiles again; sweetly, showing his aegyo.
