Republic of Korea

Special Mandatory Academy

Presidential Order no. 040486

“Contingency Recruitment Plan of 2012”

That all boys and girls, under 10 years of age and below, suspected to possess an “SA” (Special Ability) of any kind, need to be confined mandatorily within the covert institution built and funded by the Republic of Korea, for the sole purpose of security and harmony for the citizens of the Republic of Korea.

Guidelines:

a.       Upon birth of the child, he/she is required to undergo Newborn Ability Screening (NAS) to identify if he/she possesses an SA. A child having a positive screening result will be automatically be listed in the Academy and will be monitored 24/7. If parents/guardian are unable or refuses to follow protocol are subjected to penalties accordingly.

b.      Parents, guardians and alike need to surrender the children in the hands of SM Academy before or until they reach the required age.

c.       A special agreement will be set up between the parent and guardians and the current administration. Breach of agreement will be subjected to penalties accordingly.

d.      Confidentiality must be given of utmost importance.

e.      Students will be trained until they reach 18 years of age. Their privileges of visiting their homes will depend on the current administration. (Read SM Handbook for other details)

f.        Once graduated, students are still under the authority of SM Academy and are required to be of service to the Republic of Korea.

g.      Any alumnae/student who refutes or opposes the Academy will automatically be seen as a convict who has committed an unforgivable crime against the Republic of Korea and its people. Any crime against the Republic will mean DEATH.

h.      The law is irrefutable and irrevocable.

Anyone who refuses to follow the law may be subjected to the following:

a.       A penalty amounting to 10 million dollars. Only payable by immediate cash. (Details on Section 8, Fines and Dues, P.O 040486)

b.      Lifetime imprisonment. May lead to death penalty depending on the extent of the crime. (Details on Section 11, Reclusion per petua and Death Penalty, P.O 040486)

The law should be viewed as an opportunity and privilege to serve the Republic of Korea and not as a threat. Citizens are obliged to follow the law, for their own safety.
