~The next day~

 

(the clothes i wore to campus)

 

I arrived in campus, and headed to class. I didn’t hear a thing from TOP he must of ignored me. Last night was a mess and now I have to face him. I sat in class but he was nowhere to be found. The teacher came in and started the class, while he was taking attendance he called TOP’s name and looks around.

 

“Olivia, TOP is not in today?” He asked

 

“No sir.” I answered

 

He went back to taking attendance and went on. I guess he’s not coming at all today. The lesson went on for 30 minutes, suddenly the door comes flying open and TOP walks in. He stops in front of the teacher.

 

“Oh TOP you’re here, please take a seat.” He said

 

Top then looks up at me, and walks towards me, I avoided my eyes from him. Suddenly I felt my arms being yanked up gently, I looked up and it was TOP, he had my arm in his hand while he was looking at me. I got up and stared at him.

 

“What?” I asked

 

“Gaja (lets go)” He said

 

“Eodie yo? (where?)” I asked

 

“Gaja.” He said as he drags me out walking, before I was too far away I grabbed my bag.

 

“Ya TOP where are you going? Ya let her go.” The professor yelled

 

“I’m sorry professor but this is really important.” He said as we both walked out

 

“TOP stop, where are you taking me?” I asked

 

He didn’t answer me, suddenly he shoves me into his car and closes the door. He walks to the driver’s seat and started his car.

 

“TOP answer me where are we going?” I asked

 

Still no answer, suddenly he drove away from the campus. For hours he drove and I found myself driving along the shore.

 

“TOP if your not going to talk I’ll leave.” I told him

 

Still nothing came out; finally he stops at a red light. I unbuckled my seatbelt and opened the door. I walked towards the beach away from him. I took off my shoes and started walking on the sand.

 

“Ya where do you think your going?” he asked

 

“Away from you.” I answered

 

“Why?” he asked

 

 I stopped my paced and turn to look at him I scoffed and approached him.

 

“Your seriously going to ask me why I’m walking away from you?” I asked

 

He nodded, and stared at me.

 

“Who was the person who ignored me? Who was the person who didn’t say a word to me all day, until now? Well tell me TOP.” I asked

 

He didn’t say anything or move an inch. I turned to walk away but before I could reach the water, he grabs my hand and pulls me over. Our faces just inches away.

 

“Say it.” He said

 

“What?” I asked

 

“My nickname say it.” He smiled

 

I stared at him, I’ve never seen him smile like this before.

 

“….Masato.” I called him

 

“Yes?” he answered

 

“Is the reason why you didn’t answer me was because I called you TOP?” I asked

 

“Well it was only today, last night was because I didn’t really know exactly what to say to you on that day, so I didn’t say anything. But I now know what to say, yes their maybe people whom you love and treasure in your heart but they end up hurting you, maybe that just wasn’t where your other heart is. It takes time for people to find their heart, because they have to be careful if they get the wrong heart it’ll only cause them pain.” He said as he caressed my cheeks

 

“Wow, Masato thank you.” I smiled

 

He smiled and nodded.

 

“Do you know where your other heart is?” I asked

 

“Yea she’s around here.” He answered

 

When I heard that, my chest started to feel like someone is piercing my heart over and over again.

 

“Oh I would love to meet her.” I smiled

 

“Don’t worry you will soon.” He smiled

 

suddenly I felt a water drop on my cheeks, I look up and it started to pour. Masato quickly grabbed my arm and we both ran to find shelters. We found an empty stand that was made out of bamboo and hay. We ran towards the stand and waited there until the rain has calmed down.

 

“This rain came out of no where.” I told him

 

“Yea I know.” He smiled

 

“Ah I’m soaking wet.” I pointed out

 

“So am I” He said

 

“Wow there is actually a mirror here.” I smiled as I stared at the mirror

 

Masato grabs my hand and pulls me to his chest. I felt his warmth wraps around me.

 

“Masato?” I asked

 

“I can’t hold it any more.” He said

 

he pulls me away and stares at me, suddenly I felt his lips on mine. I froze but closed my eyes, I was embarrassed to look at him. He pulls away and I slowly opened my eyes. He stares at me and I stared at him.

 

“Wha- what was that for?” I asked

 

“I can’t hold it anymore, I’ve never felt like this before. This is the first time I actually like a girl.” He smiled

 

“what are you talking about?” I asked

 

“Olivia I like you and I don’t want to you to just be the girl who shows me around the school or my friend. I want you to be Olivia my girlfriend.” He smiled

 

“Masato, I don’t know what to say.” I told him

 

“Say you’ll be mine and I’ll be the happiest man on earth.” He smiled as he pulls me closer to him

 

“Are you sure I’m the type of girl that could make you happy?” I asked

 

“Well I’ve seen better.” He smiled

 

I got pissed off so I pushed myself away from him and walk away before I could go any further, he grabs my arm and pulls me into his arms.

 

“I’m kidding, of course you’ll be the perfect girl for me.” He smiled

 

 

“All right.” I smiled

 

“Hey so how about it? Will you be mine?” He asked

 

“Of course.” I smiled

 

He smiles and kisses my lips, I feel like I was in a dream that I may never come out of. We both decided to go home.
