I turned around and found TOP looking at us. I went pale, and I could see his hurt expression clearly. He turns around and goes back into his car, I ran up to him and knocked on the window.

“TOP, its not what you think, please don’t leave.” I begged

He opened the window of his door and stared at the street in front of him.

“See was it that hard just to tell me the truth?” He asked

“No, TOP I love you, I don’t love him.” I begged

“I’m happy for the both of you, congratulations.” He said as he closes the window and drove away. I chased the car for a while before stopping and fell to the ground.

“TOP please come back!” I screamed

Yong, comes up to me and helps me up, for some reason my body was moving on tis own. He puts me inside his car and wraps a towel around my cold body. I just stared blankly at the street and he closes the door. He Sits in the driver’s seat and drove away. Before you know it we stopped at my building. I open the door and walk out, Yong walked with me, but I did not say a word to him. When we got to my door I opened it and Yong pushed the door in. We both walked in and I found a small box with a card on it. I opened it and I found a ring.

I was stunned and I opened the card, its had a beautiful decorations on it. It read:

To my Lovely Girl Olivia,

       Now this is not an engagement ring, This is a promise ring. I promise to love you no matter what happens. You mean the world to me actually you are my world, No girl has ever made me feel like this before. You are the only girl for me and that will never change, be it now or 50 years later. Everyday all I think is about you, no matter what I do, be it with Korea’s most beautiful actress or with super models that I have to work with. You're the one that pops into my mind. This actually my first time buying a girl a present so I wasn’t really sure on what to get, until I was walking down the street and I saw a guy giving his girlfriend a promise ring and it made her face lit up. I wanted to see that on you so I decided to get you one. The ring represents you and me, the two heart lock each other stands that our hearts will always stay together no matter what, nothing can break that heart apart. Any who hope you like the ring. I broke down when I saw the letter, I couldn’t believe that he actually thinks about me this much. I fell to the ground and held the paper and ring to my heart.

“Olivia are you ok?” Yong asked

I looked at him and just let the tears fall.

“Why?” I asked

He stayed quite.

“Why did you have to drive away the man that I love away from me? I gave you every chance every time to make you realize my feelings for you but nothing. Now when I’m finally happy you find ways to crush that. The man I love is gone and I don’t know what to do. Yong why? When you dated Park Shin Hye I smiled and supported, so why can’t I have my happiness?” I asked

“Because you're the only girl I don’t want to lose, I want you to care about me, I want you to come to my condo to wake me up, and I want you to only look at me.” He said

“What I want to know is, why didn’t you tell me this before I went out with TOP?” I asked

“I told I wanted to see how lo-

“No! I know that's not the truth. I want to know the truth Yong.” I begged

He sighed and looks at me.

“I was scared.” He admitted

“Of what?” I asked

“of you being hurt.” He said

“What do you mean?” I asked

“Olivia your like treasure to me, if I ever get a scratch on my treasure I’ll probably will never ever forgive myself. That’s why I wanted to try and give it some thoughts.” He said

“So why did you go out with Park Shin hye?” I asked

“She was basically just a practice. I wanted to make sure I know what I was doing before I dated you.” He said

“Yong, you're my best friend there is no need for that, you know everything about me. As long as you love me and know me well there is no need for you to be scared. Look at TOP he only knew me for couple of months, and he took the chance to go out with me. But I hurt him and now he won’t even look at me.” I said as I cried

“I’m sorry Olivia if I caused you pain but I won't give up no matter what.” He said as he left my apartment

I cried and put on the ring on my right ring finger. I held it to my chest hoping it would bring TOP back. I just want him to be next to me again.
