You slowly started opening your eyes as trying to remember where were you...then you remembered and your expression turned into a worried one.

Kai was awake already, he was smiling at you as if nothing has happened.

"how are you feeling?" you asked him, 

he took one of his hands to a bandage he had in his head..."they had to do stitches"

"that bad?, does it hurt a lot?" you asked

"I'm fine, thanks for taking care of me" he replied with a smirk

"taking care of you? are you trying to make me feel bad?... i just broke you" you said lowering your voice

"well you did "break" me, but you know, I don't want my mom to see me like this, so I'm staying at your house until i get better, that way you'll take care of me, and pay for what you did" he said.

He was right, that was the right thing to do, the nurse talked to you, Kai was going to be able to check out in a while, she gave him some painkillers and in a few minutes everything was ready and you both left the hospital.

In the way home you barely talked, you had to concentrate in driving he only spoke once "It wasn't your fault, you know i was messing with you, right?" he told you, that relieved you a little, but you  couldn't help feeling guilty, he was hurt because of you, and thats all you could think of

When you arrived at your apartment you told Kai to get comfortable and made him some ramen with vegetables, you were running out of groceries and you'll need them since he was staying

"Are you going to tell your mom you're staying here?" you asked him while washing your dishes, "of course, I send her a message" he answered

"you have to call her" you still said

at that moment his phone rang and he answered, it was Sehun and he was coming over. After a while he arrived, he came with one of their friends.

"I'm Kyungsoo" He bowed, handing you a small basket of fruits well that's cute

"Seunah" you bowed back and he went to the living room where Kai was watching TV

Sehun followed you to the kitchen while you put the fruits in a fresh place... "Seunah ssi" he hugged you, you hugged him back.

"did you get hurt?" he asked, "no, I'm fine, just a scratch, you should be hugging Kai right now" you said

"I will too, but i'm going to miss you" he pouted.

"Miss me?, why would you miss me?" you asked him starting to get worried

"My family is going to Shanghai for a week, and they're taking me" still pouting

"but that's awesome! you'll get to know a different part of the world, you should be happy!" you cheered him up

"It's because my father's job, they'll maybe try to get an apartment, and we'll probably move if they get one"

Now you didin't know what to say, you did not want him to move, he was your best friend, you couldn't let him go just like that, it was maybe selfish, but that's how you felt.

"Can we stay tonight?" he asked "I'm leaving tomorrow"

"Of course you can stay, you don't have to ask" you ruffled his hair " go watch tv with the boys, take some snacks" You told him and handed him some chips.

You were all in the living room and you sat for a bit next to Kai, but it was time to get some groceries for dinner

"Guys i'll be right back, i have to get groceries for dinner tonight, and maybe a cake?" you told them as you stood up, but Kai held your wrist preventing you to walk.

"What?" you stared at him, he stared at you, and Sehun and Kyungsoo stared at both of you, you blushed when you noticed.

"take c- Kyungsoo with you...so you can get to know each other" he said, regretting it at the moment, he wanted to go with you, but he knew the answer you stay here and rest, that's what you would have told him.

Kyungsoo stood up with a smile and you left home, he offered to drive, Kai had good friends, first they beat up a drunk man and then they drive for  you, you liked that.

Kyungsoo was Kai and Sehun's friend, so you automatically felt comfortable with him...but you noticed he was a little nervous, and you were going to make him love you.

"How long have you been dancing with the boys?" you asked him,you were already at the supermarket

"We've known each other for over a year, I once saw Kai dancing in the middle of the crowd, i had to talk to him...that's how it started, we got shy then, we only went to watch, suddenly we started practicing by ourselves, and we met some more guys, and now we are like 12, i'm greatful i met them" He sounded happy, and proud

"Why do you think neither Kai or Sehun told me they were doing this?" you asked him

"He was going to, once he told us he wanted this girl to know, but he wanted to wait until we got better so you could watch us...then they changed the... "meetings" to a very late time, and it startet getting dangerous, he didin't want you to get hurt, that's all" he kept smiling

"waah-" that's maybe what came out of your mouth 

"What shall we have for dinner?...this time it's four of us!, i'll have to make more food" you said trying to concentrate in something else

"I can make a kimchi spaghetti that'll have Kai rolling in the floor in seconds" he said "and we can bake a cake too" you were planning to buy one but "can you cook?" you were impressed since you hadn't met guys who cooked themselves...only chefs but...not friends of yours

"and i'm good, you'll see" he started picking a lot of stuff, and ingredients for cake "we can use the fruit you gave us!" you told him excited, you loved cooking as much as you loved eating...or taking pictures of your food.

"You're spending the night too right?" you asked him, still excited about cake

"spend the night?" his eyes suddenly got bigger "is it okay?...if I stay too" he blushed a bit

"sure, it's your house too now...wait...have you never stayed at a girls place?" Sehun and Kai never got nervous...but they've been staying over since you were like 5 ...in your parent's home of course, you even took turns.

"It's okay, you can leave if you feel uncomfortable, I understand...and so I'm sure you won't want to leave" you were just trying to be kind.

You picked a lot of things, some snacks too...maybe too much snacks, but you could always keep them, they were never too much.

When you arrived home you felt even more comfortable with Kyungsoo and he felt good around you too, you could get used to his company.

As soon as you left the bags in the kitchen you felt a pair of arms around your waist ...please tell me it's Sehun, i'll do something stupid if- it was Kai and you felt his breath in your neck and you got shivers everywhere and Sehun and Kyungsoo were home in the studio looking at your work and you knew what he was trying to do...shame on him for being y.

He only let go for a while for you to turn around but as soon as you did he caught you again, he was hugging you so tight, and you were fighting not to hug back. what if the boys saw you? you didin't want them to feel uncomfortable.

"Kai please don't...not now" your voice was shaky due to the nervousness and that weird think you felt when you were around him...when he touched you...when he hugged you.

"Hug me back and i let go" He said, you couldn't see hes face, he was taller than you and your face was facing his chest, even so you knew he was closing his eyes.

You hugged him back and the unthinkable happened, you didin't want to let go, he was so warm and you felt completely protected. but the awkward line...you didin't want to cross it

"Don't go back there...i don't want you to get hurt, please don't be outside at those hours, if you can avoid that, i'll really like it" he said, and now you wanted to cry, why was he so good...do i even deserve him? You asked to yourself, you wanted to protect him too.

"Yah! I'll take care I promise, now we have a lot of cooking to do, go get me Kyungsoo he's helping me today" You pulled away and he let you go, "of course" He gave you a quick kiss on the forehead leaving you all blushed in the kitchen.
