Minseok stifled his laugh as D.O’s face turned red with every word that sprouted out of the Dragon Prince’s mouth. As they were now walking along the long, empty corridors to their rooms at the Western end of the Palace it was remotely amusing for the Dragon Emperor and his advisors as their young Prince continued to make a fool out of himself. Whereas the Dragon Emperor managed to retain his passive indifferent face, it was quite the opposite for the other two.   ‘Are you a Fire Dragon? Because you make me hot!’    Another loud set of guffaws burst through, even the Emperor himself could not hold back a smile at his brother’s idiocy any more. He side eyed his brother’s object of affection who had turned an impossible shade of red, however opted to stay tight-lipped. What surprised him on the other hand was the other slave’s silent laugh, or lack thereof, the boy himself had gone red trying to control his laughter, his cheeks puffed as he pressed his mouth shut. His eyes shining with mirth; observing this from his peripheral view brought an unknowing smile to the Emperor’s lips.   ‘M-My L-Lords this will be your room.’ D.O stuttered as he gestured towards the two advisors. ‘C-Chen will be bringing your baggage. Dragon Lord, your room---’    ‘I will share with my brother, if that is alright.’ Yi Fan interrupted gently. Jongin n the other hand still had the dazed look on him staring at D.O face, who squirmed uncomfortably.    ‘Yes of course My Lord. Xiumin will take care of you. I-I sh-should get g-going. P-Please e-excuse m-me.’ D.O stuttered quickly before fleeing off. With the lack of ‘his’ D.O Jongin immediately sobered up and had a slight pout on his face.   Entering the chamber assigned to him, Yi Fan sat on one of the plush seats with Jongin by his side, and both Chanyeol and Yixing opposite him. Minseok stood in front of them with a slight bow, his eyes trained to the ground.   ‘Is there anything I could get for you My Lords?’ He asked with a soft voice, that the others had to slightly strain their ears.   ‘D.O’ Jongin calmly stated before getting cuffed by his brother.   ‘There will be nothing. Please come get us before dinner. That will be all, you are excused Xiumin.’ Yi Fan commanded his voice filled with authority. Still facing the ground, Xiumin bowed low before leaving the chamber. Once the door to the chamber was closed and the footsteps disappeared the atmosphere in the room got tense.   ‘So I take it that the Bonding failed?’ Jongin asked his voice holding none of the previous playfulness; his expression mirroring his status as the Dragon Prince of the West.   ‘Yes it did, but for some odd reason it nearly took place but didn’t..’ Yixing answered puzzled, at this the other three turned to look at him, mirroring his expression.   ‘What do you mean?’ Yi Fan asked the question the other two shared.   ‘Well remember how the chains of water winded along both of your arms? That’s what happens during a Bonding, it won’t take place if you are truly not destined for each other.’   ‘That’s a good thing then right? I mean it could possibly mean that they are destined for each other but something went wrong during the ceremony?’ Chanyeol asked eagerly, a wide smile etched on his face, however Yixing did not share his enthusiasm in fact he only proceeded to look more troubled. ‘Maybe…maybe or it could also mean that your destined is out there somewhere…sharing the same Dragon Blood as the Dragon Prince Huang Zitao…’       Meanwhile…..       Minseok walked as quickly as his short legs could towards Prince Zitao’s chamber.
