Next morning

Hana woke up with the ring from her phone.It was a message from her mom

"Hana-ah,come home for dinner tonight.Bring Kris along.It's been a while since I've seen him.Don't forget to tell your brother.love mom" Hana read the messsage.

Hana raised an eyebrow.it's weird to see her mom asking for dinner.and to bring Kris along? this sounds fishy.Hana put her phone down and went to wash up.Today's her day off.Hana was preparing breakfast when suddenly the frontdoor opened.Hana knowing who was the person just smiled

"morning baby~" Kris hugged Hana from behind and gave her a kiss on the cheek

"morning.what are u doing here? no practice?"

"we have a day off." Kris hugged Hana tighter

"YA! KIM JONGIN! WHAT DO U THINK U ARE DOING?!" Hana heard a familiar voice

"guys! stop shouting! we're at Hana's house now" Hana heard another familiar voice

"is it the guys?" Hana asked.Kris avoided Hana's question.Hana pulled away from Kris and walked to her living room. "what are u guys doing here?" Hana asked upon seeing the whole EXO in her living room

"I told them I'm going to spend the whole day with u and they decided to tag along" Kris answered

"but where's Lay,Tao and Luhan?" Hana asked

"they went back to their hometowns." 

"aww....my baby Kris can't go home to Canada" Hana hugged Kris for comfort

"it's ok.I have my babe with me" Kris hugged Hana back

"Kris,stop hugging my sister" Chanyeol appeared from nowhere

"now,what are u guys going to eat?I only prepared food for myself.I'm too lazy to cook for u guys" Hana said

"let's go to eat outside"

"oh! can we go to the amusement park after?" Baekhyun asked.Everyone was looking at him

"sure,we'll go to the amusement park" Hana smiled to Baekhyun.Baekhyun did a little celebration.Everyone grunted because going to the amusement park is the least favourited place.Chanyeol and Baekhyun would be crazy as ever.Sehun would act like a little kid and more things will happen.

The moment they stepped outside the car,all of them were already jumping around.Even the quiet Kai would jump around.Kris just smiled and them and went to walk with Hana.At first glance it looked like Kris and Hana are the parents and are bringing the EXO kids out for an outing

"let's go guys" Kris gave them the pass

All of them argued where to go first.Kris said to break into groups and gather back at the entrance at 6 p.m.The boys scattered away in a few seconds.

"so,what u wanna ride first?" Kris asked

"let's ride the viking" Hana dragged Kris.Hana and Kris rode all the rides that were available.Suddenly Hana remembered about the dinner tonight. "oppa,umma invited u for dinner tonight.I completely forgot.We don't have much time left before dinner" Hana looked at her watch

"it's ok.we can drop by the mall later" Kris smiled

exactly at 6 everyone gathered up.Hana and Chanyeol rode Kris's car.Kris dropped by the mall to by a dress for Hana and get her hair ready.At 7 sharp they arrived at the house.

"thank goodness we're on time" Hana smiled

"I'll go in first" Chanyeol knocked on the door

Kris held Hana's hand tightly.Although they have been dating for years this is only the 3rd time Kris has met their mom.He might look charasmatic on the the outside but he's a very soft person inside

"oh! ur here" Misoo opened the door.

Misoo hugged the trio.Kris tried his best to smile although he felt like dying inside.the dinner went smooth until their mom popped the question

"so,Kris has proposed?" 

"neh?" Hana was caught off guard

"the ring" her mom said.Hana tried to hide her hand

"neh,I proposed to her" Kris said bravely

"really?" her mom raised an eyebrow. "ur very brave.I like you" Misoo smiled and took a sip of her wine "so,when did u propose to her?" 

"about 4 days ago"

"ohhh...u remember when u proposed to her.he's a keeper" Misoo smiled

"neh" Hana answered awkwardly

"I have a meeting to go to.Kris,u can stay longer.Take ur time.I'm going" Misoo hugged the trio.

Hana cuddled closer to Kris on the couch while enjoying TV.

"when are we going to reveal it to the media?" Kris asked

"neh?"

"well,we got ur mom's blessing"

"later Kris,later.This is not a good time.for you"

"wae?"

"you just debuted Kris.this is not good for your reputation"

"but the whole nation knows I'm your boyfriend"

"before you debuted.don't worry,I'll let you know"

"or is it because of Suho? U haven't tell him yet?" Kris suddenly asked

Hana was caught offguard.Hana avoided the question by going to the kitchen to grab a 'drink' .Kris hugged Hana from behind

"go and tell him.he's your best friend and I want him to know that...............ur mine" Kris whispered the last word 

"ok,I'll tell him soon.but not now" Hana said

"tomorrow" Kris said

"soon,now go away." Hana pulled away.

suddenly,Hana's ringtone went off.It was Suho.He wanted to meet Hana at the cafe across her apartment.

"u better tell him about us" Kris said

"arasso."

"love u" Kris kissed Hana

"love u too" Hana alighted from the car and walked into the cafe.At the end of the cafe,there was a familiar figure.Hana took a deep breath and walked towards him

"mianhe oppa,for keeping u wait"

"it's ok.I hope I'm not making u stay too late.I need to talk to u about something" Suho started

"about what?" Hana was getting anxious

"are you and Kris engaged?" 

"neh?"

"are you and Kris engaged? and I'm the only one who doesn't know? what is this nonsense Park Hana?!" Suho raised his voice a little

"mianhe oppa" Hana hung her head low

"mianhe is not enough" Suho said

Hana refused to say anything.Suho's face was furious.

"I just hope we don't keep secret from each other anymore.Even if it involves Kris.arasso?" Suho calmed down

"arasso" Hana nodded 

Next Morning

*ding dong* the front doorbell rang.Hana was changing her leg wrap(?) (since she hurt her leg).

"oh! Soohyuk oppa! wae?" Hana asked

"anni,I was in the neighbourhood and decided to drop by.wanna grab some breakfast at the cafe downstairs?" Soohyuk asked

"sure.let me get my coat" Hana went to grab her coat that was hanging on the couch

"why are u limping? are u hurt?" Soohyuk asked

"it's just a minor injury.don't worry.It'll will go down sooner or later" Hana smiled

"this is not a minor injury.how long has it been?" 

"about 3 to 4 days"

"mwo?! this can't be,let's go to the hospital" Soohyuk dragged Hana.

"apparently,u have a broken ankle.Since u didn't come to the hospital earlier,the injury was getting worse.It's a good choice u came now" the doctor said

"how long is it going to take before it fully heals?" Hana asked

"maybe about 1 month the least"

"A MONTH?! but I have to prepare for SMTOWN this week."

"u should avoid doing any activities as u are still in bad condition." the doctor advised

"neh" Hana nodded

Soohyuk dropped Hana at SM after the visit to the hospital.Soohyuk told her not to do any practice as she is in bad condition.Hana hurried to the big practice room as she was late.Hana covered her leg with her pants.

"ya! Park Hana! Do you know how late u are?! everyone is waiting for u" the director scolded Hana

"jesonghamida.I had to settle some matters"

"how important is the matter that u are so late?!" the director shouted.Hana was silent. "back to practice.from the start" the director shouted

Hana tried her best not to limp.Suho was suspicious from Hana's way of walking and her facial expressions.although she is smiling like there is nothing wrong but as her best friend for years,he knew there IS something wrong.Chanyeol noticed too.

"so,are u guys ready with ur dance performance special?" the director asked

"neh" they nodded.it is a special stage consists of Taemin,Eunhyuk,Yuri,Victoria,BoA,Hana,Kai,Sehun,Lay and Xiumin.Hana was getting worrisome as the choreo is so intense.

"MUSIC GET READY! START!" the director shouted

all of them were doing fine but Hana's moves aren't sharp as usual.She didn't messed up but the way she moves makes the dance looks sloppy.

"ya! Park Hana! can u stop making problems? u came late and now u are giving me a poor performance? one last time" 

"jesonghamida" Hana hung her head low.Kris wished he could do something but he can't

Hana tried her best.At least it was a little better from last time but it still lacked something.the director gave a half an hour break.Hana looked for her medication in her bag.Hana took some painkillers.

"ya,are u sick?" Suho and Chanyeol appeared from behind.

"anni"

"then why are u taking medications?" Chanyeol took the bag of medications

"YA! PARK HANA!" a familiar voice called for Hana "YA PABO! I TOLD U NOT TO PRACTICE RIGHT?!" it was none other than Soohyuk.He wanted to drop off some food for Hana and found out that she was practicing.

"THIS PABO!" Soohyuk hit Hana "ur freaking sick u pabo! aish chinja" Soohyuk said

"wae? what's wrong with Hana noona?" Sehun asked

"her ankle is broken.she needs to rest at least a month.it could be more.It wasn't suppose to reach a month but she didn't go to the hospital a few days earlier so it's gotten worse" Soohyuk explained

"mwo?!" Chanyeol and Suho shouted

"aish,it's nothing at all.it doesn't hurt" Hana jumped

"ya! don't freaking jump u pabo!" Soohyk hit Hana.

"ur hurt and u didn't tell us?" Kris appeared from behind

"I'm fine! now let's get back to practice" Hana walked to the middle of the practice room ready for practice.They can't do anything when Hana is so determined.The only thing she can do is watch for her.

"let's get back to practice" the director said

They practiced for hours without no rest.Although they are only practicing in a practice room but it felt like a real concert.As time goes by Hana's face starts to get paler.

"guys,this is the last practice and last song." the director said

they practiced for their encore song H.O.T's Hope.Hana stood by Krystal and Sulli.The moment the song ended Hana dropped her knees and her head hung low while breathing heavily

"Hana,u ok?" Chanyeol asked

"oppa,it hurts.it hurts bad" Hana said and cried in pain

"let's go to the hospital" Chanyeol pulled Hana

"I don't want to.I just want to go home.where's Kris?" Hana asked

"let's go babe" Kris carried Hana bridal style.Hana was resting her head on Kris's chest while taking a brief rest.Kris laid Hana on her bed and put some ice pack on her ankle.

"take ur some medicine first" Kris gave Hana a glass of water and her medicine.

"oppa,can u spend the night?"

"sure babe" Kris hopped on the bed and sat beside Hana.He put his hands over Hana and pulled her closer to him.Hana rested her head on Kris's chest.

"oppa,u know what is the hardest thing to do? act like nothing is wrong but something is definietly wrong.Knowing my mum is not my real mom and my real mom is out there somewhere and somebody's giving me hints about my real family whereabouts.It's the hardest thing to do.I tried to act but I just can't the pain I'm holding in for so long is so hard.Mentally and physically.U know what I want to do? I just wish I can shout at my loudest and not care about the other people around me.It's hard oppa,It's hard" Hana said 

"be strong babe.It'll come day by day.just wait.now,go to sleep and get some rest.arasso?" Kris kissed at the top of Hana's head.

'mianhe Hana-ah.I wish I can tell u everything but I can't.I promised to ur mom and Soohyuk.when it's time,I'll tel u.' Kris thought.
