*An alarm ringing...* “Ugh! It’s morning already?” Chaerin looks at her alarm clock

on the side table of her bed and sees that it is already half past eight. “Ugh! My

head hurts. I’ve only slept for four hours.” She looked for her cell phone and found it

under her pillow. Her cell phone displayed five new messages and eight missed calls.

“Eight missed calls? Who would call me this early?”

Chaerin browsed her recent calls from her cell phone and found out that five of them are

from an unknown number and the other three are from her girl friends. She’s wondering

who would that be and why would that person call her that early. After browsing her call

history, she browsed next are her text messages. As she reads the messages from her

four girl best friends, the last message she received is disturbingly familiar to her. She read

the message:

“I’ll move away but it’s not because I don’t love you anymore. The reason is the

exact opposite. I don’t want you to get hurt. I’ll be gone for a while but I’ll come

back. I will come back for you.”

Unknowingly, tears are streaming down from her face and her heart hurts from

what she read. She doesn’t know the reason why she’s crying over that message

but her heart knows that it is related to her and that’s why she’s feeling the pain

that comes from that particular message.

She wiped her tears and got up from the bed and took a shower to ready herself for the

day. After taking a shower, getting dressed and getting her school stuff, she is ready to

go to school and when she opened her door to head out from her apartment she saw a

single long stemmed rose lying on the floor in front of her door.

She really appreciated the rose even though she found it a little bit creepy and then she

head for school. Little did she know, a guy was standing far enough from her apartment

and watched her every move. He’s really happy that Chaerin appreciated the rose that he

left at her doorstep.

“I should really get going now. There is so much to do...”

*At the school...*

“Crap! I’m late again. Well, it’s not like I’m doing this on purpose but no one cares

for me except Psy-ssi. Well, I should really get going now...” Jiyong dashed his way to

the classroom and because he was too fast, he accidently bumped into Chaerin

and both fell to the floor.

“Ouch! Hey you! Watch where you’re going! *looks up* It’s you?!” “Damn! I’m also hurt

‘kay? I should really be the one who’s concerned because I’ve crashed into a fat boulder

made out of ice. Is it just me or it’s really getting cold in here? *smirks at Chaerin and

stood up while Chaerin is still on the the floor glaring at her*”

“Crap! She’s really cute but cold! Haha! I really want to make her melt. If it’s not

for my younger sister I wouldn’t get her number. I really have to thank her for

that. Well, I’ll just think of a thank you gift later. I gotta go.” “Well, I gotta get going

now, princess! See you later in our tutorials! And by the way, just in case you’re

wondering who called you early this morning, it was me. Bye!” And Jiyong dashed again to

his classroom.

*Chaerin standing up* “Crap! I totally forgot about that! Ugh. It means I have to

see him again later. Wait, how did he get my number?!” She looked at her watch.

“Well, I’ll worry about that later. I should also get going or else I’ll be late for

class.”

*At the registrar’s office...*

“Well then, you are now officially enrolled in this school. Though you are already a

month late, I hope you would do better in this school especially you’re already at

home *smiles*” “Thank you ma’am. It’s good to be back.” “You could come to

class starting tomorrow if you’d like.” “No, not yet ma’am. Maybe the day after

tomorrow I’ll go to class. I still have to arrange my things at my new apartment.”

“Oh, is that so? Then, see you the day after tomorrow then. Take care and have

this semester.” “I will. Thank you for your help. I will take my leave now.”
