After closing up the flower shop, you took your bicycle and tiredly walked back towards South Seoul.

Someone was watching you from behind a wall. He sighed in relief, “I guess Zea didn’t take her, after all. I worried for nothing.” Sungyeol slipped back into the shadows.

You were almost at the border now. You looked up and halted. A figure was leaning against a streetlight with his leg propped up. His pink shiny hair stood out in all the blackness.

L. Joe turned his head and looked straight at you. Your eyes flickered in surprise. A slow smile formed on his lips and his eyes sparkled like stars were shining in them.

Your heart went BA-BUMP.

You put a hand over your chest with a confused expression *What’s wrong with me? Am I sick? Maybe a heart disease? Why does my heart always react like this around this pink-haired boy?*

L. Joe pushed himself off the pole, “You come now? I’ve been waiting forever for you.” You walked over, “I told you that you shouldn’t wait for me anymore. I come late most times so you won’t know how long you’ll have to wait.”

L. Joe bent down to your height with his hands behind his back. He smiled in amusement with a mischievous twinkle in his eyes, “Are you worrying about me right now?” Blush crept up your cheeks and you quickly looked away, “I worry about everyone.”

L. Joe smiled *You’ll never give in, will you?* “Well,I was worried about you.”

You looked at him. He softly smiled, “I felt bad for letting that Zea incident happen. You’re right. I never turn out in the right places. I’m sorry.”

You softened. You opened your mouth to speak when he said, “I’m a bad friend, huh?” Again, that word somehow confused you, “Friend…right…”

“Why do you look so disappointed?” L. Joe grinned. “I do not!” You argued. He smirked, “Were you under the impression that we were something more?”

“Don't be ridiculous!” You pushed past him and trudged up the hill.

“Goma agashi! Wait for me!” L. Joe giddily ran after you. You frowned and didn’t stop. He grabbed your bike and you glared at him.

L. Joe smiled, unfazed, “I really am sorry.”

You couldn’t stay mad because of his apology. “It’s not your fault.” You shook your head, “I didn’t mean it when I blamed you earlier.”

“I know.” L. Joe smiled, “You’re too nice to do that. Now let’s take you home!” He took your bike up the hill.

You smiled and went after him. Out of all the guys that walked you home, you liked it when L. Joe walked you the best.

The two of you arrived at your house.

“Are you doing anything tomorrow?” He asked. “Chores and homework.” You shrugged.

L. Joe made a face, “Anything fun?” You shook your head.

He grinned, “Then get ready. L. Joe is gonna take you out for a night of fun, baby!”

“What… kind of fun?” You warily asked, curious of his definition of fun.

L. Joe smirked. A bad vibe went through you *What did I get myself into NOW?*
