Miles Away From You

“You won’t leave me right?”

“Fany-ah you know about my-“

“No. You won’t leave my heart anywhere right? It will be with you forever right?” I smiled with your sudden remark.

“Of course Tiff. You’re my only one” I assured you. Cupping your left cheek, gently closing our gap with each other.

“Yeonghwani Saranghae Hwang Tiffany”

“Yeobo” you opened your eyes finally then greeting me with that captivating eye-smile of yours

“Dae Jagi?” I can’t help but let a small smile because of that.

“Today’s the day” that smile that can light up the world suddenly turned into a shallow pit of darkness.

“Oh” you turned your body around. Even if you hide I know your silently crying.

“Baby…” I slipped inside the covers and hugged you from behind

“It’s only for 3 years Tiff. It won’t take long”

“I know” your cracking voice made me even guilty. I don’t want this to happen. Not to us.

“Wait for me. Please. I’ll study harder. I’ll do everything so I can comeback earlier” you nodded your head but knowing you, your tears are still there.

“I promise” I climbed in top of you. I can see the shock in your face. I closed the gap between us but not completely. Not after saying

“Even if we’re miles apart. You. YOU will be my 1 and only”

“Tiffany Hwang, Saranghae”
