A Pink reveals their “Hush” diet secrets

Like many girl groups these days, A Pink has revealed that they’ve gone on a special diet for their “Hush” comeback.

Before making their return with “Hush”, the girls thoroughly prepared to hit the stage by utilizing a meal plan that consisted of sweet potatoes and eggs. As a special side, they revealed that they’ll sometimes have blanched octopus. The girls were strict about not eating after 6 p.m. and pursued additional exercise on top of their daily choreography routine.

As a result, Bomi and Yookyung lost about 4 to 5 kg. More surprising is that even Naeun participated in the diet, since she’s already known for having a thin 20 inch waist.

Naeun expressed, “I always felt that my lower half was a bit chubby so I decided to diet. Unfortunately, I hurt my leg while working out so I couldn’t exercise a month before our comeback.”

Eunji added, “We’d always be busy boiling eggs and sweet potatoes when we returned to our dorm in the morning. Since there are seven members, we’d clear a pack of eggs in about two to three days. Now that we’re promoting, our fans are sending us a lot of delicious food so we’re not able to keep up with the diet.”
