Story outline:

3 rookie doctors hits the roads on their way in a daring adventure to explore the world.

The journey was smooth sailing and enriching, however, it is always the ending that counts, no matter the process. Ironically, the ending to the expedition really marks the start of a new one.

A pure intention to experience life on the other side of the world.

A pure love for the humanity.

Notable characters:

Kim Junsu (26): A rookie doctor. Grew up in a single family. His family includes a father and one brother who are both of the same profession. Junsu had became a doctor partly because of family influences as well. He is very passionate about his job and initially worked in his father’s hospital, but was disappointed by his father and resigned so he could travel to the third world countries with a voluntary group. Junsu and his best pals, Jaejoong and Changmin, worked together with the locals to run a mobile clinic for the citizens in the rural parts.

He had met Yoochun in India when Yoochun was back packing there. They had hit off and even worked together for a month until they parted ways to return to home. India was Junsu last stop as his father wants him back home. He looks up a lot to Yoochun as a senior, but is not sure about the feelings he has for the older man. Is it love or plain old admiration?

Park Yoochun (33): Doctor. Grew up in a rich family but lost his parents in a drink driving accident. The culprit was Junsu’s brother and Yoochun wants revenge. He had gone to India to let off some steam where he met Junsu and fell deeply in love with him.

He joins Junsu’s father in the same hospital to get close to Junsu’s brother as he wanted to plot against the man who was never convicted for killing his parents. His fateful meeting with Junsu there had led to his discovery of Junsu’s connection with his enemy. Can he continue to love Junsu or would he sacrifice his love for the personal grudge?

Kim Jaejoong (26): A rookie doctor. Best friend of Junsu and Changmin, same batch as them as well. Spoilt brat with a powerful family background, but is really passionate about his profession and believes in doing what is right. He hates how his mother restricts him, so he had ran away on the volunteering trip with his friends.

His mother actually supports him even though she seems very disapproving of his trip, she simply dotes on him too much. He is always at odds with Yoochun as he suspects the man is up to something, blame it on his domineering character, he is very protective of his friends, especially Junsu.

He was transferred to a new housing hospital after returning from the trip and met Yunho there. Through a series of "cat fights" and constant humiliation by the more senior Yunho, he somehow fell in love with the man as well, despite his mother's violent objections.

Jung Yunho (34): A doctor. The haughtiest and most notorious doctor in Jaejoong’s housing hospital. He enjoys bullying Jaejoong, though the younger man would never hesitate to stand up to him. He made Jaejoong cry on several occasions, but ended up falling for him after seeing him do so. Jaejoong hated him to the core at first, but Yunho had managed to change the younger man's opinion on him and won his heart over.

However, Yunho had been at odds with Jaejoong’s mother since the day she saw her precious son breaking down in tears because of the older man. The woman had sworn to bring him down since then, can their relationship last the vicious and unforgiving “mother-in-law”?

Shim Changmin (26): A rookie doctor. Best friend of Junsu and Jaejoong, same batch as them, but is the youngest of the pack. His father is strict towards him, but he is carefree by nature and does whatever he wants anyways.

He is very passionate about his profession and volunteering, so his family had allowed him to go with his friends as they wanted him to “see the world” and gain some invaluable experiences. He looks up to Yoochun as well and marvels at how the more senior man is able to handle things well.

Kim Junho (34): A doctor. Junsu’s brother. He was involved in a fatal drunk driving accident, but was never found guilty due to insufficient evidence. Unbeknownst to anyone; his father had been pulling the strings behind the case. He dotes on Junsu and is constantly at odds with Yoochun since they met. He suspects Yoochun is up to something but can’t quite put a finger to it.
