King Suga motioned for the drumming to stop. “For the desire to covet the king’s possession, for palace intrusion, and treason, I punish this street rat to be beheaded and for his head to be served on a platter for the queen.” 

The ministers could only watch as the executioner took a swig of alcohol and spew it on the sword. The brightness of the moon illuminated the sword as it was raised. In the beat of the drums, with a quick swipe, Yoongi’s body fell over.

Nobody had the time to react when Yoongi stood up moments later. No longer was he blindfolded and tied up but instead holding a brass gun aimed at the king. He smirked before pulling the trigger and mercilessly shot the tyrant cruel king dead. “I have no crimes against you, Jeonha. Because like I said, Queen Heiran was mine before she even met you.”
