Minjung’s POV

I was seated in a leather case cushion seat dressed so elegantly while admiring the view of lights within the city. Beside me was my fiancé,  Suho who was in the driver seat still in his business suit. It’s been a year since our engagement was announced in public after the death of my grandfather ( Appa’s Dad).

I leaned my head near the window when suho talked

“Something wrong?”,

I glanced at him, “Nothing, I was just thinking what should I order tonight”, I replied with a smirk

He reached my shoulder with his right hand and patted it , “Don’t worry, you can choose anything since its your treat anyway.”, he chuckle

Suho was a nice guy, sweet and fun to be with. This date was already our routine every week, making sure we always had quality time for each other disregarding the fact we had a hectic schedule.

Don’t get us wrong but we are just friends… We both agreed to treat each other like a friend, no personal feelings should involve.

FLASHBACK

“We have agreed with Madam Park to continue the family bond in honor with the late President Park by having the both of you in a arranged marriage..”, Director Kim, Suho’s grandfather finally announce. The dinner was composed only the Elders and the two.

Suho got alerted and so with Minjung about the sudden  bold declaration of the elders.

“Director Kim, why with this sudden decision?! Were still young to involve to such marriage, and Minjung is still studying.. and-“, Suho was cut off when Minjung talked

“Grandma, Did appa and umma knew about this?!”, Minjung demanded in a half yelled manner

“ there’s no need to be informed them anyway. It was your late grandfather wish after all, I know they cant refuse about it..”, she replied back in a cold manner

She scoff while shaking her head cannot believe what she is hearing right now. She curls up her knuckles while gripping on the hem of her dress.

After the dinner, the elders decided to send Minjung with Suho to allow them to meet  and introduce themselves to each other. The trip was quiet and awkward of course, they are still stranger and none of them cant think any idea about each other. The car finally stop,  Suho looked Minjung who was star
