SPECTRUM Dorm/apartment

SPECTRUM's dorm is located in Seoul, near one of the more crowded and slightly sketchy downtown districts close to CJ E&M's main offices. This is SPECTRUM's starter dorm, provided with basics that they will be able to work their way up to improve with earned funds from comebacks and eventually upgrade to a new and more spacious dorm in time. Their dorm is part of a rented apartment complex, with the top two stories belonging to SPECTRUM and located between many other apartment complexes, businesses, and shops in the industrial section. The girls are just a few blocks away from the subway that'll take them to CJ E&M.

Kitchen & Dining

To make up for the extremely small size of the dormitory, CJ E&M upgraded the kitchen with modern appliances and a fresh new look, but it is BEYOND small. Whereas barely two people can fit in the area at once, as long as they don't move around too much. But the girls do have a rather nice stove, and microwave, as well as a tiny fridge. This also serves as the eat-in dining, with a small bar with a few stools for the girls to share. In the far corner, this is also where a miniature washing machine is located, but it can only handle small loads. Although, the girls do have a nice access of large, floor to ceiling windows with a lovely view of the downtown square, for all of their viewing pleasures!

living area

Attached to the small kitchen, we have an equally tiny living area that serves as the only living room for the girls. A row of medium-sized windows gives the room a more open and airy feel, as well as the light white color and an assortment of pot plants that brightens the space up. The room is big enough to store one small couch and two small chairs, as well as a tiny tv. Though, the girls keep extra storage in this area behind the television with an extra small closet.
