Foreword

"We are advising all residents to stay inside tonight, as the fog will be rolling in around dusk, causing dangerous driving conditions..."

You turn off the radio in a huff. "Great. Just friggin great," you moan, stuck in 5 o'clock traffic as you head to work. 

The city was becoming dangerous enough, already. This was the last thing you needed.
