It was about a month after Anna had met Arashi.  Her life had been busy but nothing like that day; she had several times been tempted to repeatedly text the members, but she restrained herself.   Once or twice she would get a text from the four, most frequently Nino.

 “I hope to see you again soon!  And don’t worry I haven’t forgotten about making that DoS meanie apologize to you ;P “

It was a warm day and Anna was enjoying her day off by not leaving her bed at all, even though it was past 11.  She got a call and rolled over,

“You’re kidding me” she sighed

“Moshi Mosh?”

“Moshi Mosh? Na-Chan?  This is Keiko-“

“Hai, Keiko-Chan, what’s up?”

“Ano.. I know it’s your day off and everything, but.. Sempai asked if you could come in?  Gomen ne, but we’re really short over here today.”

Anna sighed “Sure, I’ll be there shortly”

Dragging herself out of bed she took a shower and got dressed

Making her way to the train she watched a little child buy a bunch of flowers and give them to their mother.  She smiled, and her heart ached as she thought of her own siblings back home in the USA. 

Arriving at the Studio she smiled brightly and greeted everyone, she was a very social person and so she knew mostly everyone, even the shy people and always tried to pry a smile out of everyone. 

Spying Keiko by the Lunch tray she waved

“Ohiyou~” she sung out, wrapping her arm around the older girls shoulder

“Na-Chan it’s nearly Noon.”

“Ne-Chan I was still half asleep when you called, so it’s still morning to me” she pouted jokingly. 

Keiko laughed “Aish, kouhai how you’re so happy I don’ know, but please never change”

“HAI!” she said with a salute “What are we doing today?”

“It’s a drama promotion, but it won’t take long.”

“Ah! What drama, who are the stars?”

“I can’t remember the name but it’s staring Shibuya Takeru and Kazunari Ninomiya”

“NANI?  Kazunari Ninomiya-San is here?”

“Mhmm” Keiko said with a smile, “Well I’ve got to go now”

“Chotte! What am I supposed to do?”

“Hmm? Oh, ermm I’m not exactly sure, why don’t you go look for Sempai?  Last I saw him, he was by the make-up room” with another sly smile Keiko walked away.

I’m beginning to think something is up here

 Anna thought to herself

 There are more than 5 people here and this kind of shoot, from the looks of it doesn’t need more than 3.  Co-Could it be that Kazunari-Sam asked for me to be here?

Anna felt her cheeks heat up and she tried to calm herself, BAKA don’t go over thinking things like that!

Shaking her head harshly she went to the make-up to look for the leading photographer of the day.  Knocking on the make-up room’s door she saw Shibuya Takeru playing with a video game console. 

“Oh, Gomen ne” she said quietly

The little boy jumped at the sound of her voice and dropped the game.  He stared at it and then looked at Anna with tears in his eyes

 “Hontoni Gomenosai!” Anna cried out “Daijoubu, Daijoubu it’ll be ok don’t cry” she soothed

“Onee-Chan!  That wasn’t my game!” the boy cried out “Ninomiya-Nii is going to be so mad at me!” he sobbed out.

 Anna quickly embraced the small boy into a hug, after calming him down she examined the game, after switching it off and back on it worked perfectly. 

“Ne, let’s leave this right here huh?  I don’t think you had asked to play with your Ninomiya-nii’s game now did you?” 

Takeru slowly shook his head, his eyes widening “You won’t tell him will you nee-chan?  Nino-Nii doesn’t let ANYONE play with his things”

Anna smiled, “I’m not going to tell Ninomiya-San” she said, watching the boys’ face break out into a huge grin

“Oh Nee-Chan you’re so awesome!”  He said throwing her arms around her neck. 

She chuckled “I’m not going to tell him, because you are” she said firmly. 

Anna tried not to laugh as she watched the boys’ face completely fall and then contort in horror “

Nee-Chan” he gasped “I can’t do that!” 

“Yes you can, and you will.  You’re a good boy Takeru-Kun I can see that, and I know you’ll do the right thing, even if it’s hard” she smiled down at the little boy.  He was studying his jeans intently, after a sigh he relented

“Okay, Onee-Chan, I’ll do it.  Only if you stay with me” he said hopefully. 

“I can do that” she ruffled his hair

He sure does remind me of my brothers she thought to herself

The two of them made origami for the next 15 minutes or so, creating a small menagerie on the table.  The two were so engrossed in reenacting a circus that they didn’t notice a third person watching them from the doorway.  Leaning against the doorframe with his hands in his pockets Ninomiya smiled at the two.  He knocked on the door

“Can I come in?”  He asked “Or do I need a ticket?” he played picking up a piece of paper off of the floor. 

The pair smiled and Anna stood and bowed “It’s good to see you again Kazunari-San” 

“Anna-Chan! What a coincidence running into you here?  I thought your sempai told me you had the day off”

“Hai, I did but I received a – - wait a minute, you knew?” 

“Why else do you think you’re here?” he asked with a smile.  Walking up to her he lightly tapped her nose with his finger “I missed you”

Anna felt her face flushing and quickly nodded, sitting back down intently focused on the origami swan she was making.  Takeru chatted on, not realizing how uncomfortable Anna was. 

“Ne, Nee-chan?  Did you hear me?”

“Hmm? What was that Takeru-Kun?”

“I think I’m ready to tell Ninomiya-Nii” he whispered loudly

“Huh?  Tell me what?”  The singer looked up from playing with a giraffe

With a deep breath Takeru brought Nino his game “Ninomiya-Nii, I was playing with your game while you were gone.  I know I hadn’t asked permission and I am sorry.” Bowing he mumbled with his face in the carpet “Please forgive me”

Nino looked over the boys head to Anna, who was smiling proudly.  Catching his eyes she motioned to the boy.  Nino smiled and ruffled his hair

“Of course I forgive you Takeru.  You’re a very good boy for apologizing and admitting you were wrong too. Onii is very proud of you.” 

The boy looked up beaming “Nee-chan you were right!  He isn’t mad!” 

Anna nodded and stood up, brushing her jeans “Well I am off now, I hope to see you both again soon” and with a bow she began to leave

“No, Anna-Chan, Chotte” Nino called after her.

 “I know it was wrong to tell your bosses to have you come, but, let me make it up to you.  There was a reason I had called you over here, but we can’t talk here”

 Nino motioned over towards the many photographers and assistants bustling around, several of which were beginning to whisper and glance at the idol and photographer talking in what seemed to be a casual way

Anna tried hard to keep the thoughts from the morning from coming back into her mind, so she stayed quiet as she nodded

 “I’m not going to confess to you or anything so you don’t have to worry about that” he said, laughing when Anna sighed audibly.  “What I have to say, it’s- - well it’s about Jun.”
