Just like how the human world has Kings and Queens, the land of the wicked also have their own line of royalties. As the most extravagant and lavish land, the Southern land is the wealthiest among everyone else. Since the royal family resides there, of course, the land has to suit their status. Other than the admiration and love for the royal family, the original locals of the land are said to be one of the weirdest in the entire realm. The witches and wizards living there all had the power to do with their mind. From seeking answers for the future, controlling other's mind, to seeing the dead, this town of the royal is also infested with weirdos. Another question you may ask is why do the royalties live in the south and not the central, at the center of all, or in the north, the top of everyone else? Well, the people of the south tends to think they are higher than others and would die (mentally) if they are associated with someone unfitting for their status.
