Holding OnIt was chaotic the moment we left the stage. Poor Yuna and SinB were crying. The staff were barking out orders to one another and Sowon unnie was reassuring all of us before making us change and sit down.
She was breathing heavily ever since we were on stage and she her face was contorted in anger. Every now and then I would steal a glance at her and for a second I thought I could see she was in pain?
She was still saying calming words to us even though we've already calmed down. She hasn't changed yet and maybe the other members were too consumed in their own emotions and thoughts to notice this. Not me.
"Tell me if you guys need anything ok??"
"Sojung unnie" I said, trying to calm her down.
"We'll leave this place soon. Those organisers and our manager for god's sake how the heck could they-"
"Sojung unnie!!!!"
She finally stopped and looked at me.
"Go change, you're going to get sick!!!" I half-screamed at her.
"Huh?" she said before looking at herself. Realization hit her and she nodded before grabbing her clothes.
How could she forget about herself?

The members were asleep by the time Sojung unnie came back from changing.
As if she was relieved by this, she sighed before flopping down to a couch in front of us.
She was looking tiredly at each of us but all of a sudden she put her head on her hands. Once she lifted her head up, the look of pain I had seen earlier was back on her face but this time the expression remained on her face.
I could see her breathing increase once again before she leaned her head on the couch and closed her eyes. That was short-loved as she quickly opened them up and tried to stand before falling back down.
I don't think she saw me looking at her. Otherwise, she would never let any of us members see her like this.
I was shocked, of course, and quickly went to her.
"Unnie what's wrong?"
"Nothing. Just a headache." Sojung weakly said as she looked up to see me.
"Can you please get me my bag and water?"
Without a response,I got the bag and water. Right away unnie scurried her bag for one of her many medications and took it, not realising that I was still standing beside her.
I had seen her taking pills a couple of times recently but brushed it off thinking she was in pain from our dance practices.
But we were off the past two days. Why is she always taking something?
Curious and worried I took the bottle from her hand with no struggle at all.
The moment I saw the name of the medicine, my heart fell.
'xxxxxxxxxxx
Kim Sojung
Eat before or after consumption, thrice daily'
"Sojung unnie...." I whispered, feeling my heart beat a million times faster than before.
"Why do you have medicine like this?"
Her head jerked up to me and with wide eyes she said "Yerin-ah"
I knew what this medicine was for. Perhaps I shouldn't even know but my cousin used to take this along with many other tablets.
And my cousin was suffering from a deadly illness - cancer.
There's no way Sojung unnie has cancer. She can't.

a/n: sorry I haven't updated this in a long time but I promise this will get updated more often now. I don't really know much about cancer apart from what I have read from other stories and from studying biology so I'm only using the words medicine/pills/tablets or xxxxx. Apologies for that.
Thank you for reading!! Let's have a happy comeback guys. :)
