HAYI'S POV

I closed the door and walked inside our apartment.

Winter break!

Gosh this is what I really wanted. Away from school works and such.

I took off my shoes and put them down. "Mom! I'm home!" I ran to the living room happily. " what the f-"

"-Hi Hayi." Dr. Jung greeted me as she stood up from the couch.

I looked at them, mom still enjoying the tv show they were watching. "H-Hi Dr. Jung?" I awkwardly greeted her back.

What is she doing here? I'm confused.

I saw her sat again beside mom. "I just had my off. And I'm tired driving to our house so I asked your mom if I can stay here until Jaewon arrives."

"Oh." I murmured and silently went to my room.

I never thought that they could be this close. Its been two weeks since the day when everything was resolved. And I'm so happy what we were like this right now. 

After doing some of my rituals, I get out of my room and joined them in the living room.

"He must be busy in the store right now." Dr. Jung said. "My poor little boy."

"He'll be fine. And besides he enjoyed having that job. Have you eaten?" I asked her as I look at her. Its amusing really to talk to her like this.

She smiled at me. "I'll wait for Jaewon."

I poke mom and she nodded.

"Jaewon's mom, let's eat dinner." Mom held Dr. Jung's hand and led her to the kitchen. "It will be really awkward if we eat by ourselves and you sitting there. Anyways I cooked a lot." 

"Ok. Ok. Hayi's mom." Dr. Jung playfully answered and they both chuckled.

They look like bestfriends. Its beautiful. Heartwarming. Free of problems. Happy.

I smiled at my thought and followed them.

"Hayi, leave Jaewon a message to come here. Tell him I'm waiting for him here." Dr. Jung told me as she offered me a seat first.

I nodded and took out my phone from my pocket.

"Oh! He texted me." I told them and opened the message. "Hey beautiful. Can you come down here in the store?"

Silence.

What?

I read the text again and I slowly looked at the two mothers giving me a teasing look.

"What?" I asked them hiding my embarrassment.

. Why did I read the message out loud. Ugh.

"Go. He must be waiting for you." Mom said as she giggled with Dr. Jung.

I just gave them a smile and hurried outside.

What does he want? Texting me to come down there.

Is he in trouble?

No no no no.

He must be bored and wanted a company and all.

Yes that's it.

I got on the elevator and pushed the ground floor.

I'm nervous all of a sudden. Oh my gosh.

Why am I sweating? It's not like something will happen right?

The door opened and I hurriedly got out of the building. I ran to the convenience store but I suddenly bumped into a guy.

Ouch.

I looked at him irritated. "Can't y- oh? Kim Hanbin?"

He looked at me surprised. "Lee Hayi...." he smiled.

"Wow. That was awkward." I laughed. "I really felt that were close but in reality we're not. Its kinda weird."

He just gave me a smile and patted me in my head. "Maybe we were close in the other world. You really look so happy right now." He looked down for a moment and looked back at me. "Well, that's good. Grab the opportunity to be happy. You've been waiting for this." He started to walk to the building but he stopped and looked back at me with a smile. "I'm really glad I remembered you."

He started to walk away without giving me a second glance. I looked at him until he disappeared from my view with a knot on my forehead.

Why does he sounds so creepy? But still, I feel comfortable with him amidst all these.

I dismissed all my thoughts and walked to the convenience store where Jaewon's working.

I entered and saw Suhyun sitting on a table with Bobby. 

"What are you two doing here?" I asked them as I approach them.

They looked at me and smiled. "We're having our date. Now have yours too." Suhyun answered and told me to go away.

This witch seriously. I jokingly hit her shoulders and went to the counter.

"What?" I asked Jaewon after he looked at me.

He looked at the ceiling and let out his tongue. He'sprobably thinking right now but why does he look so y and yumm-

What the heck? 

"Are you seducing me right now?" I asked him cluelessly.

I mean why does he have to show his tongue like girl, I mean boy, I know you're hot. But making those gestures is really dangerous.

Don't you know that my ovaries are in danger of exploding everyday because of you (effortlessly)? So what more if you act like that? Oh my gahd.

I heard him chuckled and walked towards me. "Am I seducing you?" He asked me as he let out a smirk.

Oh my gahd. That is also illegal. He could kill me with that. How dare you?

I cleared my throat and crossed my arms. "Oh boy, try harder."
