When you are tired of the world’s scheme, you become a ruthless person that devoid of emotions and it scarred your life to believe anyone else. That was how Jihyo felt after a long of thinking session with herself. She needed time to be able to be trusting someone and that even include Gods. How many times she had prayed to Gods, how many time they pushed aside all her prayers as if they were whims that needed not to be cared about. She was tired. She had tried to believe everything, every God, every human and every any others but ended up being stabbed back. 

It was the peak of her life when she was released. She earned her freedom by herself and that was important because it showed that she could do this without anyone help. She recalled the blurry sights, a weird occurence, sort of like a paper but transparent to the eyes and more like no one can see it other than her. No one could ever see it but she could. Ever since she came to the castle, it became much clearer. The half transparent state started to show while she was desperate, clinging to the last person to believe. It triggered her mind to remember. She uttered in her mind the possible name of the skill that she remembered from the grimoire and tested on herself. “Appraisal.” A clear paper appeared before her that showed her status. It was hard to explain how it looked because it was something that not of this world. At least, she never heard of it while learning magic, history and myth of this world.
