“What happened to her, Minnie?” I heard Ara’s voice. Her voice came calmly out, though I knew she was only pretending in order not to scare Minnie.

“Us in way for Concha, but then Mina simply run. I follow her. When I find her, she transformed and fight wolves. I call her and wolf hit her with head. Suddenly me with Mina and white wolf. Then Mina hug us and we here.” Minnie explained as good as her restraint vocabulary let her. I opened my eyes slowly. I turned my head to the left and saw Ara and Minnie.

“Where is he?” I whispered, tired. I didn’t know what I would do if I didn’t managed to take Taehyung with us. That thought vanished when I heard a bark. Taehyung appeared in front of me and my cheek. I smiled slightly and couldn’t hold back my tears. “You’re safe.” He my falling tears, whining probably telling me to stop crying.

“We called Jackson to look after his wounds and he said that they would heal within two days.” Ara informed and I sighed relieved. “He also told me to you that another one has appeared. I asked him what he was talking about, but he only said that you know what he meant.” I simply nodded. I would look later where it had appeared, Minnie and Tae were more important now.

“How long have I been unconscious?”

“Five hours. Minnie only woke up half an hour ago.” I nodded. “You know Yoongi is pissed, right?”

“I can imagine it.” I smiled, slightly. I could feel it through our bond.

“The others too. Jimin and Jungkook can’t be quiet for a second down there. Can you imagine how they were when the three of you showed up out of nowhere, unconscious and hurt. Hoseok and I managed to convince them to let me take of the three of you because Minnie and Taehyung would feel safer with me, but it doesn’t mean they aren’t eager to meet them.” I sat up. Tae put his snout on my lap and looked a t me, worried.

“I’m fine, Taehyung.” I smiled and petted his head. “Can you shift for me?” He shook his head. “Why Tae?” He whined and looked briefly at the door behind Ara.

“Is he afraid of me?” Ara asked, somehow sad. Targeting felt her sadness and ran to her to comfort her by rubbing his head on her leg.

“No, Ara. Because of our bond, he’s already fond of you even though he knows you’re a vampire, but it is different for the others. He was raised to fear and hate vampires. He’s just afraid.” I explained it to her. She smiled and kneeled down.

“Forget all the lies you have heard about us. Mina is human and as you can see, she just trusts us.” Taehyung her cheek and ran back to me.

“Can you bring him some clothes?” She disappeared and appeared a few seconds later.

“Wow. That quick.” Minnie said amazed. Ara gave the clothes to Taehyung who grabbed it with his mouth and went to the bathroom.

A few minutes later, a shy Taehyung came out, blushing slightly.

“Why are you blushing?” I asked, curious.

“Mate.” He whispered, embarrassed and I looked at Ara who was smiling teasingly. I laughed slightly.

“TAE!” Minnie yelled, happily and ran to him. “Tae is here.” Tae hugged her back, also happy to see her. “Where Tae was?” She asked, suddenly remembering that there was a wolf in the bathroom instead of him.

“I was the wolf. I can transform in a wolf when I want.” He explained in a simple way to her.

“I can transform too. Me mermaid.” She told excited.

“You two are so cute together.” Ara cooed. “It’s time to go down or else they are going crazy.” I nodded. I stood up slowly and walked towards Tae and Minnie. I gave a hand to both who grabbed it and I smiled.

“There’s no need to be nervous, okay? They are really nice and understanding.” They nodded and we followed Ara downstairs. When we were a step away from entering the living room, Taehyung and Minnie hid behind, probably feeling shy suddenly.

All of them were looking at me. They were relieved to see me alright and curious to meet the new members of the family, particularly Jimin and Jungkook. We remained in silent and felt Minnie moving behind me. I looked to my left. Minnie was looking shyly at Jimin who smiled, encouraging her to come her. She looked at the others who were also smiling. She took a deep breath and came out, still holding my hands and looking down.

“H-Hi. I’m Minnie.” She introduced herself.

“And I’m Taehyung.” Tae whispered, still hidden behind me.

“Hello, it’s nice to finally meet you. I’m Hoseok.” Hoseok smiled widely to calm them.

“Yoongi.” Minnie interrupted him, excited to finally meet him. “Mina’s mate.” 

“Yes, sweetheart. That’s me.” Yoongi said, probably finding her actions cute. She showed her innocent smile, winning immediately their hearts.

“I’m Namjoon. It’s nice to meet you.”

“I’m Jungkook.” Tae held my shirt, tightly. “But you can call me Kookie just like Mina does.” He said, trying to look at Taehyung who was still hidden behind me.

“And I’m Jimin.”

“Concha.” Minnie whispered. She looked quickly at me, asking for my permission to act on her instincts. As soon as I nodded, she smi
