"Kim Doyoung, one more time I catch you slacking off in my class, you're out."

The named boy had his eyes rounded and nodded his head slightly. As the woman turned around to continue her lesson, Doyoung leaned in his seat and exhaled a breath of relief. Mrs. Song always had eyes on him, she claimed he was just a rich brat but magically passed her every test with distinction. She hated it very much.

Doyoung decided to switch off his phone, who was at fault for the recent warning from Mrs. Song. He grabbed his pen and started to jot down some notes, as if to help him focus.

"What was that all about?" Someone tapped his shoulder and he was met with his friend, Jaehyun. Both of them proceeded walking down the hallway. "Just some family matters." Doyoung answered casually, he was having a hard time focusing because of it. As they were descending down the stairs, both of them couldn't help but to notice eyes were on them, or specifically Doyoung.

"I'm heading to the library, I was suppose to pick up a reference book, care to join?" Jaehyun offered, still unable to avoid the looks people were giving them. He was curious alright, but he figured out it must've had something to do with what was bothering Doyoung. He just didn't want to ask, yet.

His friend kept quiet for a while, after a quick glance at the poeple around them, he agreed. As the two friends got in the car, the silence was a little unbearable for both of them as they usually talked a lot. Jaehyun waited until they left the campus, before he decided to play detective and start getting answers from his friend.

"So, care to tell me what's happening?" He asked, his eyes fixed on the road. Doyoung kept his gaze outside the window, he sighed. "It's the reporters, they found out about my engagement." He sighed again.

"Woah, you're getting married? I thought Haein is still in school? Oh, you're just plan-"

"It's not Haein."

Jaehyun couldn't help but to take a glance at his friend. He looked very troubled, his tone changed completely. He could take a wild guess and be correct, it was arranged. One thing he hated being born in an elite family, was something that Doyoung was facing. For the first time, Jaehyun didn't know what to say. He wished Ten was there, he was the moodmaker after all.

He opened his mouth, hoping something reassuring would come out so he could cheer up his friend, but to his avail, nothing. "I know, you're speechless." Doyoung said, laughing a little at the comment. "I was too, I mean we both were." Doyoung continued, and Jaehyun kept his ears perked as he focused on driving.

"She was smiling so sweetly when she said yes, but her eyes were nothing like her smile. She scared the heck out of me for a moment." Jaehyun didn't know why but his mind travelled to a person, whom fit the description perfectly.

"You what?" She asked, her voice was shaking, her eyes were red from crying. "Please tell me it's not true, you're joking right?" She pulled her lips into a forced smile, waiting for him to smile as well as if everything was a joke.
