CHAPTER 14: Fixed Marriage :(

Kim's POV

"Bro are you sure you will court Pie? :)"
"Yes Nan .. :)  .. Im not gonna change my mind :)... Im in love with her :)"
  We are now in the Jewelry shop, I bought a butterfly necklace pure gold. And seriously its so expensive but maybe It'll be worth it later :).

''Where will you gonna meet Pie?"
"Im gonna go to her house :)"
"Her mom?"
"Nope..... shes Home alone today :)"
"Well... see you tomorrow then :) .. Goodluck for Pie bro :)"
"Thanks bro :)"
"Im gonna go buy a gift for my love ones :D ... bye2 bro :)"
"Bye Nan :)"
    Then we separate our ways.... Me going to the parking lot .. and Nan .. bought a gift for Hongyok.

I drove my car minimum speed because Im texting with Pie.

"Kim where are you?"
"Im in my way to your house Pie :), just wait a little more minutes :)"
"You always said to that to me -_-"
  Coz I didnt told Pie that I bought something for her :) .. That time when I was in the Jewelry shop, I always text to Pie that Im almost there :D.

"Almost there :D my Princess.. .. "

"Hey.... I said Im almost :D ... it means Im already near :D"

*After 3 mins. Of driving...*

*Ding dong*   Now Im in the gate standing outside..Then
I rang the doorbell 2 times.... Until Pie open the main door..

"Yeah2.... lets go inside :)"

*Living room we are sitting in the couch*

"Pie..... I know this is so all of a sudden... Meeting you was fate, becoming your friend was a choice, but falling in love with you..... I had no control over. Pie.... I love you .. I stare at Pie's face, tears escape from her eyes 😦😢

    I embrace her with my arms to calm her but she even cry more. Seeing Pie cries make my tears falls too.

"Ssshhh... No Im the one who will say sorry :( ... Im sorry Pie"
"Kim... *she break our hug*"  and start to uttered some words..
"Kim... Im sorry to tell you this :(

    We cant be together  .... "

"I can wait for your answer Pie, Im willing to wa-"
"Im already in fixed marriage Kim, I love you too but I cant interfere to my mother's decision.

"What!?" I raise my voice make me stood up
"Kim ... *she hold my hand* Im so-"
"YOU ING LIED TO ME! 😢" I felt my anger raise into the highest level and my tears escape from eyes then become blurry.
"*She hug me tightly* Kim Im sorry :*(, Im sorry I lied to you ... please dont get mad :*( ... My heart hurts :("   I break our hug and stare in her eyes.
"*sigh* Im not mad at you Pie.... Im mad at my self....
Im mad for always being nice, for always getting attached to you, for making you my life, wasting my time on you, thinking about you, saying sorry, wishing for you, dreaming of you, but most of all ... for not hating you, which I know I should.....

But I just cant." I wipe her tears then
    I get the butterfly necklace inside the box and I held the palm of Pie, I put the necklace..

"Kim I cant acc-"
"Keep it Pie :*) please.... Its a sign of my love for you, this isnt goodbye, my Princess, this is a thank you. Thank you for coming into my life and giving me joy, thank you for loving me and receiving my love in return. Thank you for the memories even thou its short I will cherish forever. But most of all, thank you for showing me that there will come a time when I can eventually let you go..."
  

Nan's PoV

*Knock2*

"KIMMMMMMMM JAAAAYYY!!!" I endlessly knocking at Kim's door
"Kim.... open up!" 
    God! Its already 9 a.m ... -_- .. she's a heavy sleeper.
"PIE!" 0_o? Huh? ..Pie.? I heard she shouts of Pie's name. .... 
"Kim..! Open the door! ... "
"Oi Bro! . ... its me Nan!"
"ARRGHH! *smashing some kind of glass* "
      .... what happened to her...
"BROOOOO!!! . OPEN THIS DOOR!"
   I continously knocking at the door,  Until Kim finally unlocked it, she didnt open it ... Im the one...

Seeing Kim's face are full of sweats and I can hear she's in heavily breathing... and it looks like she's been in war or something.
"Bro.. what happen to you?"
    She walks to her bed and sat down.
I follow her.

"Bro..."
"What happen?"-Kim with eyes widen
"Huh? What happen?"
    -_- pfft... she's having some nightmares ... Maybe Nan......

"Dude.... maybe you have some serious nightmares -_-" I touch her back to calm down

"No, it cant be.... *Kim touch her head with her hands then*

Wait.... her hands .. some like its wet...

"I'll be right back"

I slide the curtains to the side and open the Sliding door to enlighten the room because its too dark. And I went back to Kim

"Dude! your hands are bleeding too much!!! "
  I reach for her wrist and there's some pieces of glass attach to Kim's hand. Blood flows heavily

"Dude!.... its too early in the morning to have mental disorder -_-"
"What?"
"Dont you what me! ... look outside in the balcony!*She look back at the sliding door* Cant you see ! Its 9 a.m!wake up yourself! .." then she didnt answer me.
      Im sure its because of her dream, she woke up in a mental disorder suddenly.

And then Aunt Nie interrupts us

"What happen? 0_o?*Gasp* ... Kim we should go to hospital"
"No..... I dont wanna-" -Kim
"Are you sure?"-Nie
"Yes.... Im ..... sure ..."
"Uhm? Nie do you know how to treat her wounds?"
"I'll try  ....wait I'll get a medkit, be right back"
    Aunt Nie left us

"Kim tell me what's wrong?"

"Pie is already in fixed marriage what will I do"
   *rubbing her hands together and tapping her foot in the floor repeatedly*

"Pfftt!   Hahaha! .. "
"STOP LAUGHING! OR I'LL KILL YOU!"
    She raised her voice and points at me
"... ehem... Lets call Pie then :) where's your phone?"
"I dont know..."
     -_- ggrrrr...!.. 😑😬 ..
"Haist! To tell you honestly, youre just having a dream -_-" then
I search the phone of Kim in her bed.. then search under the blanket but theres nothing....
Wait.. .. how about under in the pillow..
   
*Aunt Nie finally got back with the medkit*
"AHA there it is.*I type the number of Pie using my Cell and put back the phone of Kim*
..... .. I'll be back Aunt Nie :)"
"Where are you going?"
"I'll be there in the outside :)"

Author's POV

While Nan make a call to Pie and  Aunt Nie give some treatment of Kim's hand, then she throw all the broken mirror in the trash, its the mirror inside the bathroom. Then she told Kim to wash her head because of the blood sticks to her hair. After that she told Kim to go sleep. Now lets go back to

Nan's POV

*In the Gazebo*
  

"Hello who is this?"
"Hi Pie its me Nan :)"
"Hey Nan :) you called me is there a problem?"
"Yes there's a problem with Kim ... :)"
"What? What happen? Where are you now?"
"Im in Kim's house ,
But can I ask you a seriously stupid question?"
"Okay.. what is it?"
"Are you in fixed marriage already?"
" No Im not!. Who the hell said that!?.."
"Stupid Kim -_-*I murmured*"
"What?"
"No....  nothing :) .. I'll call you back :)"
"Wait Im on my way there"
"Kay... see you in a minutes.."

I hang up our call..
This Kim is so stupid... its just a dream, and she's taking it too serious... -_-
I went back to Kim and watching in her deep slumber again in her bed with a bandage wrapping in her hand.

"Kim, even though youre an idiot friend, youre the best thing in my life :). and I wonder what happen to you and Pie in your dream :)"

*Knock2*

I walk to the door and open it..

"Hi Nan :)"

"Oh... hi Pie :)"
  She walk closely to Kim sleeping in her bed.

"What happen to Kim?"
"I dont know? ..."
"What do you mean "you dont know?"
"When I knock at the door she scream at your name and then I heard some broken glass shattered on the floor, that is why she have a bandage on her  hand. I endlessly knocking at the door good thing she unlocked the door but when I ask whats wrong, She said to me that you are in fixed marriage"
"She said that?0_o?"
"Yes.... and I will leave now :) coz me and Hongyok have a date :)"
"Okay Nan :) .. bye2"
"Oh and ask her what happen to her :D"
"You idiot ... "

I walk out from the room and closed the door... The reason is why am I here .....
Is because my car left here yesterday and Zee told me she brought me back home :).

Pie's POV

"Fixed marriage eh? :)"
   I sat down in the bed and Kim's hair in the forehead.
And I saw her hand wraps with bandage. I slowly touch her hand..
And suddenly Kim's other hand grips my wrist hardly.
It made myself gasp.

"Ki - Kim"
  And it hurts so much...
"*She slowly open her eyes* Pie"
She called me like its almost whispering.
"0_o"
"Pie.... *stare to me* Pie? Youre here :) *she bring back her cute smile* and she quickly hug me .....I was so confused coz she quickly hug me, it kinda looks like we didnt meet for how many years or she just miss me but we just met yesterday.
"And seriously.... what happen to you?" I break our hug.
"Pie... are you already in fixed marriage?*worry eyes*"
"Who told you that? Seriously... my Mom wouldnt do that to me -_-"
"Really?! Youre not? I mean-"
"No way!... and seriously if my mom would do that to me, I will argue with her"
"Oh"
   I cant believe this Tom takes too serious at her bad dream -_-
"Youre just having a bad dream Kim.... :) remember  ... its just a dream :) Can you tell me then?"
"Nah......  never mind .... its just a stupid dream :)"
"Oh come on..... I wanna know :("

"Because Im in your dream ... I wanna know whats my role :D and what am I doing, like Im in fixed marriage :)"

   I stand up and walk to the door

"Where are you going?" I turn my body and said
"Going home"
"The heck? You just came here*frown her eyebrow*"
"I know.... but I want to go home now"
Kim leave a heavy sigh then
She stands up and walks to me where I am standing. Kim steps closer to me but my feet steps backward until my back hit the wall and Kim locked me in her both arms. Then she stare at me just a few inch, and her brown eyes tells like she really needs me.

"Pie..."

"Ye- yes?" I cant speak correctly because I got distracted by her eyes.

"Please stay *shows her puppy eyes*"

"Uh- o- kay"
"Good :)"
   She step away from me and she cant stop smiling.
"What do you want Kim -_-"   she's teasing at me again.
"Come with me :)"
"Where?"
"In the city :)"
"*sigh* Okay -_-"
"Good :) .. wait I will change my clothes :)"  she went to her closet and pick a white t-shirt and black jeans.
Then she went to the bathroom.
And me just sitting in the couch :).

*After 3 mins.* 

"That was quick :) "
"Yup :)*Kim put some perfume in her neck left side and right, same as in her back*"
"You done?"
"Do I look like done to you :D?"
"Okay  Im sorry :D"
    She's not done of course :) stupid me ... 
"Then  hurry up." 
   Kim get her vans shoes and wear it.
"I think youre done :)"
    She get her car keys, wallet and her phone.
"Okay lets go :)"

"Yes.... problem?*raise her eyebrow*"

Kim's POV

*In the SuperMall*

"Lets eat first, Pie :)"
"Okay :)"
     Then we walk into a restaurant.
There's too many people but at least we found a seat :)
And a waitress approach us.

"Whats your order maam?"
"Hhmm .. I like to order Tom Yum Goong :)"
*She wrote down*
"I order Som Tum :)"
"I'll serve it in a minute :)"
    Then she walk away..

"Nan called you? :)"
"Yes :) and will you just tell me :)"
"Okay I will tell you"
"Yes!" Then her arms tucked in the table and lean closer to me, and she is so serious.
"It goes like this.... I went to the Jewelry shop and bought a butterfly pure gold necklace...-"
"Woah? How much it worth? :)"
"I cant remember whats the price, but I said to myself that no matter how expensive it will be worth it later :). Then I went to your house-"
"My mom is there?"
"No.... youre home alone Pie :)"
"Okay then?"
"This part its too awkward to tell you Pie :D"
"How awkward? Just tell me then :D"
"I confess my feelings to you"
      Pie's eyes widen with slightly open XD....
"Li- like what?"
"Like I confess my feelings to you, I told you that I loved you, when were together it made me happy so much. Like I wish were together, thats why I confess to you"
"And then?"

"Heres your food Ma'am :)" then the waitress puts our food, and then she left.

"Wait what's next Kim?" Pie seems wants to know whats nxt.
"Lets eat first Pie :) I'll tell you after this"
"Okay"
"Dig in :)" -Me said that then Pie just nod

"Your girlfriend Kim? :)" his eyes points to Pie
"No.... shes my friend :) .. Dave meet Pie :) , Pie meet my friend Dave :)"
   *both of them doing a shakehands*

"So lets begin Kim :)"
"Sure... you can sit there Pie :)" *I point where there is a couch*
"Okay :) "

Pie's POV

She loves me? But only in her dream. :(. I felt like Im inlove, When Im with her, I act different in a good way. I smile more and laugh more. I dont have to pretend everything is okay when its really not. With her I can drop a fake smile and put into the real one. I dont feel hurt and alone when Im with her. Instead, I feel safe safe and loved. Kim is easy to talk to, and she listen to me. I dont have to worry about holding back with her. I dont feel self concious. I dont ever feel insecure or sad, she show me that she really care, and she's not just pretending. I really appreciate her company, because with her Im different. With her side, Im happy.

"You okay Pie :)?"
     Kim caught me staring in her back. She can see me in the mirror.

"Uh- yes... Im okay :)"

Author's pov

After 10000 hours of waiting, Pie repeatedly yawning and it looks like she's tired and sleepy, until without a warn, she fell asleep with sitting position. after the haircut of Kim, she pay it using her credit card and....

Pie's POV

"Pie....''
    Someone touch my Angelic face ..
"Pie.... wake up Princess... "
      I slowly open my eyes...
And I met the brown hazel eyes and newly handsome face with a new haircut.
"Kim..."
"Lets go home Pie :)"
     God ... this Tom is more handsome when she got her new haircut.. From a bird's nest hair turn into a fabulous haircut.

"Do you like it :)?" I glance at her. We are now walking to the parking lot. But still were inside the SuperMall
"Yes... you look-"
"Handsome ;)"
"Haha...its actually "More handsome :)"
"Why? Compare before and after then :)"
"You look handsome before :) but not as handsome as you are now :)"
"And why you say that?"
"Because of your messy hair before, your hair reached in the temple and in the forehead, you look like a beggar with that long hair. Unlike now, very well trimmed, and with that hairy brown color, looks good on you :)."

"Ohh my god! He's sooo handsome!"
"Eeeiii! Im gonna took a picture of him ^_^" -Girls squelling trying to get the attention.
Some of the girls cursing calling that Im not that pretty as them. Even Kim heard that words and all of a sudden she hold my hand,unlike we did in the valentine's day, I didnt felt nothing special. But now I felt like my heart electrified, and it feels warm, safe and so comfortable to hold. Is this love?

Kim's POV

"Hi handsome ;)"
   While were walking, a girl went to me and it made me stop, so do with Pie, she's tall like we have the same height, y, white skin, pointy nose, blue eyes, with cute lips. In short she's beautiful. Pie frowned her eyebrows while looking at the lady.
"Can I have your number please :)"
  ... I hate this type of girls...

"Im sorry lady .. but Im already taken :)"  I put my arm in her waist to make Pie scooch closer, like there's no more gap between us.
"Hmp!"
   -The girl rolled her eyes on us and walks away.
"What happen :D?" -me.
"You idiot... you push her away"
    Then we walk again ...
"Because I have already a girlfriend, why would I have to flirt someone. ;)"
   I look at her and wink.
"She tried her best to get your number and she tried to get your attention to her."
"But my attention  is already with  someone else :)"

     I wish I could tell you that how much you really meant to me Pie :), but not this time :).

    Kim is the one who drives my car because she wants to drive even her hand still not okay.

"Okay.... So the next thing, I confess to you and I got shocked when I saw your eyes begun to water then I hug you and I said sorry-"

"After I say sorry to you, I said that I can wait no matter what.. but then you said to me you are already in fixed marriage by your mom and you cant interfere with your mother's decision, I felt anger and hatred at you-"

   Then I shout at Pie, like in my dream.
"YOU ING LIED TO ME!" I point to Pie, and when I said that to her, her body in a sudden jolt away, and it looks like her face is in shocked..
"Oi Pie.. I told you its just an act :D"
"Im just being shock Kim, because of your loud voice"

"Continue Kim :)"
"And then you hug me tight, you ask me "Are you mad at me Kim?" And I said "no, I dont get mad at you Pie :)"

    I unbuckle my seatbelt same with Pie. Then we both get out of the car

I parted away. I know this is weird I felt now, I cant even stop smiling. :)

Pie's POV

I went home smile like an idiot, I even  forgot my mom that she's just sitting in the couch. But I went straight to my room. Then I change my clothes, charge my phone and while laying in my bed Im listening some music. And my mom knocks at my door..

"Come in Mom"
     My mom went inside and sat in my bed.

"You seem so happy Pie :)?"
"Huh? Yeah.. yes... because me and my friend went out and have some fun :)"
"Jane? :)"
"Yes :)"
    I didnt told my mom about Kim because maybe she will have some goosebumps. She hates toms..

"That pretty smile :)? There's something behind that Pie :), its not just your friend Jane, its someone else. Am I right dear? :)"
"Mom....
is it okay that Im inlove with my bestfriend?"
"You already know what is love, do you :)?"

*Flashback*

When I see you, the world stops. It stops and all the exist for me, is you and my eyes staring at you, theres nothing else. No noise, no other people, no thoughts, or no worries, no yesterday, no tomorrow. The world just stops and its beautiful place and theres only you just you and my eyes staring at you. When youre gone the world starts again and I dont like it as much. I can live in it, but I dont like it. I just walk around in it, and wait for you to see you again and wait it to stop again. I love it when it stops, its the best thing I've ever known or I've ever felt, the best thing, and that is why... I stare at you

"What are you looking at :)?"
    I just get my butterflies fly in my stomach :)
"nothing :)" I am still staring at Kim

I check my phone to know that whos texting.... and its Kim..

"I told you hes comming :D"
"Mom!"
"Haha.. okay I will leave you now :) *Kiss me in the forehead*
  Then my mom walks out in my room

"Hi Pie :)"
"Hi Kim :)"
   After a seconds an theres an incoming appeared in my screen.
I tap answer button.

"Hi Kim :)"
"Hey Pie :) , are you already home now :)?"
"Yes I am.. oi Kim!"
"Yup?"
"Tell me what you said to me in your dream, that mad scene :D?"
"Oh right :)"
"Yes.. :)"
"But lets end our call first :), so that I can text you :)"
"How about now?"
"No, I cant think straight Pie :)"
"If you insist"
  Then I end our call.
Its kinda disappointing mixed with excitement.. I felt disappoint bcoz I just miss Kim's voice even thou, we just hang out just a moment ago. Excitement is for the dream :D. And I will ask Kim that, why did she took it too serious at her dream :).
And now Im waiting for her text..

  KIm send me a text.. it says.

"This scene is where I put the necklace in your palm, but you said you cant accept it, But I told you.
