Description
Myungsoo was just a simple daycare teacher. His passion in life was to help kids grow and be happy to be young and free. When his older brother, Kim Sunggyu, is unable to pay his debts to the local mafia and begins to pay the price for it, Myungsoo is willing to do whatever it takes to help Sunggyu, even if he doesn't know it. This leads him to crossing paths with Lee Sungjong, head of the Korean mafia, and Sungyeol, loyal bodyguard to Sungjong. At first, he tells himself that it was just temporary, as a way to help his brother. But as he got to know Sungyeol and who he truly was, feeling emerge and the seemingly simple arrangment becomes more complicated as secrets of the past and present are revealed. Will Myungsoo survive this and warm Sungyeol's cold heart, or will he die trying to save his brother at the hands of the one he is falling in love with?
Foreword
Sungyeol heard Myungsoo's pained cries through the walls of the warehouse. How different they sounded from the laughs he heard that afternoon as Myungsoo chased the young toddlers around the field and helped them make flower chains. He heard screaming before, but for some reason, this was different. The noise from the young raven haired man hurt him, in ways he never thought possible
This is the photo that inspired it all!!!! I mean, does Sungjong not look like a mafia boss. And sungyeol, well we think he looks like a bodyguard....a y smoking body guard, but behind those sunglasses, a story and a past that he is trying to hide.
yvonnenguyen2297:hello all! so my best friend, muse, amazing fangirl Cynthia was talking about writing and I randomly brought up writing a little crime/mafia AU thing. And she agreed, which makes me a very happy girl. This was actually one of the things to do together on our bucket list, so it's good to see something being crossed off so early. Even though I have midterms, this certainly is WAYYY more important. I feel that writing is my outlet and writing with my long lost soul sister just makes it all the better! Be warned, this story is gonna be an emotional rollercoaster (i actually tried to keep things happier, she wanted to kill so many characters), and hopefully, you guys can maybe understand where we're planning on going with this and even enjoy it. fishyyy137: HAI GUYS! Okay I'm super excited to be writing this..and although we both have unfinished stories, obviously we start a new one! Yes, we've also got piles of hw and exams soon but hey, why not be bright little people and start a new fic? Priorities, YKnow. Anyways, it's seriously amazing to be writing with my bestie! And in my defence, I believe that character death is something that keeps the story going :D I'm not that angsty in real life... Who am I kidding though. Anyways, since I am super nice (haha) I chose not to kill too many characters to save Yvonne's heart from further tearing apart her heart :) Hehe anyways, till next time please do stay safe and well!! ....ps...
