The night got deeper and I was waiting for the last subway train to arrive and just go home, to lie down the couch and watch TV or just slack off and watch drama all night. Seoul is way more complicated than Daegu. I got lost in Seoul for like a million times but I was never afraid, I went to different shops and ate a lot of food. I walked through streets as music from stores played. I was not sure if they want attention from customers or they just want to show off to each other, I mean the owners. So many people. It’s definitely a new world to Choi Seungcheol.  I had so much fun that I lost track on time and ended up in this subway station at ten in the evening, waiting for the last train.

Dad must have been going nuts and worried by now, he called me like fifty times and sent about sixty messages asking where I was.

I will be home soon dad. I got carried away by Seoul. Sorry.

My life in Daegu is not like this. I never tried going out alone and even come home late, I was too good I guess, maybe that’s why dad is so worried. He’s used of me going out late with friends, not alone. Its’ just school and home for me in Daegu, but in Seoul. This pretty city, this is my new beginning.
