“Tzuyu can you wake Mina up before you leave for school?” Jihyo asked the younger girl who was munching on her peanut butter and jelly sandwich that the leader had made for the three members who were still in high school.

“Sure unni.” Tzuyu was about to stand up when her same-aged friend, Chaeyoung, held her arm. The latter stuffed with the last of PB&J sandwich.

“MmhmmIhmmdoit” The maknae had a confused expression, unable to figure out what exactly her friend was trying to say.

“Huh?

Chaeyoung was about to answer after swallowing her sandwich but Jeongyeon, Twice’s translator, beat her to it. “She said she’d do it.”

‘Not again’ Chaeyoung let out a frustrated huff when she saw Mina sleeping on Nayeon’s bed once again. The oldest girl is back hugging her girlfriend and treating her like a real life bolster.

Chaeyoung was annoyed by how often Mina has been sleeping on Nayeon’s bed. She has no one else to blame but Mina’s ever-growing collection of penguin stuffed toys that she has received from ONCEs. Not that Chaeyoung hated it but it would be nice if they didn’t try to flood her girlfriend’s bed with them.

The pair had once talked about how Chaeyoung was not comfortable with Mina sharing the bed with Nayeon.

“Chaeng, you know I can’t sleep on your bed.”

“Why not?”

Mina sighed. “What if one of us falls, Chaeng?” She tried to reason out, “We could fracture something or even worse we could die!”

“But-“

“Do you want me to die, Chaeng-ie?” Mina gave those adorable puppy eyes she knew was Chaeyoung’s weakness.

Chaeyoung looked away, she was not going to give in to Mina. “But you could at least sleep in someone else’s bed.”

“What’s wrong with Nayeon unni’s bed?”

“You know how she had a crush on you, right?”

Mina was trying her best to stifle her laughter. She never knew Chaeyoung had a jealous side and this was something new.  

“Is my ChaengChaeng jelly?” Mina teased while poking her girlfriend’s puffed up cheeks.

“I’m not.” But Mina kept poking her cheeks, annoyed she grabbed Mina’s finger, “Stop it.”

“But you’re cute when you’re jealous. Ujuju.” Mina tickled the younger girl’s chin.

Annoyed, Chaeyoung moved further from her girlfriend. “Unni, stop changing the topic. I’m serious. Stop sleeping on Nayeon unni’s bed.”

“But her bed is so nice and soft.” Mina paused for a bit before mumbling, “and she keeps me warm.”

“YAH! I CAN KEEP YOU WARM TOO!”

“Ah, I didn’t- Where are you going??” Before Mina could even explain herself, the younger girl had already gotten up and stomped out of the room. Her face was obviously red from anger.

‘Welp, I’m in deep .’ Mina thought to herself.

Chaeyoung felt like ripping the oldest away from her girlfriend and yell at her. However, she did not have the heart to do it. She knew Mina was in a very deep sleep and she would never want to wake her princess up.

With a sigh and a heavy heart, she left the room and made her way back to the kitchen.

“Chaeng? Is Mina awake? She told me to wake her up so she can send you off to school.”

“Unni is still asleep and also Nayeon unni’s personal bolster.” Chaeyoung pouted.

“Oh.” Jihyo awkwardly responded, she had purposely asked Tzuyu to wake Mina up because she knew Mina was sleeping on Nayeon’s bed.

Tzuyu who is ever the blatant one, randomly said, “My friend, you need to do something.”

Chaeyoung sighed before explaining, “Mina unni has a fear of heights so she thinks that sleeping in my bed will cause her to fall and die.”

“Well the issue is her ever-growing collection of stuffed toys, right?” Jeongyeon asked, to which Chaeyoung only nodded.

“Momo and I bought some shelves from Ikea and now I don’t have to feel suffocated in my sleep anymore.” Jeongyeon grinned, earning a smack on her arm from Momo who had just came in to the kitchen for breakfast.

“Don’t you dare insult my babies!” Momo threatened but no one could take her seriously, especially with a toast hanging from and her wearing PJs that had Barbie dolls printed on it.

Jeongyeon smirked. “Sure thing babe.”

“I think Jeongyeon unni has a point, Chaeyoung-ah.” Tzuyu said after sipping her hot chocolate.

Jihyo looked thru her phone’s calendar before suggesting, “We have a free day today and tomorrow. You lovebirds can head over to Ikea and go on a shopping spree.”

“Oh oh oh!! Get me a friend for Min Jung!!” The maknae was practically bouncing in her seat.

Chaeyoung merely nodded while mentally noting it down. Momo who saw this, seized the opportunity. “Chaeyoung-ah~~ get me a cute shark pleaseeeeeee~”

Jeongyeon had to pull her girlfriend away from the younger one before the latter was traumatized by cuteness. “Don’t you dare get her anymore stuffed toys. I don’t have the time to fix another shelf for her.”

“Ok, you kids gotta go to school. Have fun!” Jihyo shooed the three high school students out of the kitchen and to the front door where their manager was waiting to drive them to school.

The MiChaeng couple were now in Ikea. Chaeyoung delighted by the fact that Mina will no longer have to sleep on Nayeon’s bed, but Mina however a little unhappy that her collection will be shifted from her bed.

(earlier that day)

“We need to talk.” Chaeyoung had secretly made a call to her girlfriend during lunchbreak.

“Is this about me sleeping on Nayeon unni’s bed again?”

“Yes.”

“I told you-“

Chaeyoung stopped Mina mid-sentence before the latter could even finish explaining, “We need to go shopping for shelves.”

“Ehh?? What?” She could hear the confused tone in Mina’s voice.  

“Shelves for your stup- I mean, huge collection of penguins.”

“But they need a place to sleep on.”

“Unni, they’re toys. Toys don’t have feelings.”

Chaeyoung heard Mina gasped, “Have you not learnt anything from the Toy Story series??”

The younger was tempted to bang her head against the wall she was previously leaning on, “Unni, please.”

“No.”

“Myoui Mina, don’t make me talk to your mom about this.”

“And what do you think she’ll do hmm?”

“I’ll tell her not to let you Skype with Ray for a week.”

“THAT’S CRUEL!”

“As though you allowing Nayeon unni to hug you in your sleep is not cruel enough for me.” Chaeyoung said through gritted teeth.

There was a moment of silence.
