Always known. 

Not so much popular. Sehun was always the guy who people 'knew'. He had no enemies and, truth be told, had few true friends either. 

He was also gay. 

Though Sehun never felt that had much to do with anything. No-one asked so no one knew and he never dared to bring it to people's attention. It wasn't news that Sehun never messed with any girls in school yet no-one pushed him as to why Sehun never hooked up. 

So he just went with it. 

After a while there was times he almost forgot. 'queer' and '' would be thrown and Sehun had a moment of realization of 'oh...oh yeah I'm on of those too'. 

And although he knew being gay wasn't a bad thing and bit his tongue whenever people used the word as a weapon. He was very sure he was alone. He had enough small crushes on straight guys. Enough days looking at that young and incredibly cute friend of Jongin who never left his size to be convinced that there ain't anyone like him here. 

Until that party. 

"The hell was that?" 

He remembers saying at that party. His heart rate beating as he discovered Kyungsoo as if for the first time. 

Gay... He's gay 

This changed a lot for Sehun. Everything felt different. He didn't feel so alone anymore. For once he could have a friend you got him. Someone he knows gets him like his current friend don't. 

Did he like him? 

God yes 

But he didn't want that. At least not right now. Especially after what ever was going on with him and Jongin. Many have said about that night and Jongin hasn't been with any girls but Sehun won't ask until Kyungsoo is ready. And becoming his friend was easy enough. He found it hard to think that becoming more would be harder. 

And here he stood at Kyungsoo's door. 

Checking himself before knocking firmly on the surface. Shuffiling his feet for a moment, it took no time for the door to swing open. Sehun's welcoming smile gradually fading at the irritated look of Kuingsoo's face. He scanned the younger boy before noticing his phone clutched in his hand. 

I bet I know who that was.
