The dinner has ended and everyone bids farewell to each other.  Kibum sees Taemin clinging on Onew's right arm and from what he sees the other is quite happy. Kibum too smiles, watching the person who dearly loves him more than anything else unconditionally and thus, Kibum heart cries - apologetic that his gauge of love is not same as Taemin's love for him but still he loves the other as well too.
 

Kibum is happy that Taemin is doing well. But half of his heart there lays sadness that he will eventually lose him, and in the other half of his heart, quite relieved and full of gratitude that the person he loves and loves him uncondionally is going to be happy to someone too.

Kibum's thinks to himself...

"Taemin, I will always keep you in my heart.
I am so sorry that I broke your heart but
pray that Onew will never break your
generous heart like I did..."

Meanwhile, Onew soon as he gets a message from Kibum about the latter wanting to talk to Taemin decides to go to a vacant place where he can leave Taemin who has no idea what is going on. Onew excuses himself from the oblivious Taemin...

"Tay... stay here for a while, I need to get a
document from Mr. Taeyang, alright.
I will be back in a minute."

Taemin however confused and oblivious smiles and replies in a persuasive manner.

"Fine but make it quick alright...
I want to sleep so tomorrow because you
see we need to be up early for the final touches..."
 

"Yes boss... I will be back shortly...
Man, you miss me that already...?
So demanding..."
 

"Stop it, Onee... silly..."
 

Onew chuckles at Taemin's response and offers a deep embrace and a light yet sweet kiss on the latter's cheek which Taemin receives it warmly and giggles at his absurdity. Onew takes an unsure heavy breath and goes out of the room as soon as he can worrying for the outcome of this moment occuring. As he goes out, he sees Kibum waiting for his signal and thus, hurriedly he goes to Kibum's direction; bows and says...

"Kibum-ssi, Taemin is alone.
You may go inside and talk to him now..."
 

"Thank you Hyung...
How is he nowadays...?"

Onew:             He is slowly coping up and managing his self very well
                       unlike before...
                       I guess, slowly and surely, Taemin will be just fine...

Kibum:             (patting Onew's right shoulder)
                        I am happy that both of you are doing well.
                       The reason I will talk to him right now is to settle things
                       accordingly.
                       I need to remove any negative emotional feelings in Taemin's heart to
                       offer support and good wishes for the both of you.

Onew:             (nodding his head) Thank you Kibum-ssi for this chance
                       and I promise you I will love Taemin with all my heart.

Kibum:             (smiles comfortly) I know I can see how you love him
                        deeply and I am positive that all is well with the both of you.
                        So, I will give you a call when I am done.
                        Meanwhile, please make yourself busy somewhere if it is
                        not a bother.

Onew:             Yes...
                        I will be at the balcony area and will just wait for your call.
                        Taemin is fine.

Kibum feels greater pleasure with just a little bit of guilt scrabbling in his mind and heart, expresses a feeling of relief after hearing what Onew just stated. Watching Onew walks briskly with confidence and pride, Kibum grins lightly and turns his body to walk in the direction of where Taemin is, who on the other hand, has no idea still waiting for Onew.
 

As he reaches the door, Kibum could see Taemin’s back seated on a chair with head leaning on the chair headboard, sighs as he starts to walk and in every steps he makes, all the images of their past come rushing through his head showing how they used to be together living so full of love and happiness not giving a darn care to the world - just the two of them loving and enjoying the company together peacefully.

Kibum chokes at every frame of the images showing that absentmindedly tears flow on his left cheek, pauses and seeks emotional strength within himself and breathes hard to get rid of any digressing emotional feelings and thus, smiles regardless the ache he feels inside...

"Hi... Taemin..."
 

Taemin jerks in surprise and stops at his position just like everything around him freezes with hands on his chest managing to calm his pounding heart. Instantly, what comes to mind is a reverberating sound of Onew's statement...

"Tay...
Life goes on and no matter what happens...
I am by your side always and though you do not love me;
I love you and promise that I will never break your heart...."
 

Onew's reassuring love echoing through Taemin's mind gives the latter strength to manage himself to regain his posture and condition; takes a deep breath and lower his head and turns to face Kibum.

"Hi... Kibum..."

Kibum gulps instantly after hearing how Taemin addressed him, taps his left foot to control the rush of mixed emotions seeping through his veins, grips the side pillar part of the antique wooden chair so he could at least maintain his balance and says...

"Can I sit...?"
